Pros and Cons - Definitely some shady undercover practices at this location. They seem to market towards a certain class of people, to lure them in to buy a luxury car to keep up with the joneses. The pros - was able to walk away with a 2013 c class with less than stellar credit, only put 1k down with a low interest rate. The cons - after speaking with the finance manager and getting different answers for my questions I was unimpressed. I wanted to trade my 2014 Altima in and it was determined i owed too much on the car. Jack the finance manager claimed he would help me refinance to a friend if there credit score was good. He did not live up to his end of the deal and began playing games insisting now that he could not help with transferring the car into my friends name after telling me be could do so. Then after having a family member agree to cosign the loan for me I then find out from another dealer that I was never on the original loan!!! I need answers asap not happy with their deceptiveness. Not only did this dealership try to add thousands of dollars in questionable fees to the advertised price, but after we negotiated the deal, signed all the paperwork, completed payment, and added the vehicle to our insurance policy, they informed us that they did not actually have the title for the car. As a result, the entire transaction had to be canceled and refunded, wasting over five hours of our time. A dealership should know whether it has the legal documents required to sell a vehicle before putting it on the lot and taking a customer's money. This place is an absolute scam operation. I found what looked like a 2024 Durango Hellcat on CarGurus, called to confirm it was available, and was told "yes, it's here." They even pushed me through a credit app, got me approved, and confirmed my appointment. I then drove five hours each way -- a 10-hour trip -- for what turned out to be a completely fake listing. The car never existed. They flat-out lied just to get me on the lot, classic bait-and-switch garbage. They wasted my time, gas, and day just to try to sell me something I didn't want. Came to see a car yet called beforehand to drive the car and asked if they do test drives and if they run credit. This dealership holds some of the biggest predators and scammers I've seen to date. From my own experience with Luxury Motor Club, there are no observable ethics within their business and if they're given the opportunity to swindle you on a bullshit deal, THEY WILL DO IT. On June 2nd 2023, I was sold on a upside down deal knowing I was a first time car buyer. These scum bags took my down payment and applied it to a bullshit warranty (which I was not made aware of, and was also told was not optional but after calling the warranty company when I realized where my money went, I was told it was 100% optional and cancelable but of course LMC was not going to honor that) and dealership fees instead of applying it to the actual principle of the vehicle. The vehicle I saw online was $12,000 over the advertised price when I visited them but convinced me the "fees" were normal and "every dealership" has these warranty they must apply to protect their luxury vehicles. I spoke to Yessenia Internet sales rep, I expressed to her which car I was interested in and asked if the price was negotiable. She said yes, its negotiable. I drove three hours to learn that after I test drove it the salesperson said it was not negotiable. Yessenia's response was oh I was told it was. Salesperson said I have two other people that are coming for this car. The salesperson also said they prefer someone who is going to finance the full amount verses putting a downpayment of 20K which is what I was putting down because they make more money that way. I was so upset as I specifically asked if it was negotiable before I drove three hours. They lied and act as if it's okay to do that. I went in to see a JEEP Wrangler they advertised. when I showed up the hardtop was replaced with soft top. promised it would be replaced to match the deal offered online and discussed in person. put $5000 down when told the car would be ready with hardtop the next day. next morning arrives and they told me they need $1500 more for the hardtop but they would throw in for free a 3 year 50k mile warranty on maintenance. I told sales rep Mike to return my deposit and he said no problem. 15 business days later, no refund on credit card. Plus no returned phone calls or texts. This is your classic bait and switch used car dealer. They advertise a price, but the listed price is contingent on a few things. Financing - you're required to use their lender, which will be several points higher than what you can get from your lender. When I rejected their lender, I was advised that the price would increase by several thousand dollars. For the record - 2-3% points might not seem like much, but compounded over 5 years will equal thousands. Their mandatory extended warranty / tire protection - I rejected them, and again I was advised that the price would increase by several thousand dollars. This is a classic bait and switch used car dealer that preys on individuals with bad credit and lack of awareness. I called to inquire about the price and availability of a vehicle listed on Cars.com. The salesperson I spoke with said they would not do online sales (I'm in Vermont) and refused to provide the actual price of the vehicle or answer questions about financing over the phone. She stated it was there policy to only provide that information to customers in person, and I would have to drive to the dealership (which if 4hrs 45minutes away from me) or fly there in order to receive that information. When I asked why she had not answer, just that it was their policy and she didn't know why. When I asked to speak with a manager to ask these same questions, she transferred me to a voicemail with no name that was full so I couldn't even leave a message. I looked at the reviews that are listed and realized why they wouldn't provide this info from others people's experiences, just a bait and switch to get you through the door and then tell you the price is considerably more that they advertise and that you have to use their higher-interest partner companies for financing. I checked the car on car gurus, it was $52,750, i called the dealer and they told me they were going to get a good deal for me, asked for all my information over the phone and said they were going to start an application in my name so when I go there and test drive the car If I like I could get the car at the same day, I thought it was a good, I sent all personal information. on Thursday I read some reviews online that made me a little suspicious about them, after read I sent them a message about it and ENDHER didn't respond to the msg and told me to call when I called he said: "are you going to let bad reviews ruin your purchase?" "what about all the other good reviews that our dealer has, " I asked him to send me the rates before I go because I live 4h away, and he said I would need to be there for that because they need my authorization for something. I told him about bring my husband because his credit, the bank's APR would be lower, later that day he checked my credit and said my credit was 700 and I wouldn't need to bring my husband for the joint application. But I was suspicious and I my husband came with me. During the trip ENDHER texted me asking for ETA, sent reminders to get the 20k certified check under their name from my bank. After test drive I asked ENDHER what are the car prices after interest and fees, he said NATHAN would help me with that because he was just in the seller's department. When NATHAN came I asked him about the prices he asked me if it would be a 20k down payment and I said yes. He said he didn't have numbers we would need car insurance first because the bank don't give prices before, I thought it was weird, he tried to trick my insurance girl explaining things that didn't make sense, in the end, we finished the car insurance to know the price, at the same time that I showed the insurance he called me to his room and showed me everything. The car was already registered in my name, with insurance and financing ready without me even knowing the prices. I told him that he was just waiting for me to have car insurance to tell me about the price, to trap me. He said he didn't have any numbers before and he got in that moment, 2 minutes was not enough time to have all that paperwork ready, (the bank was closed already it was about 7 pm) Anyway, he told me that my husband was denied by Capital One, Chase, and another bank I don't remember. I was confused because my husband has a history with Chase and capital one, great history. He said he was approved for Wells Fargo but with interest in 6.95%, I thought this was also weird because my husband uses Wells Fargo for his business its been years. NATHAN said the original price of the car was 55k, but he was doing it for $52,750 and he bought it for 52k, he wasn't making any profit. I thought it was going to be a good deal, since we were giving 20k down, there would only be $32,750 left to finance + fees. I left Boston at 8 am, it was 730pm I was really tired. When I saw 48 x 1254, I realized something was wrong. The total price was $60,192.00 the numbers didn't match, 60 months was more than $1,000.00 a month and 75 times $824. After a while he lowered the interest from 6.95% to 5% and then to 4.4% Can someone who works as a dealer lower the interest from the loan that the bank already approved? I believe that the bank had already approved my husband with very low-interest rates since the beginning and he increased it just to make us think that he was helping us. In the end it was from 75 $824 to 75x $754 but it still didn't make sense, we ended up signing the contract, tired and wanting to come back home, many papers, NATHAN kept saying random things and said that after 4 months he would refinance with lower interest, which was nothing to worry about. He also said I would start paying only in 3 months. Reality the bank is 72, he also lied. When NATHAN left the room with application and checks my husband had opportunity to read closer, he asked me how do we owe $61,800.00 if we already paid 20k down? we saw that NATHAN financed $65,072.82 for a car that cost $52,750.0 and the total of everything would be $81,809.00.He added fake warranty, and a lot of things that don't make any sense. We can buy brand new car for that price. I called ENDHER and I said I wasn't going to keep the car anymore, he called NATHAN and NATHAN told me that it was already too late because I signed the contract, I said that I had rights yes and I wouldn't leave the store without my 20k check. The girl brought 20k and said she was going to cancel the application on Monday. I canceled insurance, I reported in my bank and also reported Wellsfargo, they are FRAUDS, SCAM PEOPLE, DO NOT got there, go real dealer, you will pay double with them! the car I wanted was 30k more afterwards. read more

Im so upset at myself for going alone! I haven't had this truck for three months and I'm having so many problems with it! The truck is stalling, the heat and radio doesn't come on everyday. It hesitate's to start which to me seams like an electrical problem. The remote start doesn't work all the time. I made an appt with their mechanic and was called by him on 2/14/25 a day before I was bringing the truck in he couldn't service my car because I reported them to the BBB. Which I did because they stopped taking my calls. They would transfer me and send me to VM's. The day after I left I started hearing noise from under the hood & around the tire. There's also a burning smell coming out of the vents. I have pictures of everything I seen wrong with the truck the day after the purchase and chris claimed they would fix it. I visited their mechanic once before & nothing was able to get done that day. This is the worst purchase I made in my life! I didn't even want this truck and felt I was being pressured because they knew it was a lemon. They sure know how to take advantage of a female. They told me they had the truck I originally wanted for me at their other location after leaving the first time. I drive back and they explain they no longer have it at that location. I made an appointment with this dealer and when I got to this used car dealer I agreed to pay the full advertised price; however, after two hour of keeping us waiting the sale manager told me that he could sale me the car for the advertised price because I was not financing the car through their bank and therefore, they would not make any money on the car. The dealer disclaimer does not state that I have to finance this vehicle through them. According to the Federal Trade Commission, this type of practice is illegal and unethical. Where do I begin..we drove from CT to NY to look at the vehicle and see if deal can be made as we were told no sort of discussion or negotiating can be made about car .trade in or even getting financing all in person. Known tactic.. Car was ready upfront for us to look at 30 seconds into inspecting it realized hood sound shields was beaten off and shredded by rodent and left all over engine bay.i found that very concerning was dismissed by the team later as normal in NY .really ??? Rest of the vehicle seemed ok and drive ok. Carfax had 7 or 8 entries with no explanation.i asked for explanation from no other but GM Kristin and was told..... Total waste of time. Do not deal with a dealership that can not give a straight up answer when you call to inquire about their fees. I failed to follow my own advise and better judgment after speaking with sales manager, Jack. Jack assured me the 2 hour drive would be worth my time. Boy was he wrong.The ads they post are just to get you there, then the games start... My credit score is nearly 800. I had a pre approval for a $20,000 loan yet I agreed to utilizing their suggested financial institution. No reasonable way a car advertised as $17,850 ends up being $24,000... NOT including any additional warranties. $1500 in tax would be reasonable. $200 to transfer my plates/registration reasonable. So that's apx. $4000 in other fees and malarkey they wanted to throw in there. Total waste of time!!! read more
