They even crafted an entirely original menu of special rolls based on the theme of our party: Harry Potter.  With our help and a little AI magic, they crafted a custom menu for our party with four signature rolls, one for each house, that were not only creative they also executed the flavor and presentation flawlessly.   Best of all their service is excellent the day of, they were able to pivot original plans of table servings to a buffet style because the tables we had were too crowded.  Also, they added a special of Toro based on market availability, so you know they buy their fish fresh. All our guests were amazed at the flavor and said the sushi was very good!  Would definitely recommend M sushi for your next catered party.  We will definitely use them again.

M Sushi truly came through for us. Vivian was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and made multiple changes until we were completely happy with the order. She was incredibly understanding, patient, and accommodating, which made everything so much less stressful. They even put together a thoughtful, well-curated menu that accommodated guests that preferred cooked rolls . The setup was seamless. The chefs arrived a few hours before serving time and had cut rolls, nigiri, and sashimi ready by 5:30 . Both chefs were attentive, kind, and very accommodating during the event. Our guests especially loved the specials--the halibut carpaccio and yellowtail picante were a huge hit, and the bay scallops were absolutely wonderful. Overall, everything went so well, and the addition of the halibut and sashimi really elevated the experience. They helped make such a special milestone celebration memorable for our entire family. We look forward to doing business with them again in the near future!

The restaurant itself has plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor options as well. I was particularly impressed by the menu, which has plenty of options for vegetarians and vegan diets and a great selection of salads. My husband ordered the breakfast with pancakes and it was delicious! I wouldn't necessarily call it the friendliest service I've experienced, but the food is excellent. If you find yourself in the area, I would definitely recommend that you stop by and try some of their tasty food.

He will tell you not to go inside because the place is closed, even though you're just trying to get napkins to pack your food. I've witnessed him being rude to multiple other customers, he will rip the salt off your table, will start slamming chairs around you and give you a death stare! And even though I brought it up to the manager and to other employees, nothing has been done and he still works there. He absolutely ruined this place for me that I used to patron for over a decade. Awful move! And even worse to ignore that this is happening when you've been told multiple times. The other employees are cool, the food is decent, and the manager I thought was awesome, but they are completely ignoring this issue and it needs to be addressed . That guy needs to go! They will lose more patronage.

I called around 4 PM to place a cookie order and spoke with Ashley. I was immediately told that all cookie orders require 48-hour notice--without being asked how many cookies I needed or any details about the order. I even clarified that I was only looking for one dozen original cookies and one dozen milk chocolate, and she reiterated that all cookie orders require 48-hour notice. What was most frustrating wasn't even the policy--it was the lack of basic customer service. There were no follow-up questions, no attempt to offer alternatives, and no effort to see if anything could be accommodated for the next day. The conversation felt very one-sided and dismissive. I've ordered from other Bristol Farms locations throughout Southern California and have not encountered such a rigid, across-the-board policy, which made this experience even more surprising. I ended up placing the order elsewhere, and my group was very happy with that decision for several reasons, including the overall service experience. At a minimum, I would expect staff to: * Ask a few clarifying questions before declining a request * Offer alternatives or solutions when possible * Communicate policies in a more customer-friendly way Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced slow or inconsistent service at this particular counter, which makes it harder to rely on. I would also be interested to understand what measures are in place to ensure team members are trained and supported to deliver a customer-focused experience that helps grow the business, rather than turning away reasonable requests.
