She was incredibly understanding, patient, and accommodating, which made everything so much less stressful. They even put together a thoughtful, well-curated menu that accommodated guests that preferred cooked rolls . The setup was seamless. The chefs arrived a few hours before serving time and had cut rolls, nigiri, and sashimi ready by 5:30 . Both chefs were attentive, kind, and very accommodating during the event. Our guests especially loved the specials--the halibut carpaccio and yellowtail picante were a huge hit, and the bay scallops were absolutely wonderful. Overall, everything went so well, and the addition of the halibut and sashimi really elevated the experience. They helped make such a special milestone celebration memorable for our entire family. I was really grateful for that since my niece is almost 3 and doesn't eat raw fish. We had the honor of having Chef Ling orchestrate the omakase. He was so professional, cleanly and punctual. Believe it or not, he showed up about an hour early to make sure he wasn't late! During the omakase experience, he guided us on how exactly to eat what was prepared and to let him know anytime we wanted more personalized rolls, sashimi, or hand-rolls prepared.
