The best of all, the consultant gave me the most honest suggestions on the treatment I need to get without trying to upsell. I just got Ultherapy done, and the nurse who performed treatment for me was very experienced and professional. I will definitely come back for other treatments. I've been recently active on groupon and been looking into treatments for my face #selfcare. Purchased the Microneedling with PRP. It took about a week to finally get connected to talk to someone to schedule an appointment because their hours of operation on yelp does not match their actual hours, which I believed should be updated. On their website, there's literally no provider you can schedule with either. So when I did get connected, the front desk says they'll call me back in 15 minutes but called me back after 30 minutes and they sounded fairly rude whatsoever. But anyways, I've arrived at my appointment and everything seemed fine. I was talking to the consultant and when the MA was available, I was asked to get my blood drawn for the PRP. The MA was having a difficult time finding a vein to poke (I've never had issues with drawing blood at the hospital). She was able to get one vial from the left and then it was slowly. She kept swiveling the needling in my arm and I was getting pissed. Then she gave me water and kept attempting to go for the right arm and was able to get a bit (which she claimed should be enough). Afterwards, when finishing my conversation with the consultant, it turned out I was not a good candidate as I am prone to keloid so the blood drawn was tossed. I ended up getting a IPL photo facial, which was done by Lisa. She was amazing and she made sure I was comfortable in between sessions. I'm waiting to see the results but am definitely seeing some clearing of my face. Would love to come back to try other treatments but definitely did not enjoy the first 30 minutes of my arrival. read more

What's going on with this location? They never answer and it goes to Verizon's wireless voice message. In the past, they provided great skincare service. Their other location can't provide any info including who the licensed MD is. Impossible to make an appointment. read more

On August 13th, I attempted to contact your store to place an order for facial cream. However, my attempts to reach your team by phone went unanswered for two consecutive days. When you finally returned my call on August 16th, I was informed to come and pick up the facial cream on the upcoming Thursday. I found this situation rather puzzling, as your business operates as a storefront and it seems unusual to ask customers to wait an entire week to collect an in-stock item. The explanation provided was that the store needed to close for training purposes, which led me to agree to pick up the product on Thursday. However, I was unable to find the time to visit due to personal commitments on Thursday. Consequently, I planned to visit on Friday instead. To my surprise, your store was closed once again on Friday, despite the sign on the door clearly indicating that your business operates from Monday to Saturday and is closed on Sundays. I called again and the person who pick up my call direct me to pick it up next Wednesday( August 30th). You make me wait TWO weeks for a face cream that is in stock, which I found it really disappointing. I am genuinely perplexed by the inconsistency in your business hours and accessibility. As a customer, it's concerning to see a business that appears to frequently deviate from its advertised hours of operation. This inconsistency raises questions about the stability and future of your business. I am left wondering whether your establishment is facing financial challenges or other difficulties that could potentially lead to its closure. BASCAI is associated with BHPS Med SPA, and I I paid $600 for the membership and purchased a facial package. Frankly speaking, the facial is okay, but their customer service equal 0, the front desk girl is constantly play with her iPad and bring friends giggling at the front, you can hear it in the facial room. After the facial all she asked is "are you paying tips by credit card or cash?" Feels like she really want you to leave right away. So... please don't pay for the membership and there are plenty of choices in San Gabriel Valley area. read more

I came here all the way from HB because my sister has been following Korean RN Nurse Kaylee for years. My sister hasn't been happy with anyone else, and claims that Kaylee is the best. And she was right. Kelly was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I always wanted to get something done but everyplace I went, they wanted to sell me everything and I got so confused, I never ended up doing anything. Kaylee made me feel relaxed, which helped me to think about what I want to get done for the future. I did get a Hydra facial with Angel. She is gentle, caring and very good. read more

Can I just say that this is probably the only aesthetic medical spa I've personally been to that doesn't try to upsell you on products & services! Your very first appointment will be a consultation but if they have the time, they will also perform the service right after. I personally got the Xeomin (like Botox) procedure done & it was done quickly & painlessly. I live really close by and saw this place on Yelp, always wanted to try since I haven't been taking care of my skin during this pandemic lol I came here for a regular Hydrafacial and fell in love. My aesthetician was angel and she did a great job! Since I wanted to do something regularly, I joined their membership so I could get a discount on all the treatments that they offer. This review has been long due. I've come here several times for the hydra facial with spectra and genesis laser. The RN, Kaylee is the best. She analyzes your face and will give recommendations on what she shares will improve your skin type and wrinkles. I love her because she is not pushy and when you tell her what you want done, she will execute it perfectly. The second time I came for the hydra-facial with another facialist, she even approached me to ask how I liked the previous laser results. Spring has a beautiful waiting area where there is complimentary water, fruits, and cookies. The staff there is informational about the different treatments available for clients. They not only hade a full time facialist on staff, they have several RN's to work with depending on if you want a male or female. In addition, there is a plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills that works with clients at Spring that want more surgical work done. Definitely coming here next time for facials and lasers! read more

The best medical aesthetical place in Las Vegas! I've always had full lips, but this year I finally decided to take the plunge and get some filler in my lips to make them more pouty like they were when I was 19 (I'm 45now). Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeons is great and I feel that I am in good hand. I love the youthful look it gives me. I feel so much more confident now! Me and mom all chosen the bhps and joined the membership, I had compared the price between other places, I feel like bhps did has a better deal after joined the membership. Especially during some holidays, bhps will have like better combo or prices. Also whenever I have questions, the consultants reply really fast and patiently, I did like their service too. Just got a prp facial done aka vampire facial. They draw blood and separate the plasma. They then inject the plasma back into your face and go over it with microneedles. Nice clean facility. I'll let you know how it goes. They have aftercare printouts as well to take home. We'll how it turns out. read more

I even looked up the doctor on the state board website. He has a clean record and works at Kaiser. You are definitely good people if you work at Kaiser. Anyway, I submitted a form online and Jiarui texted within the hour. She said that she can help me with my melasma and had an opening on Saturday. When I arrived, it looked like I was checking into a hotel. They gave me a form and later a cup of water. Jiarui came to greet me and brought me to her office. We talked about my concerns and what treatment I had done. She was very thorough and informative. Furthermore, she suggested other products but wanted me to focus on taking care of my melasma first. She said that they are having a promotion and gave me a price that was very competitive. The package is a series of 15 sessions and I would have to go weekly. After I had agreed, she got me on the phone with Dr Waxman to screen me and see if I was a good candidate for the laser. He's very nice and talks fast like any Kaiser doctor would. After she was done registering me, she took my payment and there was no surcharge for using credit card and tip is included. Then she walked me to the sink to wash my face. We went to the photo room and there were signs on the walls with numbers. That's where you look so she can take the photos. They use a Canon camera and it's already set up to take photos. Then we went to the room to get the laser done. The nurse told me that there will be a series of three rounds. After each round, she patted my face with an ice pack. When we were done, she took the goggles off my eyes and covered my eyes from the light since it was very bright. She put moisturizer on my face and went to get Jiarui. Jiarui walked me back to her office and recommended using some solution to buy on my own to help speed up recovery. Also, she booked the next four appointments for me and we bonded over cats so I showed her my Reels. She is very helpful, honest, a good listener and very nice. At first, I had my doubts based on other providers that I've encountered but third time is a charm. They seem be very knowledgeable and everything runs pretty smoothly. I'm hoping that this will be my forever beauty home. I highly recommend visiting them and get a consultation.

I found Angel on yelp after my skin appeared pretty congested and aged due to stress and from wearing N95 masks for 12 hour shifts in the covid unit during 2020. Upon meeting, Angel could tell it's been a while since I've had a facial and recommended the diamond dermabrasion for a deeper clean but I held off, wanting just a regular facial for my first time. I stripped down into a towel dress, climbed onto the massage bed, and on came the facial steamer along with one of the most relaxing facial massages ever. She then proceeded with the extraction (minimal pain) and ended with a cooling mask under an LED light. She has such a gentle yet effective touch and it was so soothing I ended up falling asleep sometime during the 75 min session. My skin was visibly clearer and glowing after the session, giving me all the reason to come back. I've tried to make it a habit to return every 1-2 months but life catches up to you sometimes. Since 3 months have passed since my last facial, I added on the diamond dermabrasion to my latest session per Angel's suggestion. She also recommended the IPL treatment during the winter to lighten some of my sun spots. Three months was actually quite a break from facials so I'll be trying to come back at least every 1.5-2 months from now on. I usually text her for appointments and she gets pretty booked so schedule at least a week in advance!

I just tried their new device called Fotona 4D pro and I absolutely loved it!! It's a tightening and lifting machine that requires little to no downtime. Great if you have to work and constantly meet people. I really like their membership concept! I paid $599 to become their membership and after that, all the procedures are at a very low price like Costco lolll I think it's totally worth it because you also get free treatment from the $599 itself so I didn't think I just spent $599 on nothing. I came here for the first time for a consultation for my sunspots. Madison, the consultant, was professional and knowledgeable about the various treatment options. There was an opening for laser treatment right after the consultation. I chose the 2 laser treatment which lasted about 30-40 min with application of a face mask afterwards. There was no downtime and I was able to go work right after. I've already noticed a difference with just one treatment. A great first experience! read more
