I made an appointment for a free consultation because of some redness on my face, and dark spots. I met with Vivian for the consultation and she was very sweet and professional. From the get-go, I told her that I was very nervous because I've never been to a place like this before. She put me at ease and conducted her assessment. She concluded that I should probably go see a dermatologist for my situation. Though she offered certain services, like a Hydro facial wash, she made it clear that it probably wouldn't be the resolution for me. She gave me some advice as well that should help me out a little bit. What I appreciated the most was her honesty. Going into a place like this with no knowledge freaked me out because I could've probably been very easily taking advantage of, but instead of trying to sell me on things, she was very upfront and professional with me. I found this place on instagram, offering a $99 laser facial-- just what I was looking for. It is really easy to get to from the SFV on the 101 off the 134-210 Baldwin exit, right by the Arboretum and tons of great places to eat. So I figured- why not? To be honest, my first experience did not go well, and let me tell you the management was right on the miscommunication to make it right. I returned for all of us to 'do-over.' My first impression was a stunning and ethereal place that immediately hit me as I walked through the door and left the street behind. The lighting and finishes emerge you in a serene and tranquil space. The manager greeted me immediately and we discussed my needs and what was lost in translation previously. I could not believe the assortment of service- it was a one stop dream. There are numerous treatment rooms set up for different services- I thought this was really decadent, given that many of the spas and medi- spas I've been to use the same room for everything. Not here. Everything is also very clean, neat and organized. I was impressed Nina took me back to the light laser room pinned my hair back and numbed my face. Once I was seriously numbed, we went to another room to wash off the numbing cream and then back to the laser. I'd not had a laser like this before and it seriously felt like it was doing its work as she delicately passed it over the zones of my face. I seriously recommend the add on that came next- the healing mask. It was on for 15 minutes and literally there was no redness visible. I wanted to drive home with it but we both laughed and decided I'd look like "Jason." Buy one to take home too. When I got home I could see the skin tightening immediately and was excited. After seeing their laser treatment advertised multiple times on Instagram, I decided to book an appointment. The promotion sounded very appealing a laser suitable for all skin types, promising a healthy glow and renewed skin. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and seen quickly. The consultant took photos of my skin and then informed me that I was not a good candidate for the advertised laser. Instead, I was told I would need a series of higher-end laser treatments costing several hundred dollars more. I was not convinced by the recommendation being that I have great skin, so the consultant then suggested a facial instead. Since I was already there, I agreed to the Signature V-Line facial, which cost $195 plus tip. Given the price, I expected a specialized or advanced treatment. Unfortunately, the facial turned out to be very basic, cleansing, exfoliation, steam, and a mask over the course of one hour. By the end of the treatment, my skin felt dry and did not look refreshed or properly cleaned. It became clear that the advertised laser treatment is primarily used as a way to bring clients in and upsell services that may not be necessary. At checkout, I was also asked about enrolling in a monthly membership. I declined. Overall, I left feeling misled, disappointed, and that the experience did not justify the cost. read more

I had such a wonderful experience at this spa! I had a consultation with Renee who was thorough and explained her recommendations clearly. I appreciated that she takes a slower, more natural approach to treatments and does not recommend overloading on multiple things at once. We decided that for me, I would start with Ultherapy before proceeding to any additional treatments. I also opted for a facial package to go along with my plan. For my first appointment, I had a hydrafacial with Ivy. The Hydrafacial left my skin feeling incredibly clean, hydrated, and refreshed. I then had Ultherapy treatment with Michelle who explained the treatment very thoroughly and conducted it with so much care. I was treated by a nurse who openly stated she believed there was only one laser setting for all skin tones. When I questioned this during the appointment, I was repeatedly reassured that my reaction was "normal." It was not. Within a short time after treatment, I developed significant skin injury, including areas that were later assessed by my physician as burns with blistering. I sought medical evaluation because I knew something was wrong, and my doctor confirmed that what I experienced was not a normal laser reaction. Also, I have received picosure in the past from a different med spa and my skin never reacted this way, which was horrifyingly alarming. What makes this even more concerning is that during the treatment I could feel and hear the nurse adjusting the laser settings repeatedly, as if she was experimenting in real time. This did not feel controlled or confident. It felt unsafe. When I later contacted the clinic to escalate my concerns, management reviewed my chart and stated that the nurse documented I was treated within "safe parameters." This directly contradicts what the nurse told me in the room and does not align with the visible burns on my arms. I requested a refund due to injury caused during treatment. I was told they would only consider it if I agreed to conditions that effectively prevent me from speaking about my experience. That alone should be a red flag. In my opinion, this clinic is hiring undertrained providers who lack a fundamental understanding of laser safety, skin tone differences, and proper parameter selection and then attempting to protect themselves through documentation that does not reflect what actually occurred. Laser treatments are not benign. They require education, judgment, and accountability. I did not receive that here. Do not trust your skin to a clinic that minimizes injury, gaslights patients, and refuses accountability unless you stay silent. read more

I would give this place NO STARS for the Emsculpt Neo I paid $ 3.700 and it did absolutely nothing. It did not work. They tried to gaslight me by taking photos and acting like there's results and you could tell We both knew there was no results. the package that I bought came with several sessions and they tried to say that I used all my session's , when I didn't, but later on realizing that they had made a mistake and that I had one more session left.
