HORRIBLE! I've gone here for years and never had a problem. Recently dropped my dress off (for a wedding mind you) just for a clean and press. The wife always charges $12-$15, the husband charged $20. I pick up my dress and it s a different shade than when I dropped it off. It also SMELLED HORRIBLY of wet dog and CIGARETTES as the husband was smoking when I got there to drop off. Kindly asked for a refund or the least a re-clean and they said "they can't." I've brought them lemons and grapefruits from my tree before and I'm always nice to them, they lost 4 customers from my family! There are WAY better cleaners in Whittier! They do not dry clean your clothes -- they wash them. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a nearby spot. I started by taking blankets to test the service. It seemed fine at first, so I decided to bring a few sweaters. Unfortunately, they shrunk all of them. These are sweaters I've dry cleaned many times before without any issue, and when I got them back it was obvious they had been washed instead of dry cleaned. As a result, they shrank. After that, I told my husband not to bring anything there anymore, but he still took our very vibrant green blanket to be cleaned. Sure enough, it looks like they washed it too. The blanket is no longer vibrant -- it's now dull. At that point, I can't blame anyone but us for going back after the first bad experience. If you can, go somewhere else. This is not the place. read more

I really wanted to like this place because it's convenient for me to go there because I live nearby. Sadly, the owners are unreliable, every single time I bring something to them, they're not confident with the work they do. They cannot reassure me that they will be able to remove a stain, or do simple stitching modifications. I'm always met with the same response, " I'll try", "can't do", "can't promise you anything ". I brought in a pair of dress pants and shirt and the owner said the stains wouldn't come off anymore. I ended up going somewhere else and surprise, the other place was able to take off the stains on all of my clothes, and were able to fix my suspenders, which the owner of Beverly Town Cleaners said they were, 'no good anymore' and couldn't be fix. read more

I took my son's boy scout shirt and sash and to have patches sewn on. My friend said that she normally deals with the wife who charges her $3 for the small patches and $5 for the big patches. When I got there the husband told me that it was going to be $5 for the small patches and $7 for the big patches. The huge difference when I had 25 patches to sew in. Then when we picked it up, my son was missing his accommodation ribbon that hangs from the button. We didn't notice until we got home and when I called they said they had no clue what I was talking about and that they never saw anything so they couldn't replace it. So after I spent $130 to have patches sewn on, they couldn't be bothered to replace a $7 ribbon that they lost. Would never go back. read more

In one instance, I had a dress ripped at the seam down the front center; this seemed like an impossible job on a tough material. Ani accepted the challenge! I felt like I didn't drop it off with enough time (2 weeks before event) but she said that was fine and truthfully the turn around time was so quick! Prices were really affordable and service was good. This place gives mom & pop shop which I'm into. My least favorite thing about this place is the parking in the plaza! The female owner here is AWFUL. I've dropped stuff off here multiple times never really had a conversation with anyone just in and out. But today I go to drop off my boyfriend's work pants and I just wanted to make sure that no other fabric would be used since they're fire resistant and because my boyfriend asked me to make sure. It was just a quick question and the lady here couldn't stop laughing getting SO upset saying she doesn't know what to tell me, I'm not understanding and I don't need to tell her how to do her job. Worst experience with cleaners ever. Should of looked at the negative reviews before coming here. I came here because it was near my house but never again. I need cut 1 1/2 inch from a dress and a shirt dry cleaned and when I dropped off stuff I was not given price. Realized 2 hours later and I called to see how much it was gonna be and for dress $45 dollar! I know it's not a complicated job. I have family that do this but I just didnt want to go all the way 30 for them to do it but I should have. I told lady I was definitely not gonna pay that when I paid $65 for dress so that I would go pick it up and she said no because she had already started working on it. I repeated I was not paying that much and she said she would lower it to $30 and when my husband went to pick up she told him $35 and didn't iron/press it that because of my attitude. Which lady, I was just making it clear you were not gonna rip me off. So never again. This place takes advantage of ppl that don't know how much things like that cost or how long stuff like that takes. They told by husband not to come back for business and we will definitely not be going there. read more

I got my dress pants done here. Dropped off Monday and received Thursday. Prices were about average, not too expensive like some places are that are getting really greedy. Picked up and pants looked good as new. Quick and I was out. The lady who processed my order, although not very receptive or warm, was professional & fast. That was good enough for me, I'm not always up for talkative & overly friendly (although it wouldn't have hurt). Again, not a big issue, just get my stuff & get me out & then get my stuff back to me and get me out. It's in the little strip mall where the Wienerschnitzel & gas station are, parking isn't too bad, but can be challenging during the rush times or when big games are on the tele. (because of $6 pizza joint or Subway). It's very convenient & very reasonable hours (stays open till 7pm most days). I'll definitely be a regular customer from now on. read more

I had ordered two dresses for my graduation photo shoot...assumed I was sent the right size...opened the box to try these dresses on the day before..to just find out I was sent the wrong size. I'm a first and last last time customer. I brought one unlined blazer and one skirt for hem and dry cleaning services. The lady that took my items was rude and didn't quote me. On pickup day, I was shocked - my cost was $42.25 ($19.15 skirt & $22.10 blazer). To make matters worse, I noticed that the skirt's hem was only half-way done and I had to stick around to have it mended. Time to get my sewing kit out. read more

Worst service ever. They charged me 54$ for 3 jeans. When I went back to pick them up they did exactly what I explicitly asked them not to do and my 300$ jeans got ruined so I brought them back to fix them and the second time I picked them up they charged me an extra 30$ to fix what they messed up. They are already more expensive than other places so I expected a little expertise but bad customer service and did horrible on my pants. This place has ripped 3 button down shirts. Each shirt had the rip in the same place on the the sleeve. The first time it happened I asked the person who was working their to inform the owner.
