In the two times that I've taken my jackets here for dry cleaning they do a great job with leaving my clothes smelling neutral. I believe it's a $1 charge if paid with card. I dropped off 2 pairs of work pants that needed alterations. Its family owned by a husband & wife. The husband told me, it would take one week to get done. I come back 2weeks later. They haven't been touched, due to his wife being sick. Husband apologized & tells me, "come back in 2 weeks." I return after 3 weeks. Husband looks at me in shock and says, "I'm sorry! They're not done. I forgot about you. Please come back in one week. I promise they will be done." I return in 3 weeks, again. Husband looks at me & doesn't even recognize me. I tell him, "I'm here to pick-up my pants." He tells me, "They're not done. She was sick." I respond, "That was weeks ago???" Husband responds as he looks annoyed with me, "Ya, I know! Well, I was sick, too." I responded, "You also said , that you forgot about me." Husband responds, "i know! Just explain to her what you want." I explain to them, during this time, I have move out of whittier & to Rialto. I can't keep wasting time & gas, coming back. I need my stuff. I watch as they pick it up off the floor in a corner. My pants now, have dust dirt & hair all over it. They returned them to me dirtier than when I dropped them off. They never offered to even dust them off. I wanted to scream at the husband, but didn't, because his son was right there watching. Will never recommend this place. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

This is a review for the dry cleaning services only! I drop off my fiancé's and my work clothes weekly because I am lazy. I've never had an issue and prices are way low. I believe a button down is about $1.50...shut up and take my money! I've left an intricate dress before and they were able to clean it without compromising the giant flower attached to the front (don't ask...) they always have it ready on time and the owner is a really nice guy. The only thing I hate about coming here is their parking lot but it has nothing to do with the business. It's a small strip mall and people drive like they are on the freeway. I already know I am going to get pissed and almost hit when I come by. But their service is good and I like to support family owned businesses so it's worth it. So I purchased some room darkening curtains on clearance from Walmart and knew that they had to be hemmed. I was recommended this place by someone I know. So I put them up to see and mark how much to hem them. Material has no holes in it. I take them in for the alteration and pick them up the following week. A couple of days later I take them out of the closet, out of the plastic covers that they put them in and find that they are hemmed perfect, but there are a bunch of holes in different places. The kind of holes that look like some material was dissolved and other parts are intact like a drops of chemical. Mind you that these were brand new, I never washed them and did not ask that they been cleaned in any way. I go back and show 3 different people, all to get the drift that it couldn't have been them, but "what did I want them do about it?" After a couple of rounds of the same, I just left. The guy asked about the purchase receipt during the conversation, but honestly, the cost of hemming was more than the curtains themselves. They didn't seem to want the blame and wanted me to come up with a solution. Keep the money, here's the review. read more
