I am extremely upset and looking for the owner to contact me. I brought in a rare Alexander McQueen dress from the Spring 2006 Neptune collection (Style 158307). This is a high-end archival piece that sells for about $1,600 on luxury sites like 1stDibs. When I got the dress back, the sheer mesh that holds the leaf designs together was completely shredded and ripped. You can actually see the healthy mesh on one side of the dress, but on the other side, it's just gone or torn away. Now there are just frayed fibers sticking to the leaves like Velcro, which makes the dress unwearable. This was a collector's item and it was clearly not handled with the care a designer piece requires. I have photos of the damage and the 1stDibs valuation. Please reach out to me immediately so we can figure out how to resolve the cost of these damages. The dry cleaner was sold a little over a year ago. They were my go to dry cleaner. I went in before the holidays with over 15 items when I went to pick up my items my order was all mis matched. They gave me someone else's shirt and didn't give me one of my sweaters back. I have gone in 3 times now since to ask if they have more information. Last they said is the owner would be contacting me for a refund. I have not heard back. I was giving them time to find my sweater and being patient for a call back on the refund. I will be calling this week to get my sweater refunded (this is 01/31/26). All in all I'm in need of a new dry cleaner. read more

I went to EVERGREEN CLEANERS the other day because I had a stain on the back of the collar of a very nice shirt that another cleaners could not remove it was more of a faded spot than a stain But the woman at EVERGREEN suggested that if it couldn't be removed then they could possibly do some alteration to the collar and save me from throwing the shirt away so I went back a few days later and they told me that the stain could not be removed but what they did was turn the collar inside out or some magic like that and completely saved my shirt and simply made it back to being brand new since I only wore it once this mother and daughter team were Super Nice and saw my problem was difficult to repair but they said don't worry we will find a solution to save the shirt And they did Super friendly and very professional to solving problem's others could Not do I will continue to bring all my cleaning/alteration needs to EVERGREEN CLEANERS because they will find a solution to whatever issues you might have Thank You very much EVERGREEN read more

This was my go to dry cleaners, but since ownership changed the customer service has declined. I took a down comforter in to get dry cleaned and was given a date 5 days laters to pick it up. I went in after the date promised only to find out that the comforter wasn't ready because after washing it, it smelled bad according to the representative. Obviously if it smelled bad then I should have been notified. I asked why I wasn't contacted before I made a special trip across town to pick it up. The response was that she forgot to call me. Sorry. No offer to discount the $40 charge to compensate for my time and their lack of professionalism. I came in with a king sized comforter on a Monday and was told it would be ready by Wednesday! I came in on Wednesday to pick it up and they tell me it's not ready. I didn't get a phone call or anything from them telling me to come in on another day since it wasn't ready! It was completely inconsiderate! I am so incredibly grateful to the staff at Evergreen Cleaners. I had accidentally brushed against my mother's silk-material shirt that she was planning to wear to my fiancé's funeral in two days. I was so panicked and stressed and called multiple businesses nearby and most told me they are too busy or that they wouldn't have the blouse ready in time. I sent out messages to businesses on yelp as well and Jay replied promptly and let me know that it could be ready by the next day and he would notify the staff just to make sure. I just want to thank him and everyone here who took care of it. My mom and I were scrambling to take care of some last minute things before the funeral and we weren't going to be able to get to the shop until 5 minutes before closing, so I called and asked if that's okay and I was hurrying as fast as I could and they told me over the phone it's okay and they would wait. Everyone there was so kind and helpful and understanding and it took care of one more thing that I didn't have to worry about. I truly want to thank everyone because I have been grieving and struggling but this one experience at this shop showed me that there are kind people in the world still. Have always been super satisfied with this business and their customer service. We take all of our dress shirts, suits, and other delicates to be laundered or dry cleaned. They even took out stains on a tie without pressing or changing the natural form of the tie! One time a batch of dress shirts came back with some wear on the pockets where it was not there before (I don't wear anything in the shirt pockets) and they gave me credit for free services! We've been using them for dry cleaning ever since they opened and we have never had an issue with them. If you are looking for dry cleaning - this is the place to go. However, if you need alterations, I highly recommend finding a different location. I recently brought in a pair of pants to be altered - they fit at the hips but the waist was too big. Rather than removing the waist band, altering the pants, and reattaching the waist band, the seamstress on staff simply cut through the back of the waist band and sewed up the pants along the butt seam. It ruined the pants. Not only are the alterations not at all centered, SHE CUT THE CENTER OF THE WAIST BAND, ruining one of the finest features of my favorite pair of business pants. RUINED. So if you need dry cleaning done, I highly recommend them. If you need any alterations, you should really take your time to find someone who knows how to sew and think logically through the design of a garment, not someone who only knows how to sew straight seams. read more
