What is the one thing that a place gives you to put your bottles in and when you get checked out at the registers? From the many grocery stores and the many party stores that I have been to is the purchase of Alcohol is to be placed in a bag or paper bag with the receipt the one store that told me the company just shipped the bags. The day that I had went to the store that was on the day of the Wednesday for the many products that Bev Mo! carries they do change for the travel to the store was one that you can take the trolley to the store and be able to get off at the Hazard Center Station. What is the one thing that when a cashier finishes a sale at a liquor store or the purchase of any type of spirits items before the purchase and after the sales is rung up. When I had went to Bev Mo! I was looking for the proper procedure of the way drinks are sold, and they should be bagged properly to my surprise when I had asked, they had told me they had no bags to give me they had boxes. They placed my purchase of the Baileys and Creme Bottle and a Plastic bottle of Cinamon Liquor into see through gift bag. For a store such as Bev Mo! you can consider the store as one of the oversized liquor stores yet a place where you can order kegs and the food for parties and the smaller party drinks to have with your party. From my walk through of the store and the many isles is the marking of the prices you see many that have stamped sale prices in red and the ones in black are regular prices with the rewards club you do get the stamped price. For a store such as Bev Mo! not to have aq certain product yet the web site that states they have the Baileys Irish Creme Strawberry, they should carry it in the store I was told they don't carry it for over three years. Customer service on the floor was not up to par and to see none of the clerks coming to say may I help you. For the only person that offered great help was the cashier and the one that they have no paper or plastic bags to carry purchases to the car or with you to the trolley center. The cashier was able to help me get things rung up on the registers with the Baileys Irish Creme that was on the rewards and saved $5.00 dollars off the price and the cinnamon Fireball Liquor was regular price. To go out the door wi9th a gold sees through gift bag that was not the right thing to give customers. As Elite Yelp Reviewer I was taking the day and going to the Bev Mo! to get the drinks that I needed for the Fourth of July and finding the regular products that showed me the store didn't give a rain check or try to compensate. Was browsing the aisle and luckily I ran into Andrew. I told his I was looking to make my wife happy and get her whatever wines she wants. Andrew delivered and totally took care of us. He started off by asking what kind of wines we like... flavors, tastes, scents, dry or not, etc. He wanted to understand the customer. After our discussion he quickly knew what we wanted and headed over to the Cab aisle. Not only did he provide his personal favorite picks (that are not part of the sale), he also provided his best pics for the $0.05 wine sale. With his vast knowledge he went into detail in the initial taste, scents, and after tastes. Being there for the past 8 years his experience and knowledge really shined through. He asked how do we drink our wine. Open bottle and finish it or save it. Do we let the wine air out? Do we remove the air from bottles if we are not done with the bottle. What?? there are ways to improve the overall experience... tell us more. He showed me a couple accessories for airing out the wine and a tool for removing the air from an open bottle in order to extend its shelf life. Well as you may have guessed, we bought 5 bottles of wine and the 2 accessories. We just want to say Thank You Andrew. Most recently, I had to go inside to pick up an online drive-up order because, once again, payment could not be processed properly online. A slack-jawed young man, before even looking, asked if I was at the "right" BevMo. First cabinet he opened, there it was! I chuckled and smiled, he did not. The cashier informed me I would not receive the online discounts, but had to pay $40 more for the order. "Nothing I can do" was repeatedly said. Left this store for the last time ever. Went to Total Wine and got the same order for $20 less than the BevMo online total. Wonderful, friendly, helpful employees, too! Now, no more BevMo aggravation for me -- and lower prices! I love this BevMo, it is usually my go to. They have everything you could possibly need and more. Recently ordered for a drive up, a couple of juices and one bottle of liquor. I placed it for a pick up of one which is normally a less busy time than after work hours. I showed up at 1:30, parked in the designated spot. Checked in, no one came up to my car. I waited there for about 20 minutes. And no one came to bring my order. So I went inside, there was no line, the cashier was not attending to anybody, two representatives standing at the front. It was not busy. So I told one of the representatives that I was there for a pick up, she got my order. And I kindly asked how did the drive up work because I was in my car for 20 minutes. Yesterday I ordered on the app, around 530 pm and it didn't show my order for 2 hours. I called and asked because my card was charged, the person on the phone told me to wait 10-15 minutes. Again, it didn't show until 735 pm after I kept checking every 10-15 minutes. So I rush over there because they close at 8 pm.
