I can literally spend 30 minutes just walking around looking at all the beer easily. They have every kind that you can think of and then some, stouts, sours, lights, darts, imported you name it they have it. By far this is one of my favorite liquor stores in North Park area without a doubt. Their prices are decent and not overpriced and the owners are extremely nice and always do a Great job of taking care of you, don't forget if you have a question or if you're looking for a specific beer don't hesitate to ask they will help you, also if they are out of something ask them there's a good chance they have in the back. They have parking in the alley specifically for the store and also parking in the front to gain close access otherwise there is still parking on other areas but you will have to walk a half a block or so. The employee told me they didn't have it and offered a substitute. When she rang it up, the price came out to $75. I questioned it, and she said she thought I was buying a different bottle. After that, she adjusted the price, but it still ended up being $50. It was late at night and there weren't many other places open, so I bought it anyway. When I got home, I realized the bottle was a maple-flavored whiskey--not a straight rye like I had asked for. What confused me is that if they didn't have the rye, there were plenty of regular bourbons on the shelf that would have been a closer substitute. Instead I was sold a more expensive flavored whiskey that I didn't ask for. To be fair, I could have paid closer attention before leaving the store. But the whole interaction felt off, and it left me with the impression that the substitute was chosen to move a more expensive product rather than match what I asked for. That was my experience. Update: A commenter here says they spoke with the store and that my review is "incorrect," and then describes a different version of the interaction. The commenter was not present for the exchange I experienced. Their account is based on what someone told them afterward. My review reflects what I personally experienced during that visit.
