I absolutely love living at Tramor at Autumn Park. There are lots of wonderful things about the property, but the absolute best thing is the staff... Specifically Miranda the leasing manager. In all my years of living in apartments, I have never, ever met a kinder, more caring, thoughtful, and human centered leasing manager. She is always willing to help you in whatever way possible. She makes me want to live here indefinitely, honestly. She is nothing short of exceptionally phenomenal!! Some other things I love about Tramor at Autumn Park include: The rates are super affordable and they do not make it difficult to qualify! I have been here about two years now and have lived in two different units. I have also toured lots of other units. All of the units are really nice and beautifully appointed. The built in bookshelves are one of my favorite features! I first lived in the 2/2 and it's huge! I loved how much space it had!! I downsized to the small one bedroom and I really love it. I especially love the deck which can be accessed from the living room and the bedroom. My unit also has a large front patio space which I have decorated with plants as many residents do. My neighbor sometimes uses this space to entertain guests. It's that big! The grounds are always kept clean and tidy. I feel very safe living here. It's very quiet. Mostly hardworking, friendly families. I love all my neighbors. Aside from the office staff, the maintenance staff are also quite exceptional. Anytime I have a problem, they are always quick to respond and take care of the issue. I also love how the office staff always checks in after maintenance has been here to make sure the issue has been resolved properly. Tramor at Autumn Park is a breed restriction free property. Which was so important to me because of my loving, lazy, gentle Siberian Husky. There are lots of other huskies on property. There is a dog run and the property provides poop bags and trash cans! The property backs up to a newly renovated and super cool park that has an awesome playscape for kids, soccer field, walking path, pavilion, and more poop bags and trash bags. I don't have a car, so I also love that the property is walking distance to tons of necessities including grocery stores, restaurants, a drug store, churches, and more! Also, silly little thing that I also love about the property, they send you candy on your birthday. I mean, how sweet is that?! They also frequently have fun little events and contests for discounts on rent. They've had free snow cones, build your own pizzas, popcorn, and more! On valentine's day they had a candy hearts guessing game, for Christmas they had a decorate your door contest, and on Halloween they had a dog costume contest. My daughter and I absolutely love it here and I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone!! You will feel right at home and love it!! read more

Everyone I've just about met has complained of their first apartment, thankfully I never experienced that here! These apartments, staff and Miranda are all fantastic. They are incredibly low priced and a great first apartment or if you're just looking to save up this is the one for you. Many of the apartments are getting renovated with new front doors & appliances, and even replacing the sliding patio doors. The property is well kept, social events hosted by the leasing office are common and just a nice treat to the guest. At Christmas time they offer gift wrapping supplies to residents and friendly door decorating or Christmas light contest with sweet rewards like x amount off next months rent. Moving here the process is so smooth and easy it doesn't take long to do the applications and later get your keys. When moving in they also offer a sweet treat of two weeks rent off or I think even a gift card which is nice to have when getting settles. The big star is the property manager Miranda, I have never met someone so sweet and caring she's perfect for working with new tenants and being the face of the property. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office to take a look at some units in December 2018, I have felt at home here at Tramor at Autumn Park. Miranda is extremely helpful and makes sure to get to know you. She was able to get me a great deal, and since living here, there is always some opportunity to get some credit on your rent. The complex puts on fun monthly activities like Halloween dog costume contests, holiday door decorating, etc. and the community amenities are well kept and clean. When I have a maintenance issue (and there haven't been many) Miranda is quick to get it resolved, no matter the time of day. Each time I walk into the leasing office to pick up a package or reload my laundry card, Miranda greets me by my name and with a smile. She makes me feel like I belong here. I have already resigned for another year, and don't see myself leaving anytime soon! Don't let the old reviews discourage you; this place has been under new management as of (around) October 2018. First Impressions (new tenant): While the amenities aren't aplenty, although they're slowly coming, I'm highly impressed with the new features they're installing for their renovations. Our unit is equipped with many LED light fixtures and the kitchen is absolutely impressive compared to any other apartment I've lived in. We had an issue with sulphur in the hot water and it was corrected within a business day. So despite all the other tenants here, they have an impressive turnaround time on work orders. Uncommon for my experiences, they've given me permission to upgrade the electronics (smart thermostat, USB outlets, etc.) so that's a huge plus for me. Location-wise, just about everything thing I need is near. The HEB+ is just minutes away. The manager is delightful to talk to and work with and made us feel very welcome here. Have lived here the past year, if it wasn't for wanting the amenities of a house I would stay here for years! Very understanding staff who always answers calls and emails quickly, they are very friendly and communicate wonderfully. There is a nice park with a trail and playground right behind complex, great place for dog owners to walk your fur babies while staying local. Safe and quiet complex, some apartments are newly remodeled with LED appliances. Clean pool. Office has something for residents every month whether it's food or contests (not during covid times obviously). Not to mention the location is absolutely perfect with a HEB plus, gym, and tons of restaurants and fast food near by. Wouldn't have chosen another place to have as my first apartment, and I will definitely miss living at Tramor at Autumn Park. read more

Me and my fiance moved in about a week ago, and we cannot be more impressed. The new management team is absolutely fantastic. Miranda is truly a miracle worker when it comes to getting everything done promptly, and efficiently. She worked with us over the span of 4 MONTHS, with regular updates and making sure we had all of our questions answered. When it was time for move in we had everything ready and the apartment looked brand new. All new stainless appliances, new fixtures in every room of our 2 Bedroom. It looks immaculate. The only issue I had was shower water temperature, went down to the office in the late afternoon to address the issue and Maintenance was there within 2 hours to fix it. Easy fix as well. This is literally the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Not only are the apartments, beautiful, stunning, and clean on the inside, but the property is extremely well maintained. Well lit at night, with a beautiful Park, and gorgeous trees. No roaches, or mice to speak of. Ever since New Management came in they really made this place a home. They are rather strict, but without rules places like this would not be as nice. They even helped me with my broken lease. Which is something many places would not do. Great Staff, Great Location, Pet Friendly, Pest Free! Staff is very professional; Miranda has been very attentive and accommodating from day one. My daughter loves the recently upgraded playground and soccer field in walking distance. Maintenance requests have been addressed immediately and effectively. Pest Control is a plus. I got a free deep carpet cleaning after my first year! HEB plus close by; 7-11 in walking distance. My apartment is not brand new, but it is well maintained; I have a massive book shelf next to my fireplace, and my balcony is legit. read more

I am a resident at Tramor at Autumn park and have been for several months now and am very pleased with the community, amenities and management. Miranda (assistant property manager) has been nothing but kind to me. She is extremely efficient. I have visited the leasing office requesting maintenance or whatever it may be, and she has always quickly assisted me and taken care of any and all issues. I had several small request since I am still not physically in Texas and the Manager Berenice not only accommodated me but responded so quickly and professionally. i was told that the property was about... 40-50 years old? had me a bit concerned as to the state of the actual unit, but i was really impressed with it! everything seems to be well used and well taken care of. the one thing that REALLY surprised me was how well insulated the apartment itself is. for example, the unit next door has a REALLY loud dog that you can hear outside, but i have NEVER heard the dog once i'm inside. 10/10 would rent again read more

I have live here for almost a year and a half and I highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing and is really helpful if you have any questions. Apartments are pretty affordable for the area and look really nice. Only downside is no one unit washer or dryer but they have onsite facilities. Relatively quite community even with kids.
