They are all trained to provide the best care for you and actively listen to your concerns. They have an extensive check-in process where you provide information on the procedures you have had and when they conduct the initial evaluation, they go over everything with you. I just had my consultation and they handled my body with care and were extra careful with the stitches I have and worked around the area. In all my visits, never has any staff member made me uncomfortable or violated in anyway. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. They always treat me with respect and listen to my concerns. They educated me on all the post-op care I need to partake in to ensure the most optimal results. Having done my surgery in another country, they take my doctor's concerns and request into consideration when I tell them, and my doctor is very comfortable with all the information that I provide to him from them and vice versa. I have even brought my mother here for facial treatment provided by Ms. Ana. For any post-op care I need, facials, and other treatments - this business has a customer for life.
