5 stars isnt enough! I've been a client for at least 3 years and most recently went to them for peptide therapy and glp-1. I am going thru ivf in my 40s and its important that i have the best odds available. For this i was on the collagen peptide which helps in producing high quality eggs and contributes to a solid uterine lining. Let's just say my results spoke for themselves. I produced high egg quality eggs that would be expected of a 29 year old. Another side effect was that my nail beds, hair, and skin were soften. Even my fine lines softened. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. STAY AWAY. I would give negative stars if I could for the time, money, and literal suffering this business has caused me. I could write a book about my experience but the highlights/ lowlights are this: The owner talked me into an insanely expensive package (for me anyway) based on a promise of visible and significant results. I told her this was the one gift I was giving myself after the recent birth of my child so I did not want to invest in any snake oil. She assured me I would be pleased with the results. Her tech administered the first 3 sessions in the same week. I later learned that this modality needs to be spaced one week apart to be effective. When I raised this with owner, she went into full gaslight mode, telling be variously that I was actually getting a different treatment that could be used more frequently. When I pressed, she changed her story and admitted I was getting the original modality I'd paid for but it was being used for a different purpose so tripling up in one week was "fine." As I went through the treatments, I repeatedly told the owner that I was not seeing results and that I'd like to discuss alternatives. She initially indicated that she would welcome that and we made a date to talk the following week. At that point, she completely dug in her heels and said I just needed to be "patient." I told her I was halfway through my package and my own husband could not notice the smallest difference in the target area. Again, she said, "it just takes time." It had been nearly 2 months at this point. My own research showed that results can be expected as early as the end of month one. When I finally had enough, the owner said she would put me in touch with "upper management." When upper management called me, she admitted she was only a client liaison. She kept saying she was on my side but couldn't do anything, that it was up to the owner to make the final call. Meanwhile it was the owner who referred me to this upper management. It was so surreal. I felt like I was caught up in some poorly executed psychological thriller that would have been hilarious if I wasn't so exhausted from being a first time mom. I have since asked for a refund and the owner has written pages of nonsense, half-truths, and inconsistent statements to justify her refusal. The story is always changing. Now she has copied another member of "upper management" on these emails. I actually don't think he exists because he never says a word and I can't find any reference to him online. I am happy to talk to anyone about my experience. Feel free to message me direct. Save your money. Save your sanity. Stay away from this chop shop. read more

Lots of pleasant surprises on Valentine's Day! They really decked the halls and decked out the whole place: red carpet upon entrance, balloons, hearts, and more. This place is a nightmare. Do not waste your money here. The owner is a classic gaslighter and scamstress. The responses from the so-called office manager Stephen to some of our reviews say it all. Read them if you want to see what kind of an outfit this is: he warns one user that she should "consider the moral implications" of filing a complaint. That's just bizarre ! The owner also has a shady license under her physician husband and the people in her office have no clue what they are doing. Like other users, I've been physically burned during treatment. The techs have not been trained properly and, in fact, pose a threat to health and safety. Also note that this business utilizes fake reviews and fake people! I was told that I would be speaking to upper management and the upper management ended up being a client liaison who told me that the person who sent me to her is actually the upper management. I've used several of their services and they always give me honest feedback - they don't try to sell me on anything and provide personalized guidance before and after I do my treatments. I originally came in for cavitation on my thighs. To give you context - I haven't felt comfortable wearing shorts since I was in elementary school, before puberty took over and my legs began to be the only area storing fat, and was IMPOSSIBLE to get rid of. Amparo noticed that one of the issues may be more related to water retention than actual fat and wanted to address this before committing to a fat desolving treatment. This was so appreciated because it's not a decision that should be taken lightly. Anyway, it turns out it was a combination of water retention and my original assumptions about stubborn fat cells. I had two treatments done at ultra body sculpt. 4 pack legacy and emsculpt. After the 3rd legacy treatment, I had several burns on my stomach. I discontinued the treatments after this. When I contacted the ultra body, they told me to put neosporin on it. When I went to my follow on app, no one bothered to ask me how I was doing. When I canceled the rest of the treatments (after the burn marks), they took away the discount that they had originally offered me. I also had 4 emsculpt treatments on my glutes. it's been 4 weeks since my last treatment. I don't see a difference. The clinic is highly disorganized and the owner/ manager (Amparo) is frankly rude. I decided to try Ultra Body Sculpt after over a year of following them on instagram. They had a promo for Morpheus 8 for $399. I booked a consultation with Britney and she confirmed that I needed 2 sessions and they would each be $399. I scheduled my appointment and checked if I needed to do anything else with the front desk. Two days later I had my appointment and I was charged $499. The session took an extra 30 mins than was scheduled so I was in a rush and didn't notice. I reached out to their team on instagram and explained the situation. They claimed the $399 was only for a limited number of customers, and even though I was quoted $399 twice i wasn't getting that price. read more

I'm not sure if it was administered incorrectly or if it just wasn't a very strong laser but the IPL facial did not do anything. My hairline was accidentally zapped twice and left little short hairs and patches but aside from that, there were no effects ( and certainly no positive effects unfortunately). I've had IPL photo facials elsewhere in years past and they always turn sunspots darker to where they rise to the surface and flake off but truly nothing happened at all with this IPL facial aside from the accidental hairline patches There was no indication anything had been done at all. read more

I highly not recommending coming to this place. I called to book an appointment using a groupon deal. I was told there was an appointment made avaiable the next day for a facial. I was told that they were going to put the appointment slot on hold for me once I signed the consent form with my personal information, and bring a screenshot to the appointment. I was told the appointment would be booked once I submitted the consent form which I submitted immediately and she was going to call back to confirm. 1-2 hours pass and no call. I called back and another lady picked up the phone. Once I explained my situation, she responded in the most condescending manner that they gave my appointment slot to someone else and " I was never going to get that slot anyway since they only book groupon deals on Tue, Wed, Thurs." I felt like I being scoffed or ridiculed for thinking I could get this appointment when I was told that this appointment was available for me. Aside from the condescending manner, I asked why they are requesting someone's personal information if they have no intention of booking me an appointment. She replied that they like to keep personal infomration on hold in case for future bookings. That is not what I consented to. I consented to providing my information based on the appointment I was promised. I will never be coming here as I have never been spoken to in such a unprofessional manner. I had heard amazing things about a new technology called Emsculpt and made an appointment at Ultra Body Sculpt, a premiere provider located near me in Arlington, to test it out on my abs. At my first session, Maria and Amparo thoroughly explained the technology, the process and potential benefits. Long story short, a few sessions later, I was hooked. I could feel a significant difference in my workouts and the ease with which I could do everyday tasks. (And while a secondary goal, I also lost a noticeable amount of fat!)
