I had a very disappointing experience with Beyond Juice. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I paid for my order, but I never received the product I paid for, and I feel like my money was taken without receiving anything in return. When I tried to address the situation, the way I was treated made the experience even worse. I expected better customer service and for the issue to be handled fairly and respectfully. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. Customers should receive the products they pay for and be treated with respect when there is a problem. read more

This was my second time at a Beyond Juicery - the first time was the (non-downtown) Birmingham location, because they were offering a free smoothie if you downloaded the app. The WB location sent me some coupons so a friend and I stopped by here today. The menu was a bit large so I ordered the cilantro chicken sandwich - they do have a make-your-own sandwich or salad option, too - and an Anna's smoothie. The coupon I used said "free smoothie with purchase of salad or wrap" which was a good deal, the smoothie was about $7.50 and the sandwich was about $11. I am pretty sure now they gave me a Mango smoothie and not the Anna's smoothie - the Anna's one says it has Blueberry, Strawberry, Peanut Butter, Coconut H2O, Banana, Lime, and my drink was orange and tasted like mango - but it was tasty so I can't complain. The friend I went with had the same coupon (we ordered separately) and they charged her $2 to make it a large smoothie; she paid for the upcharge, but then after talking to me, asked about it at the counter, and they refunded her, so I'm not sure if there was actually supposed to be a $2 upcharge or not. The sandwich was tasty albeit a little spicy - it does say "spicy cilantro sauce" on the menu though. Overall I enjoyed it, and I felt like it was nice and healthy, but it was a bit pricey, at $11 (although on par with Sweetgreen and similar chains in the area, IMO). I'll be back here at some point, I like that they offer coupons too. My friend told me on Tuesdays they do $5 smoothies, as well (generally $7.50 or so each). read more

But, the last three times I've been here, the service was very slow and people seemed to be milling around behind the counter, chit chatting instead of making my drink or chatting with the door dash driver. I've had such great service here in the past that I will come back, but it really needs to improve to where it was. Other locations and other competitor brands are now starting to get my businesses. probably some of the worst customer service i've ever received. i spoke with a young man to use a buy one get one free smoothie, that had no stipulations. i had used the coupons 4x before at this same location over the previous months. all other associates accepted it as it has no stipulations. i wanted to use it for a specialty smoothie, however, the manager refused to even try the coupon stating that "there was nothing he could do" even though i had used them recently for speciality smoothies. i asked was there anything further he could do, he simply "touched" the screen and walked away and refused to come back to help us. buyer beware. read more

I have to admit It was a bit unsettling to see the protesters for the family planning center next-door to this place. They are out by the street with signs about the location murdering babies and such. For a split second I didn't know if ours pulling into the right driveway. How unfortunate that they chose their location next to the center with protesters on a Saturday morning at their driveway. That's dedication, it's bone chilling cold outside The guy behind the counter said the protesters are there every Saturday. Banana nut and Carlos detox is calling. I ordered my usual banana nut with the almond butter and the Carlos detox. I feel like I need a bit of pick me up this morning. Staff are friendly and got right to making my drinks. I like the Beyond Juicery locations all throughout Metro Detroit, and their effort at providing a somewhat healthier option when it comes to fast food. I don't visit too often because I always feel as though a bowl and smoothie shouldn't be $20+, as It seems their items are a bit overpriced in the name of "health". All in all I really like their Just Peachy juice and the only bowl I've tried is their Prescott bowl, mainly because I love quinoa and avocado. Both of which are very good. My favorite item on the menu is the Mango Tango smoothie, which has Mango, Pineapple, Banana, Cream of Coconut, Honey. I'd go as far as to say it's the best thing you can get from here! I've heard their Vegan chili soup is very good as well! I think the staff here are slightly nicer than the ones in the Birmingham location but no ones ever been rude, and the one time my order was wrong, they quickly fixed it. Overall a great spot to grab a bite to eat! read more

Got the bop bowl salad bowl and the Razzle Dazzzle smoothie. 20 bucks after tip. Was it worth it? Ehhh..... Bop bowl- quinoa, spinach, carrots, avocado, cucumber, edamame, red onion, sesame seeds, carrot ginger dressing. The bop bowl was delicious. Will definitely get again. Razzle Dazzle smoothie - raspberry, coconut water, strawberry, pb, lime. For how much I paid, I expected the smoothie to be well-blended- a SMOOTHie. It was not. It was so rushed. The chunks were so big I couldn't drink through the straw they gave me. I didn't notice this while I was there, and so I ended up taking it home and re-blending it myself. Really great flavors, but I didn't want a DIY smoothie. I do realize that this place JUST opened, so customer service is still not 100%. Everything just felt so frantic. Beyond Juicers & Eatery is right on time to help improve my eating habits. I absolutely love smoothies. Each time I visit, the establishment is clean and welcoming. The wide windows and open seating allow you to feel comfortable sitting inside enjoying your healthy purchase. There's also outside seating where can enjoy your purchase while still listening to the music playing from the inside. Restrooms in the back and booster seats are available for your toddler. There's an App available were your can place your order before arrival. The menu primarily include salads wraps and smoothies. There's nothing that I do not like about this place. Beautiful addition to the West Bloomfield community! It was spotless, fresh looking, great vegetarian, meat and gluten free options. I got the Upbeet Juice with a little ice and it was fantastic! They ha e a loyalty card and. You can download the app and order and pickup. Note, there is parking in the front parking lot for quick pickup! If you are picking up, head right over to the Pickup Station! This location is going to be crazy busy! Beyond juice is beyond amazing :) every location has not failed me! They have amazing soups, salads, smoothies, and sandwiches! I'm a vegetarian so I normally get the spicy griego and I occasionally add in egg. As for smoothies - I love the eastern auto (not sure if it's located on the menu) it's amazing! I add in an extra banana. (It contains peanut butter.) I love the boss smoothie (I add mango.) The jalove it is awesome - I don't think it's located on the menu as well. Switch out the vanilla protein for collagen protein and add strawberries :) If you're a soup fan then you will LOVE their soups. I love the vegan chili soup and the vegetable soup. The soups are hearty soups Other locations have vegan sausage ;) unfortunately, this location does not have that option. read more

I stopped in on my lunch break. It took a while to order, but once I did my food and smoothie came out quickly. The woman at the cash register was friendly and apologized for the wait. I was pleasantly surprised with how quick my order came out. I got the turkey avocado spinach wrap and a sunrise sunset smoothie. Unlike other reviewers, I thought it tasted the same as it has at other locations. It was really good. However, I did notice that the workers will be too lazy to get a new can of coconut water (for example) and instead put a couple remaining drops from an empty bottle and then blend. Im so sad the last time I came here on 06/19 around 10am there were only two employees in. A Regional Manager and a male employee with longer hair. The regional manager looked like she was doing a-lot of the work. The other male employee seemed to be taking it easy and unfortunately he made our smoothies. They did not taste as good as they usually do. I really love Beyond Juicery + Eatery and this is the first time my smoothie had a "watered down" taste. I love Beyond Juice chain ever since I tried them in Birmingham, MI downtown. So excited they opened up a place near me in West Bloomfield off Orchard Lake Road. The sandwiches in WB taste even better here though. My husband loves the Turkey Avocado Wrap and I love the Chicken Cilantro even though it's a bit spicy to share with my kids. Had a gift card so we went, very expensive. $6.50 per drink. The experience was subpar. There were graphic protesters on the lawn which made me almost drive by...I get freedom of speech but my daughter was in the car. Then they forgot one smoothie completely and gave me a very cold cup of $2.50 coffee. They ended up making a new pot which should have been done on the first place. You can feel thru the cup if it is hot... I guess I just had higher expectations. The smoothies were good but I don't think I'll come back once my gift card is depleted because it is a lot of money for mediocrity. read more

Decided to go in and order some sandwiches and smoothies for lunch today. Beyond is a healthy option in a sea of fast food and sounded particularly good today. I don't usually do carry out and have not been out much since Covid. Of course, you need to wear a mask in when ordering food (side note: I would not leave the house without a mask anyways so not bothered by this at all.....) I ordered my food and moved 6 feet away from the pickup bar and any other customer. I was so disappointed to watch the young men working making the food and smoothies. Both young men had masks on that were basically hanging around their necks. One's was over his mouth, but as he made the smoothies....barely. So I ask you this....if I'm supposed to wear a mask to keep you safe, do you think I want you breathing on my food. Super disappointed. Not trying to be a Karen, just trying to be safe in a Covid world..... For $60 for 3 sandwiches and smoothies doubt I'll go back anytime soon. Had a quarantine meal from here today. My daughter loves the chili. Vegetable soup was pretty tasty. Decided to order some snacks too. Chips and salsa were delicious. Hummus and vegetables were meh. The hummus lacked flavor. But I added some spices to it so it was at least a good base. My smoothie (can't recall the name, had banana/pb) was just ok. Good fresh choice so I'll be back!! I usually have a good experience here, but I'm guessing today was an off day. I waited awkwardly while the man at the register was chatting with his friend. I ordered a salad and soup for dine-in. When I got my order and opened the bag, I noticed there was no spoon for the soup. I asked the lady at the counter and she said they were out of spoons, and apathetically offered me a fork instead. I was annoyed that they didn't say anything before about no spoons. I tried the soup (tomato) and it was barely warm. I couldn't even finish it. On my way out, I told the man at the register that he should mention not having spoons when someone orders soup. He was like, "we're not out of spoons, they're right here! Want one?" I've been frequenting this location lately and it's usually okay but today i was a little disappointed. I wanted to try the açaí bowl and wasn't in love with it. Visually I was feeling like they had duped me as the bowl is expensive and i wasn't given a lot of açaí. Taste was pretty average and like something I could've made better at home. This is the worst Beyond to go to around. If you have to pick between this location and the Clarkston one, pick Clarkston every single time. It's worth the extra drive. Every time I order from this location they mess up my order, and I don't customize either. The citrus circuit is not supposed to taste like feet. I have had this experience here numerous times and I will not return. The citrus circuit in Clarkston is a sweet and tangy juice that has colors of yellow, orange, and red throughout. From this location it comes to me entirely yellow/pale, and within 5 minutes is green. It is sour and literally tastes like FEET. Will NEVER go back. read more

My family and I love Beyond Juice. This location is one of my favorites. The staff is always so friendly and have yet to mess up any of our orders, even when we get 8 items at a time! They offer convenient pick-up/curbside options, as well as delivery. My go-to smoothie is Carlos Detox, my babes love Very Berry and Northern Berry. Their wraps, bowls, and breakfast options are simple and flavorful. They're also much healthier than other dining options in the area. The restaurant is clean and inviting, with indoor and outdoor seating. We're here pretty often and highly recommend stopping by. read more

This is the first time I've been to the one near me. They switched up the menu and added some new exiting flavors. I decided to get the Alive smoothie. Little pricey but worth it as it is a lot to drink and is really good. It was refreshing and not too heavy. The staff was nice and quick with everyones orders. Sad they didn't have my favorite poppyseed bread. They have lots of hand sanitizer available and the stickers for spacing people.
