The service here was good and quick. There was indoor seating available though I did carry out two days in a row. We ordered Mojuadara, which I've never had before and it was so delicious. The lentils were seasoned well and we received a hearty portion. It lasted me 3 meals. We got a side of fattoush salad, which was also really good. The next day, we ordered the large fattoush salad, and it was a little too oily and sour compared to the night before. We also ordered the Musaka with onions and this was my least favorite. The eggplant was too oily and the dish was lacking flavor. However the almond rice that came with it was really good. We also got lentil soup that came as a side that was good. We ordered side of cabbage salad and it was similar to the fattoush salad but less sour. Finally, we ordered the chicken shawarma and the shish ta wool sandwiches. They were also good. Overall, the food was good and I'd come back.

Best Mediterranean food and service in the area! Everytime we go here, whether it's dining in or take out the food is always great.

Their fattoush, chicken and hummus look appetizing, so does their salmon gallaba and their fatta with chicken. Ordered the chicken gallaba, spicy with lentil soup, a regular hummus and a chicken kafta with lentil soup and a regular size fattoush. The hummus is smooth and tasty, devoured it with their piping hot pocket bread, which was soft and billowy and so perfectly paired with the hummus. The fattoush is good, dressing is slightly tart and so refreshing. The dressing has that famous pink coloring made from beet juice. The lentil soup tastes good, has some chunks of lentil that must have clumped up in the process, strange at first, but tastes fine still. The chicken kafta is super moist and has a nice flavor from the onion and parsley and other seasonings too. I really enjoyed it and so like that they have a poultry version of the kafta, as the lamb and beef kafta always looks so good to me, but I don't eat any red meat at all. The chicken ghallaba is tasty and the chicken is also moist. Sauce is rich and flavorful. The food was all quite flavorful, perfectly cooked and so yummy. Service here was great, they take great measures to make your experience that much better.

    Combo for Four

This is a great little Middle Eastern restaurant in West Bloomfield. I frequently get takeout from here. The last time I got the combo for 4 which includes 2 tawook, 2 kabobs, 2 kaftas and 2 chicken kafta, chicken and meat shawarma. It's safe to say it's enough food for a lot more than 4 people - for multiple meals even. It comes with hummus, rice, and salad. The meat is always excellent quality and the hummus is amazing! The staff has been a bit rude from time to time, hence the 4 stars. In terms of dining in, it is decently sized for small and large parties. It is quite easy to work here with a lot right side the restaurant. I do also recommend checking out the bakery next door!

Absolutely delicious! Everything was extremely fresh. We loved the fresh juice. We got the whole boneless chicken and split it and you can choose if you want dark / white meat. It comes with a salad and rice which are both fantastic. We did 1/2 white and 1/2 dark meat. It comes with an amazing lemony sauce. Do not skip on the hummus!! It is my favorite hummus.

It's off-season and I needed a raspberry tart to use for flavor cues for a client's launch of their new Raspberry Tart Wafer protein bar flavor. Due to a food allergy I didn't want to style the tart myself. I contacted a number of local bakeries as well as Plum Market, Whole Foods, Zingermans and more. None could accommodate my specific request. Finally, I came across sweet dreams and they were able to make me a beautiful raspberry tart to use for my images, based on the appearance, I wanted and in a timely manner. The location and store seem very nice too. And the pastry itself turned out great! Check out the images to see how pretty it was and how perfectly it worked. There is a make your own ramen station so much packed into a tiny spot. But the person working here was really not overly friendly to us. He was certainly friendly to others and his friend who came it, but lukewarm at best if not a tab bit rude to us. Funny, though, there were four of us and we all purchased something. Two of us got the bubble tea. This is not the first Mochinut we have been to, and the tea is super cute in a can, but ensures you get less product (plus way too much ice) for the price. Really, there are better bubble tea places out there for better value. One got a donut. And others have said, while it was good, not as fresh as it could have been. Does that mean they are not moving the product? The other mochinut in Troy and Mochidough in Troy both move a lot of product, donuts taste fresher. We also got some viral ice creams. We got the chicken burger and the mini fruits. Those were both amazing, but not made by the shop. just sold here. Plus the ice cream was so super overpriced, I can get them both for a fraction of the price, but since we were here and it was on my list, I bought them anyway. I am not saying I am not coming, back, but I can buy these corndogs at the grocery store, and get a friendlier service and more value elsewhere, so this could be a one and done for me.

First time at this business and first time I have tried either a traditional style Mochi (single…read moreball usually with filling) or the Mochinuts (Hybrid Mochi that has many attached balls formed in the shape of a donut). Call it what you will, in simple layman's terms it is a rice flour based treat that has a unique light weight chewy/stretchy texture that can be covered in a host of sweet toppings/glazes for unique flavor profiles. With this definition in mind, the Mochinuts made at this business are very well made and quite tasty treats that just disappear off your plate. How did that happen (: Realtive to facility and staff, the staff is very friendly and spent the time explaining how these treats are made and what makes them unique from a traditional donut. Building itself is quite clean and bright with some indoor seating and sells other items to include Rice Hotdogs (think hotdog on a stick), Mochi Dumplings (think filled Pierogi's), Taiyaki (rice flour fish with fillings), Ramen and Macrons. Definately a rather unique/eclectic menu from what you typically see in this area. I was pretty enamored with all aspects of this business with the exception of their prices where each Mochinut is $4.50 which is quite steep in my opinion. Having said that, I will be returning in the not to distant future as these Mochinuts are just so darn good.
