Wow! We came here during to have a breakfast meal in between shopping trips while in Michigan. The place was pretty packed and the food smelled great. We were seated in a booth and our server immediately took our drinks order. She was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I ordered the Elvis Pancakes again, and they were delicious. My Husband ordered steak and potatoes with eggs. This place has great food and great customer service. The food is wonderful. read more

My first experience at Jagged Edge was a good one! My siblings and I met up with some childhood friends for Sunday brunch at this location and our party of six had a great meal... I love a casual environment, quality food, plenty of options to choose from, fair prices, and a convenient location and this place delievers on all of those things! Service was a tiny bit slow and our food arrived at different times, but it all worked out fine. Our waitress was super friendly and I liked that they provided (much needed) coffee refills upon request. They also had oat milk and made my sister a latte, which was great! 9/4/2025 we had a couple of hours between appointments so we decided to try crepes (after watching the Great Food Truck Race) here at the Jagged Fork. The entrance was a little difficult to find and eventually noticed that the entrance was inside the mall. We were greeted promptly and friendly and seated near a window which we like. I have never had crepes but my husband has so I followed his lead and selected the Cloud Nine. There is a crepe food truck on season 16 of the Great Food Truck Race that has been placing in the top two of the competition so that's why we decided on crepes this morning. My orange juice was delicious and so were the crepes. I'm now a crepe fan! The establishment was clean and welcoming and the staff were terrific. As the sign on the wall says, there is no wifi so visit with the one you came with and pretend it's 1995. read more

This was my first time to Jagged Fork. We got a carryout for breakfast. I was really disappointed. I asked for soft scrambled eggs and they were not. I asked for hashbrowns, and they were burnt. I asked for pancakes, and there weren't any. Not a good impression on a first visit. I probably will not try them again. read more

This is actually the 4th Jagged Fork location I've been to. I actually liked the set up of this particular restaurant, though the entrance was a little tricky to find from the direction we came from. Sadly I'm normally raving about it, but this location needs some work. The staff did not give our party silverware and were short with us when we asked for it. They later explained they had to get it cleaned for us. Still odd. We went on a Sunday around 1:30 PM so not like right before closing or anything. The potatoes were completely unseasoned and my carnitas was extremely dry. The Lathrup Village location seasons their potatoes well and we enjoy it. My husband and friends didn't get their drinks and had to ask for them and remind the server what they ordered. This was well after we received our food, and then silverware. The server rarely came to our table and never refilled our water. Not sure if it was just an off day but won't be back to this one! read more

This Jagged Fork has several locations. This is the West Bloomfield location that is in Orchard Mall. This was our after church destination for Sunday brunch. The food was just okay for the price. I ordered the new limited time offering of Shrimps and Grits. It was too spicy for my taste from the Cajun butter. My daughter said her food was okay too. There was an additional delay after we finished our breakfast because the point of sale was adding additional charges to everyone's check. So, there was an extended wait for them to correct the system if you were using a card versus cash to pay for your bill. They did at one point offer to charge my card for the higher amount and would credit my card the next day for overage. This was a little unsettling and now we had a one year old getting very restless from being her so long after finishing eating. It turns out we waited long enough for the system to correct itself so we received an accurate check as well as the surrounding diners. I truly hope this was just a fluke and not a regular occurrence. The location does have various seating options - bar, bench and booth. There is no WIFI, so please talk to each other. read more

My friend and I both ordered the traditional breakfast. His eggs came without the cheese he requested, and when he asked for it to be added on top and melted, it was poorly done. The bigger issue was the silverware. I was given two different sets that were clearly dirty, and the third set had a bent, crooked fork. Whoever rolled the silverware clearly didn't even look at them, because the dirt was obvious. I ended up having to track down my waitress for plasticware. I went in hangry and grumpy, too cold outside, too much snow. I was not feeling it. They seemed to make their menu smaller. They also added an automatic tip fee. But once I went in the server helping us was amazing. He seemed to be the hardest person working in the restaurant. He was the host, the wait person, the bus person, the person who took care of all bills, brought out all of the food, besides the tip that was well earned, he deserves a raise! He was wonderful! He also knew to ask if I wanted ranch without me even saying anything (which of course I did, and brought a coke to go for my child for the refill). Thank you kind and hard working server, you are awesome! I love the waffle fries and did not see them on the menu. Thank goodness they still have them, they are the BEST, period! Once I got our food I remembered why I love this place. It came out so fast and hot, plus their pancakes are delicious. Hot, fresh, tender, the syrup is good. No complaints whatsoever! The portions are soo large, I had enough to give to my other child for dinner and lunch the next day. I have never had anything here that I did not like, but their chocolate chip pancakes are where it is at. I believe this was first time eating here since it changed from Zoe's. We always enjoyed grabbing brunch when in town visiting, prior to this visit. We had a larger party of 7 and were sat right away (not busy) . The waitress however was slow to greet us or get drink orders. Once coffee and drink orders made it to the table it was very difficult to get refills (I only had my first cup of coffee). My mother needs help with ordering her meal due to health issues so I told the waitress she would like her bacon crispy please (she got Elvis French toast). The waitress returned later with only a side of bacon for my mom- the French toast had not come out yet. (Meals were not brought out together) When the waitress stated here is your extra side of bacon I stated we did not want extra bacon- just crispy bacon The waitress seemed frustrated and stated the meal did not come with bacon. I said I was sure the menu said with bacon and requested to see the menu to be sure I had not made an error. She refused and took the bacon back. The service continued to decline and I left frustrated. On the way out I looked at the menu and it clearly stated bacon was part of the meal. The manager was standing close when I commented to my family about the menu and being frustrated with the service but he did not make any attempt to check in or engage. Tip was already included in the bill which may explain the lack of response from the waitress. Food was ok- some dishes were good, others bland according to family. We couldn't get our coffee very quickly and had to ask twice more for flatware, sweetener and creamer. I usually order the same dish (corned beef hash) but today when I ordered, it had about a teaspoon of hash and loads of potatoes. I requested a fair amount of hash from kitchen but was told I'd have to pay extra. I declined the meal. 1 Star for Policy: Guess they'd rather waste a meal and reject a customer than provide a fair amount of corned beef. OK message received. 1 star for Ambiance: needs major upgrade. Trying all of the jagged forks and Hudson cafes, one more to try in Rochester and AA when it opens. The crepes, skillets, French toasts and omelets are all good here. What to try today, maybe a skillet today? Paper straws here. Entrance is from the mall, signage on the windows only, need one on the building to help locate it more easily. Has a bar area for easy brunching. Seated at the bar, got waters in the mason jars quick. Ordered the breakfast burrito, club sandwich on croissant with turkey and turkey bacon and a side of hash browns, extra crispy with green pepper and onions added to it. This is a bit jagged fork, lots of space and the counter seating is a nice quick option since a wait for a table was 20 minutes. Another waiter double checked my order to make sure I still wanted lettuce and tomato and everything else on my croissant. I told him I wanted everything else the same, just wanted turkey slices and turkey bacon since I don't eat pork at all. He also made sure I wanted the green pepper and onions mixed in with my hash browns, which I confirmed. The breakfast sandwich was good. The croissant club with turkey slices and the turkey bacon was good and hit the spot, it was exactly what I was Checkout took a bit longer than planned though. We were in a rush out the door.
