What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that while working on my back, she tried to squeeze a small cyst I have. That was completely inappropriate and unexpected. I have never had a massage therapist touch or attempt to squeeze a cyst before, and it made me very uncomfortable. I went in hoping to relax and relieve tension, but I left feeling frustrated and uneasy instead. I've had many massages before, and this was by far one of the worst experiences.
