It's a very tiny lot so I parked at the metered parking. I had made a reservation but I think you could've just walked in. I did a 30 min foot massage and they include a little head and neck and there. My next-door neighbor says that this is the cleanest place that doesn't smell like cigarette smoke! Here it's $35, which is the going rate these days. I just needed more, well, massaging of the feet. She mainly rubbed my shins and top of my foot, no deep diving into the bottom of the foot. We love it here! My husband and I went earlier for 2 hrs each and Sara did my massage, my husband was also very happy with his but can't remember therapist name. We used to live in Reseda and this was only a minute away from us but we moved to Santa Clarita . we don't mind the drive because of the professionalism, cleanliness and quality of the massage is amazing and price is so reasonable! This place used to be great and they did Thai massage techniques. On Saturday I called and asked if they could do Thai Massage Im told yes, Im quoted a price and when I arrive Im given a lady who speaks ZERO English. So the owner tells me that lady can do it and it will be great. We go to my room, the lady starts walking on my back like its a parking lot, Ive been to Thailand and had many Thai massage, but this lady is stepping all over my spine and I tell her to stop. Thai massage is a technique and this lady was flat foot walking on my back without regard for organs and my spine. Chinese massage is different but I wouldn't say this Chinese lady had that expertise either. She doesnt speak English and doesnt stop. Horrifying! Once I get her off my back, she spends the rest of the hour rubbing my back and neck, not my forearms, about 2 seconds on my feet, 10 seconds on my hands, lightly taps my legs. Brings hot stones to put on my back, I didnt ask for a back massage it was a Thai massage. After I talked with the Owner, who tried to blame me and said "you could have asked for someone else." There was the Owner in a room and this lady. This business is taking risks with my well being and I would NOT recommend. Sad to see but the ppl that were there a few years ago were great, something has changed, and they are charging 60/hr for what amounts to a Swedish massage not worth it. read more

Nina and Desa worked on me and the bf and it was just the amount of pressure for me for the most part. Usually I have to tell the masseuse to adjust to harder pressure because everyone thinks they'll break me. But I didn't with mine this time. It was a great massage, I always sleep in between when it's a great massage but prob only for 5-10min. I also loved that the two masseuses didn't chitchat with each other like they so often do when they're working side by side. Aside from a customer call they received, the place was super serene with little talking/noise. There was some noise from the construction next door but it was quick and not that bad. I received the $35 combination massage which was part body and part foot massage. I thought the foot massage was okay and enjoyed it. I thought I really enjoyed the body part of the massage. I especially liked the inclusion of free hot stone. I left the place feeling very sore on parts of my back and figured that it was just part of the process and that the next day I would feel better. But by the next day my shoulder blade area was still very sore and felt even tighter/worse than before I had come in. I especially feel it when I pull my arm up and backward. Especially my right shoulder blade. Two stars because it was really affordable and included a hot stone massage. I also liked that they were able to accommodate my guest and me as a walk in. But the whole point of a massage is to feel better than when you came in, not worse. read more

Let me tell you a quick story of my jaw dropping experience at the lack of this place's professionalism. First of all, this is my second time here, and my last time here; I had mistakenly thought I could make this hole in the wall a habitual go to of mine, when in need of help with knots, but I booked with Sarah in the afternoon and made time for the drive (mind you, I'm not too local here so it was a drive). Appointment at 6:30, I walk in 6:30, two mins later she runs in the room and says "oh so sorry you had an appointment I forgot". I was shocked. She's laughing, but it's not funny that I actually took the time to be on time for an appointment she didn't remember. She asked if I can come back right before closing. Obviously I said no, I was not going to drive home and drive back so she could forget twice. I asked if she could accommodate me now, or even if I waited a bit longer, but she claimed to be busy the remainder of the night and I was left questioning if this was a joke. Lol walked right out and will never step foot in that place again. So unprofessional, so dirty, so inconsiderate. Not someplace you should take your money if you can take it anywhere else. For a first time massage experience, I had a wonderful time. I was given a full body for 60min and my masseuse was very thorough. I asked for 'Medium' pressure, and at times, found it very painful, BUT in a therapeutic way. Absolutely love this place. I get a massage 3-4x a year and I'm very particular about my massages. I like trying different places but this place is definitely a good one. It's a small moderate place. Sarah was my masseuse. You can tell she is very experienced. I got exactly what I wanted. It's really affordable for a great experience. $40 for a full body massage with free hot stones. Only downside to my personal experience was that she was the person In charge so she kept leaving the room and answering calls but she makes up for it with her skills. The amount of calls she got could only explain how good the place is. $20 tip well deserved. read more
