Should have a negative star option. Fraudulent!! Completely dishonest. Before you sign ANYTHING, make sure title is in possession. If a blank title is pulled from the desk, don't sign. Made aware after paperwork was signed and submitted that there wasn't a title on premise and never had an ETA when would be available. They knew but intentionally failed to mention this key factor. But we're nice enough to let me know a day later after the process. If you do decide to go through with a huge mistake, READ everything and make certain what they are putting in your loan doesn't include pricing you've paid cash for. SAVE ANY AND ALL PAPER WORK. Pierre, from Beyond Motors, sold me a 2012 Honda Civic in July 2022. He was a no-frills kind of salesman and was upfront and honest about his cars. He has integrity, in other words. He let us test drive the cars and determine which we liked best and did not push us in any way. The sale was smooth and everything happen according to the time schedule Pierre laid out, which including him getting my car registered and getting the Title squared away. The car passed MA State Inspection, but when I noticed too late that there were cracks in the windshield and that the car needed new tires, Pierre and Beyond Motors stood by me and got these things fixed. Beyond motors is great! According to Kelly Blue Book, their prices were very fair. I bought a car and a few weeks later it didn't start. I brought it in and they said the battery was low, replaced it on the spot. They saw another part that wasn't major, irrelevant to the car starting should be replaced. A few days later the part arrived. I was there for less than half hour and it was fixed. No charge. Another couple weeks later, the car didn't start again. Turned out the back up key was the issue. The next day, someone was sent to my house and fixed the keys. They gave me a key fob, once again, no charge. Highly recommend. Thanks Pierre! read more

I tried getting my car inspected today in Weymouth, the inspector asked me if someone was messing with the ODB2 outlet because it was not working, pushed in, and looked like someone attempted to open it to get it out. I normally go down the street to get my car fixed with issues I can't really fix myself but I wanted to give Beyond Motors a shot, I tried overlooking the fact that they wrote their own reviews (Mic A. and Eleanor L.) C'mon, at least pose with different cars, you both have pictures of the same exact white Subaru with black bug deflector. I get it, you're trying to generate business but try to at least make it look legit. So anyways, I stopped by last week to try to get an estimate. I knew the exact problem because I had Autozone run a diagnostic test and it came out that I needed to replace my Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor. The guy I spoke to said that the mechanic has to plug in the reader then look up the part and estimate, so I asked how long it would take, he said maybe 30 mins. I had errands to run so I asked them to call me instead with estimate before fixing the issue. Ran my errands for about 3 hours, and never received a call. So on the way home, I stopped by to see what was going on, couldn't understand this other guy I spoke to, but he mentioned something about resetting the light and they broke the ODB2 reader and that they can get to my car tomorrow, so I figured he was saying that they broke their own ODB2 reader. Nope come to find out they broke MY ODB2 outlet. I get it, you're busy with other dealerships cars but not calling me and breaking my ODB2 and not fixing it? That's not a good start to your new business. Not coming here ever again. read more
