Beyond Sushi had absolutely incredible food - some of the best Sichuan food we have ever had. We went there two nights in a row, it was so good!! I got the Panang Curry, and I'm being honest when I say it was even better than the Panang Curry I had in Thailand (and I had a LOT of Panang curry in Thailand lol). Also the waiter was sooooo nice. Overall, the food and service was amazing! My family of six ordered both sushi and Thai food. The staff was super helpful and made sure to communicate any potential issues. Our sushi order was originally backed up due to high demand and to our surprise two of the four sushi rolls that we ordered were made and served to us. The ambiance was also great (not too noisy at all). It is a smaller restaurant but they were able to seat us quickly and comfortably within minutes of arriving. Service was amazing! I didn't see Chinese green beans on the menu, and I asked someone of they did. They checked with the chef and they said that they do sell it, and then I saw an employee go out to the market nearby just to buy green beans for our order! Excellent!!! Tucked away in a space that looks less than impressive, do not let this deter you. Every single item that comes from the kitchen is prepared with care and quality ingredients. I try to have something new everytime that I go which is not difficult because the Thai food is the best in the valley, the sushi quality is excellent, and the owner also makes authentic Szechuan food. small place with really bad pan asian food. it is very puzzling why this place got such great reviews. we tried Tom gha which was literally can of coconut milk heated probably in the microwave with big chunks of carrots and asparagus (?) . i guess if they just called it "fusion" that would be a better name. fried rice was over salted but spice cucumber salad didnt have any flavor other than humongous amount of chili oil and huge again chunks of cucumbers. i mean this visit definitely have expanded my horizons about how badly one can screw up a pretty simple food. read more

At first, we thought it seemed pricey, but what the heck it was our 32nd anniversary! We ordered sushi and Thai and it's the freshest sushi we've had ever!
