I took home a bowl of chicken Teriyaki for dinner last night and I found this little screw in my food.

I found a screw in the chicken Teriyaki I took hime last night. I nearly bit into it and swallowed it. This is completely unacceptable!

Some friends and I went to the friends and family soft opening here. They've done a good job freshening up the space. The lighting is bright and welcoming. We chatted with a bunch of the locals, regulars, and staff. We even chatted with Lily for a bit. She's so sweet. We had a veritable sampling of the menu. I know they're not fully open yet, but we had some xiaolongbao which were delicious, followed by a bunch of rolls and some nigiri. Then we had some ramen that was also really good. I would recommend the tonkatsu ramen. The spicy ramen was also good, but I think the tonkatsu was better tonight. I was so full that I could barely move afterwards and had to lay down. I'll be there pretty often I believe so come say hi if you see me!

Came here the other day in person finally after ordering delivery several times and falling in love! My friends and I got lunch and drinks and it was delicious and decently priced. I ordered avocado fries and a poke bowl and both were sooo good. The ambiance is nice. I can't wait to come back!

I thought about selling my timeshare in Avon ... then I tried Lily's. Seriously, I love to ski and I love sushi. Right now there is no skiing (BC closed early due to drought). But there s Lily's!!

I came here for lunch the other day and was impressed across the board. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is wonderful and I love the plants they have displayed throughout the restaurant. I ordered the lunch special poke bowl and it was the perfect amount of food and delicious. The service was great and the staff are attentive. I really enjoyed my meal here and will definitely come back.

Lily Sushi & Ramen JUST opened -- and usually when a new restaurant launches, you expect a few growing pains while they find their rhythm. Not here! From day one, they're operating like a polished, seasoned favorite. This place absolutely blew me away. Not just good -- it's the kind of fantastic you rave about to your friends before you've even finished eating. From the second you step inside, the vibe is upbeat, welcoming, and full of delicious anticipation. Then the food arrives... and WOW. Every bite is a flavor explosion. The sushi is so fresh it practically sparkles, with rolls that are creative, vibrant, and unbelievably delicious. And the ramen? Next-level. Rich, silky broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and toppings that tie everything together like a culinary symphony. The staff is incredible -- friendly, lightning-fast, and genuinely excited about the food they serve. You feel like a VIP the entire time. Lily Sushi & Ramen isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience. The owners, Lily and Michael, and Michaela father, have put their heart and soul into making this an experience to remember. This place deserves WAY more than five stars!

Service was great. Food was good not great. In fact, we didn't like one of the things we had but the management was super accommodative. Gave us a free dessert and was apologetic to no end. If you're looking for sushi, this is the place for you to check out. We enjoyed everything else we had and would recommend you to visit this place. The management is awesome and the food is good.

Absolutely love this place! So glad we decided to try it. Service/staff were very friendly and ran a tight ship. And the sushi was amazing. Was waiting for a delicious sushi place to open in the valley and now we will have our go to spot.

After hearing from several friends and locals about how great Lily's Sushi is, we finally decided to give it a try--and wow, it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming. Everything we ordered was on point: the crispy rice was perfectly done, the ginger salad was fresh and flavorful, the kani salad was so good, and the tonkotsu ramen was rich and comforting. We also shared a roll that was incredibly fresh and well-balanced. The prices are very reasonable for the quality, which makes it even better. This is officially my new favorite spot, and we will definitely be back--soon.

During a road trip with my colleagues, we were all craving a quick and satisfying meal. I discovered Lily Sushi & Ramen, tucked away in a charming, hidden alley. Despite its secretive location, the food truly delivered on flavor. We enjoyed fresh sushi and hearty ramen, both delicious and very filling. The staff was incredibly attentive and warmly welcoming, making the experience even more comforting.

This time I ordered the Schmidt Mac Burger with Parmesan Fries, while my wife had the Wagyu Reuben with a side salad. Every bite was delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy with just the right amount of Parmesan, and my wife's Reuben was loaded with flavor. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. After our meals were delivered, our server rarely checked back. We were never asked if we wanted another drink, and our water glasses sat empty long enough that we finally had to ask another server for refills. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn't the level of service you expect from a restaurant of this caliber. One thing to know before you go--the prices are on the higher side. My burger and Parmesan fries were around $33, so this isn't your average burger joint. That said, the quality of the food helps justify the price. Overall, the kitchen absolutely delivers, and that's why we'll be back. Hopefully this was just an off day for the service staff, because if the front of the house matched the outstanding food coming from the kitchen, Craftsman would easily earn five stars.

I ordered the lamp chops, which were presented beautifully. I requested medium-rare, but when I cut into the first piece, it was well done, and the second was the same. The third piece was slightly better, but I called the manager to complain. He assured me that they would replace it and make it perfect. By the time my new meal arrived, my friends had already finished theirs. I cut into the first piece, and it was again well done. The next two pieces were just okay, but I decided to eat them. They promised to replace the well-done piece, but when I tried the lamb, it was not even that great. It had an unusual texture and tasted terrible. I've had a lot of lamb in my life, and this was by far one of the worst I've ever had. To make amends, they gave us three small pieces of Mochi cut in half. Makoto, please do better.

First of all, I called in for an early reservation (5:30 pm!) here well in advance, so I thought it wouldn't be difficult to snag a decent table...but nope! We ended up sitting in this super-narrow space in the middle of the restaurant by the kitchen AND the restroom. Well, anyone that knows me know that I am claustrophobic, and can't stand being in a tight space like this. We could hear every word said by the couple sitting right next to us...almost close enough to touch us!! It was awful...and I wanted to leave before even sitting down! ANYWAY, I decided to grit my teeth and endure the uncomfortable dining. I started with a very strong drink...this Whisky cocktail (forgot the name), which was ridiculously expensive ($24?), but luckily, very good! We ordered several items to share....Rock Shrimp appetizer, Wagyu Fried Rice, Chicken Ramen Noodle Soup and this fancy appetizer (forgot the name). Rock Shrimp appetizer and the Wagyu Fried Rice were both solid. However, the Chicken Ramen Noodle Soup was utterly tasteless...I could barely down half of it, even with chili sauce added to it. Tasted like really bad Pho (and I'm not even a fan of Pho). The dessert was very good, and I really enjoyed trying the pink Spagetti textured cream. The presentation was very awkward though. Why the brown tray...when this modern white dish (if you call it that?) was cool on its own?? Speaking of presentation, all the dishes were quite sloppy. Everything looked as if they were just slopped unto the dish without a care in the world...and just not fitting for the price points. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing experience for me. The seating itself ruined half of the experience...then the really bland ramen (more like Pho?!?) just seemed to cap it as the worst meal I've had in Vail and Breckenridge. Even the fancy dessert couldn't save it...as it struck me as a bit awkward-tacky? Tight, awkward seating...Limited options on the menu...Poor presentation...and way overpriced! Definitely will not be returning here.
