I had a big project and he was very patient and took the time to identify the trees and share his thoughts as well. He can do so much for the fruit trees to help debulk/concentrate the growths as well as pruning, I was really happy to hear about the options to simplify and maximize my harvest. We settled on a price with a handshake and then set the date for the work. The project was done very nicely and well and not a spot of loose branches or leaves that they didn't clean up and cart away themselves which was very impressive! There was one thing I pointed out that I asked if he could come back to trim and his brother Steve was happy to do so in no time. Thankfully no serious damage occurred other than a large tree branch crashing down onto the front lawn due to gusty winds. A quick Yelp review helped me find Rays Tree Service. It's no wonder so many others have rated Acevedo's Tree Service stars! Ray was at my house within 30 minutes to review the project and provide a very competitive quote for the job. We actually decided on additional work to trim and prune the entire tree. Ray came back the very next morning, a half hour earlier than expected to begin the work. I stayed home to watch the entire job. It was cool to watch him study the job and explain the game plan to his assistant. He was very careful around the neighbors property and especially the surrounding telephone pole wires while getting his aerial lift high into the tree. After cutting was completed, all the debris was placed into the wood chipper. Final raking and leaf blowing cleaned up the area nicely. I called a couple other tree companies but you could feel the difference in the customer service when I talked to Jerry. Payne Tree Care lives up to its name ! Jerry gave me the fairest price but what also sold me was his character. Price is one thing but honestly is priceless. I have used this gauge on every Contractor I have worked with throughout my years and never have been disappointed. Quality of work was excellent as well as communication. Of all the companies that provided quotes, JC Tree Experts was the most detailed. Some simply scribbled a price on their business card, but JC Tree Experts emailed a detailed quote explaining exactly what work was included, debris hauled away, etc., photos of the trees to be worked on, arborist certification, and even their insurance certificate as evidence that the company and their employees were covered in the event of accident or injury on our property. This was by far more than any other company provided, and it was a clear indication of their level of professionalism. Theirs was not the lowest quote, but was much more reasonable than some. They arrived as scheduled to do the work - in fact, a little early. It was a large crew with two large trucks and a wood chipper. The crew confirmed the expectations with us and set to work. They were all cheerful and friendly, but worked quite efficiently, completing the work in less than an hour. They did a great job on the trees, cleaned up all the debris completely, and even used a blower to make sure they didn't miss anything. I wholeheartedly recommend JC Tree Experts.
