So yes, had I gone with that company, it would have cost me $2300. Armed with this information, I posted pictures and exactly what the "diagnosis" said and asked for emailed quotes...to be clear I said EMAIL only. I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Lakeland Heating and Cooling (Jason) was nothing like that... $1270 flat rate to replace the water heater. Yes, thats how he replied in his email.. as I requested. He came in.. with the water heater... replaced it... and went on his way. Other companies, that followed directions, also came in higher than $2000. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Jason and Lakeland! With smart HVAC I called about 730pm after obtaining the appointment notification through the warranty company to confirm my appointment. Not only did they answer, the narrowed my appointment window. Victor was our service technician. He arrived on time and was able to process payments via phone. I am an active Solider not in the area that was extremely important to me. Ultimately I had a clogged drain and it was not covered by my warranty as it's considered maintenance. Really enjoyed the experience of company. I've never had such a great experience.
