They told us that as Bentley's first experience, he would not be clipped, which was fine with us. They did the basics for the first visit, nails, ears, and bath. As hard as it was to leave him, we were very happy with his nails, his fluffiness, and he smelled so nice! They had a price list posted, but it was mostly how they welcomed our new puppy (and us) into their business. We will be back in a few weeks to keep up with the nails for sure! We paid for an hour service and he was done in 25 mins. we paid additional for teeth cleaning and that never happened. I'm so disappointed and will never go back there again. waste of money. they returned him in the same shape he was brought in. all they did was take our money and never told us about services they couldn't preform. never again.

Setting up an appointment was easy, pricing was decent - can't complain seeing how they come right to our house which was stress free for us and our boys. Augustine was AMAZING! We started taking him to Kaitlyn a few years ago, and it's one of the best decisions we've made. She always returns him in beautiful condition, looking so handsome and smelling great. She treats him with the utmost care, as if he were her own, and she always does an excellent job with his lion cut. Before finding The Grooming Box, we had tried another mobile groomer at a comparable price point, and even with two people in the van working on him, the results weren't nearly as good. The difference in quality and detail with Kaitlyn is night and day. I've recommended The Grooming Box to friends and co-workers in the area, and everyone has had wonderful experiences with nothing but positive things to say about Kaitlyn and the other groomers. The staff who answer the phone are polite, professional, and easy to work with, and the quality of care and grooming is unbeatable. My dog has a lop-sided cut every single time wether it's on her back or her face it honestly makes you think to yourself "were their eyes closed while they were cutting ??" They don't take their dogs out to do their business because everytime I get my dogs out the door they're scrambling for a piece of grass to use.. (You can clearly tell they haven't been taken out) The price changes everytime I walk in the place... I've paid $38, $40, $44, $48.. She's preforms extra services on my dog and charges me for them even though I've never asked for them or ok'd it. The dogs were dropped off at 8 am and when I got there at 5pm the dogs were STILL not done.. Do they just let the dogs sit in the cages until they feel like working ?? Honestly, we will NEVER go back after how the owner treated us and our dogs.. Maybe someone should put her in a cage and not let her use the bathroom for that long and see if she likes it!
