We were quoted a fair price, Stepan was running a little late and texted when he would arrive. He pulled it out, removed the back, steam-cleaned the coils, and defrosted the drain-pan. He complimented our use of a dedicated surge protector (we get about two blackouts a year). The gaskets are tight and clean, and we will continue to clean the coils that we CAN REACH.
