I am terrified of the prospects of loosing my vision, but Dr Rheinglass did not even have the courtesy to schedule these additional tests at a time when I he could be there to discuss the results with me. It is very hard for me to take time off from work, but I will have to schedule yet another appointment to speak with him. I have never written a Yelp review before, but I have to say I feel profoundly disrespected. I recognize that this is just a job for Dr. Rheinglass, but for me, I live in terror of loosing my vision and I would like a little consideration.

My wife had a bad case of the flu and we wound up at the ER late one night. She was seen almost immediately. The staff was pleasant and attentive. They listened, which I don't always see from hospital staff. The nurses were really wonderful - available and helpful. I can't entirely say the same about the staff doctor - I didn't get his name but he was a young guy who, while I'm sure is a very good doctor, didn't have the best bedside manner. And, when I had a question for him and couldn't get him to come to the room, I walked over to the desk where he was chatting about sports with others. When I tried to interrupt, he told me to wait and he'd see me when he was available. While I understand that everyone deserves a break now and again, being available for your patients is paramount. Clearly, not working and not being able to answer a simple question because you're talking about unimportant things is not what should be expected. Outside of my complaint about the doctor, we were very happy with how they treated us and cared for my wife. Of course, we have not seen the bill yet...

If you black don't go to Alexian Brothers Hospital. I started with a 140/80 blood pressure and discharge with a 189/90 blood pressure. I had to beg to please take out the needle still in my arm so I could at least put my coat on. Three blankets were not enough. I then realized I was in the room that the ambulance bring patients through double doors heavy with ice. Temperature about 10 degrees outside. I will NEVER, NEVER go back there again!

He ended up buying both deals off of Groupon for us. I went in with no expectations. I did previously get a syringe of vollure in my lips at a different office and saw little difference. Her office is very clean, I went in and was greeted with a very friendly staff. Dr. Melamed took us in and began our consultation before our procedures. I told her that I have had Juvederm vollure injected, 6 months prior, in November at a different office. I also mentioned that I was looking for more volume with this appointment. She advised that she would recommend that we inject Juvederm ultra plus instead of the Juvederm ultra in order to achieve the results i was looking for. She had her assistant in the room with us to have a second set of eyes and opinion. She made adjustments throughout the procedure as needed and I cannot he happier with my results.
