When I first started my company back in 1995, I quickly learned that OK Lumber was in a league of…read moreits own. There were a few other lumber yards I could have chosen from, but none of them matched the quality of materials or the level of customer service I found here. What always stood out to me was how the business was run--there was pride in the work, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to customers. Over time, I watched other yards come and go, but OK Lumber remained. Even after the original owner retired, it's great to see the family carry on that same standard of excellence. The difference in quality is obvious. While other places might offer lower-grade materials, OK Lumber consistently provides top-tier wood. Yes, you might pay a little more, but you truly get what you pay for--quality, reliability, and service you can trust. What really makes the experience special, though, is the people. It's not just a transaction--they take the time to get to know you and your business. After a while, they're greeting you by your first name, and that kind of relationship is rare these days. If you're looking for more than just a place to buy materials--if you want quality products and a team that genuinely values your business--this is the place to go. I highly recommend. Joe

However, when I was a kid, my dad would take me with him to the hardware store, and I would get a lollypop while he and whomever from behind the counter would wander around looking for an eyebolt or the right shade of caulk. Giulio- who I assume is the owner, is easily 10 years older than my mom, who lives in the assisted living up the street. My mom can't be bothered to go to the chair yoga we're paying for, but Giulio went to work. He's not totally mobile, but he knows his s#!t. Whenever I come in, he or whoever else is behind the counter is happy to chat through my issue and suggest something. It's not a Home Depot- so they may not have what you're looking for every time- but they have a lot of things, and it makes me happy to know my money is staying local. Also, side story: One day during the summer, it's like 90, and I am behind a contractor who's getting a bunch of stuff - lumber, rocks...I don't know- but he's paying for it, and he grabs some water bottles for him and his crew and puts them on the counter. Giulio totals him up and says a number; the guy says, "Oh, don't forget these waters". Giulio says, "The town where I come from in Italy has the best water in the world, and it flows right off the mountain. If my father knew I was charging people for water, he'd come back from the dead and strike me down. Those are free." C'mon. How can you not go here first?

I am leaving a 1-star review as a result of a disappointing recent experience with quartzite slabs…read morepurchased from All Natural Stone. The primary reaso2 I selected quartzite for my kitchen project was its reputation as a durable, low-porosity natural stone that performs well in a kitchen environment. After purchasing the slabs and having them fabricated by an experienced stone fabricator, I was informed that he had never encountered quartzite this porous in his 30+ years of working with the product. The excessive porosity raises serious concerns about the suitability of the material for its intended use and has left me questioning whether there may be an issue with the original sealant, processing and/or manufacturing of the slabs. When I brought these concerns to All Natural Stone, the only response I received was to apply a sealant and that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, this does not address the underlying issue or provide confidence that the product I purchased meets the quality and performance expectations associated with quartzite. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communication from management. Despite multiple attempts to contact the manager of the slab department by phone and email, I have received no response. For a company of this caliber, I expected a much higher level of customer service and accountability. As a result, I can only leave a 1-star review. My concerns regarding the quality of the quartzite slabs remain unresolved, and the lack of follow-up or meaningful assistance has been extremely disappointing.
