His work was TERRIBLE. He tiled the backsplash half way then his assistant realized Larry measured incorrectly so instead of correcting this he increased the grout line the rest of the way up so he wouldn't have to cut tiles at the top. The result looks ridiculous. Everyone that sees our backsplash asks us why we have two different grout lines. It's that obvious. The grout he used is cracking everywhere. The hardware looks like he installed it with his eyes closed. He basically ruined ALL of our cabinet doors. He admitted he was rushed and promised he would make it right. We told him he would need to replace the cabinet doors and drawer faces. He agreed but then once we sent him an estimate of the damages he refused to pay. This after we gave him the benefit of the doubt and only withheld $250 of the balance! He demanded WE pay HIM! He even threatened to place a lien on our house! This guy is a crook. Beware!!!

I gave Performance Stoneworks all summer to fix the scratches. No repairs made, only threats of legal action if the balance wasn't paid. The balance has been paid but I cannot give this company my business in the future. Very disappointing. Jeff, who came out to do the template, refused to take any responsibility or even offer an apology for the inferior performance of the team. A sign of the times with this company.
