Brady was recommended to me by another professional in the field, and I'm so glad he was! I have a tiny network set-up of sorts in my small office in the back of my store. For a while, it was okay-ish until one day, the connections became slow or otherwise practically unusable. After racking my brain, which is at least experienced in setting up my network, for all possible easy to intermediate solutions and getting nowhere with them, I finally decided to seek actual professional help. My initial search had prevented me from getting professional help in the first place because all I found were really high prices for something that, I believed, shouldn't cost that much. I mean, the costs were all reasonable, but my needs didn't match the hefty packages most professionals offered. In addition, it seemed IT problems were piling up in heaps around town as I couldn't even get an appointment within a week. Enter Brady: He was eager to come by as soon as possible, which at the time was the very next day. Not only that, he arrived almost an hour earlier than scheduled and gladly went to work. Unfortunately for me, my laptop was working at the pace of a snail...and I was on the verge of purchasing a new computer. I had a problem with legal software that was really essential to my family law practice. I had paid for the update to the software, but was unable to even call the program up. It just wouldn't load. The software provider kept trying to pass the buck. I tried to DIY my email migration after I got my new website. That didn't go so well. I wrote to Brady and he came over within 48 hours an in three hours he sorted out the problems with G Suite with the G Suite Tech, got BOX working correctly, gave a bunch of great tips and connected my client software to my new email address.
