The service there at the register is good. The selection is nice. I live not very far from this bi mart and when i need to make a quick trip for supplies around the house its perfect. ONE THING I DONT LIKE is the old lady at the entrance gate. Ever since i bought a membership Ive always shown my pass. Even when I walk in and shes looking down at the counter i still pull it out from deep inside my wallet. Even when the people in front of me walk in and dont show it, when its my turn i do. Even when theres nobody there. AND THE ONE TIME I FORGET MY WALLET AT HOME AND WALK IN SHE DECIDES SHES GONNA BUST MY BALLS AND CHOOSE TO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT SOMEBODY'S PASS. UNREAL. I went in to the store during Black Friday, Curtis helped me with my purchase of a beautiful 55" 4K Samsung TV...fantastic customer service! Great guy You're lucky to have him! The gal answering the phone did not know of any $1,000 Shopping Spree being held so I said that I would call back with the particulars. I got my 11/26/24 through 12/02/24 "Huge Black Friday Savings Booklet" and called back. The booklet states that on Tuesday, 12/17/24 at 2 PM, the winner's name would be drawn and they had 7 days in which to respond to claim the $1,000 Bimart Shopping Spree. By the time that I had called back, the gal had spoken to her manager and was told that, "Yes. The store has a $1,000 Shopping Spree going on." I then spoke to the manager and he didn't know the winner's name and said that only Corporate would know that name. WHAT? Now, this sounds like a bait and switch game to me. I filled out my name and address for the contest and now nobody can verify whether I, OR, anyone, actually won! All bona fide contests, release a list of winner's names. If this Shopping Spree, is really on the up and up they should do this! I will now return to Walmart, for all of my family's shopping needs. I am very leery of Bimart's ethics, at this point. read more

This store is great. I love it. Been a BiMart shopper for years. Staff is friendly and welcoming. BiMart has always had a fee to shop there for a lifetime. Only $5. People who say they lost a customer because of the fee make me laugh. I grew up where there was Wigwam, Woolworths and a ton of other stores that sold thousands of everyday items at a reasonable prices. Those stores closed one by one and were replaced with Walmarts, Targets... I found Bi-Mart. Its like the heavens opened up. They have just about everything a person could want and more. Prices are very reasonable. They also have quality items you would not expect to find. Thank you Bi-mart. read more

I've shopped here faithfully since at least the early '90s, have enjoyed friendships with several of the longtime employees. Nothing about the place seemed fancy or expensive, but the employees made it feel comfortable and I've spent thousands of dollars over the years there. That has changed with the wanna-be cop, the guy who sometimes acts as a checker and always, always managed to make me regret I'd gone to him. Put simply, he acted rude, imperious, arrogant, like an insecure corrupt small town cop in a bad TV show. For the last couple years, nobody has asked for my green Bi-Mart I.D., so I'd taken it out of my overstuffed wallet, why carry it if it's not needed. But yesterday when I walked in the door, there stood the clown demanding either my Bi-Mart I.D. or a government I.D., doing it like the angry M.P.s in old military bases. Apparently he arrogates to himself the belief that I have to qualify myself to him, a person who's only ever been rude and inappropriately uncivil to me, so I can shop in a store I've frequented 30 years?! It makes me sad for my friends I've known there for so long, but this guy must be awful to work with. He's certainly out of line and a detriment to what has been a "home" store but is now off my map. read more

Bi-Mart stores require a $5 lifetime family membership. You get a green plastic card that does not have to be scanned to make purchases. Some are stricter on letting you in the gate than others. This Bi-Mart is adjacent to an Albertsons, which seems a little like a hangover from the days when the chain was owned by the same company as Thrifty - PayLess Drugs. Most people think of Bi-Mart as a pharmacy first, but they do have a lot of other items. This store carries your standard household goods, such as towels, sheets, pillows, small electric appliances, electronics, paint, tools, hardware, seasonal goods, cards, candy, limited food "dry goods," health and beauty products, toys, pet supplies, beer, wine, over the counter medicines and a pharmacy. They also have a decent selection of sporting goods and automotive supplies. There is a clothing section, but I'm not sure who would really *want* to buy clothing or shoes here - it's more of a "yeah, those inexpensive jeans, socks and boots can get dirty out in the barn" kind of apparel selection. Employee owned and headquartered in Eugene, shopping at Bi-Mart keeps more of your money in the local economy than shopping Walmart, Target, Fred Meyer, Albertsons, etc. but you will have to deal with the limited hours. I really like buying garden supplies at Bi-Mart, who obtains many of their plants from Iwasaki Farms in Hillsboro (again, keeping it local). I've had great results with the bedding plants, soil and planters I've nabbed. Some stores carry more than others. They also usually have a small selection of plants year-round, like Fred Meyer. read more

This store will never get my business again. Do not go there with a service animal unless you are blind. zero respect for an emotional support animal even when they are registered. It is their company and they can choose who shops and how, but my dog is no bigger than my hand and was in a sling against my body. Saying politely that she can't come in is one thing and coming at me aggressive and loud is another. People have this for a medical reason with a doctor's support. read more

I came here a few weeks back because I went to Safeway and I noticed this store here looked interesting so I went it walked around and checked the place out. I even talked to an employee about the store cause I just moved here and was learning new places to shop at. They did not mention there was a fee to shop here. Today I decided to stop by because I wanted to browse for some things I thought they might have but I was turned away because I don't have a membership. Well it is a sad day for bimart because they lost a customer. I turned around and left. This store looked like it was basically a dollar store with cheep quality items. Seriously love this Bi-Mart. Want to know why? 1. The customer service. All the employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful! 2. They always have some great sales. Went yesterday and got two really nice quality sweaters for 15$ total. I need to go back and scope out the 75% off Christmas isle! Lol. And last but not least, 3. Great selection. Have you closely looked at a rainbow where the colors are in transition? I mean like how the red radiates to orange then slowly fades to a yellow then diffuses to green, and so on... Yeah, I haven't either. It's too trivial and too macro of a point of view for me to observe. But I did like that theory and analogy. Anyway, this store is just like America for foreigners. If you are not a member, you are not allowed to enter! All it takes is $5 to get a "green card". Once you are in, you are treating yourself in a hodgepodge of things, merchandise, grocery, camping and sports gear, soil, guns and ammo. The stuff they have are interesting and relatively cheap. This is just borderline country and suburbia. There is nothing organic here but you will surely like it. read more

I have been a long time member of Bimart. I had quit shopping at one for several years as I never lived in close proximity to one. I rediscovered this one as I moved to Aloha. I love coming here! Their prices are not always the best I have to admit; there are some things I just don't purchase here. Many times though I have found an unusual item or one that other stores don't carry. That's why I love Bimart. They aren't a cookie cutter store like some other chains. The staff has always been extremely helpful and cheerful. They never make me feel like I'm bothering them by asking a question. For the first time today I used their pharmacy for my daughter. She has double coverage thru my husband and myself. To my pleasant surprise, the tech said she would bill BOTH insurance cards! (At Rite Aid they will not do that. You have to submit a claim form and do it yourself) When I went to pick it up, it cost me exactly 0. From now on, I'll"ll be using this pharmacy for my daughter's medications. (Oh, and the pharmacy will price match other drugstores on medications. Nice to know) I give this store kudos for their outstanding customer service. read more

This Bi-Mart keeps landing on top! We compared shopped for lawnmowers. We looked at places such as top online and hardware retailers. Not only was the Bi-Mart Lawn and Garden customer service guy super friendly, but the lawnmower was the best for the best price. Each time we've been there the workers are very friendly. We end up finding things for better prices here quite often. For example, my hairdresser recommended Pureology shampoo ($30 at Safeway, $21 at Bi-Mart --I probably can't afford that still but...). It happens more often than you would expect (weed spray, camping supplies, random things like chocolate or coffee). We have enjoyed many brands and we know they try to source locally -- or regionally when possible. read more

I used to think this was just an inexpensive grocery store. I am glad I went in and explored. This store has great deals on shelves and they had the table I needed for my dj equipment. I was pleasantly surprised to find great deals on Legos, clothing, kitchen stuff, laundry baskets, and all kinds of other household goods. I kept finding things I wanted to get for my new place. I had a hard time walking out without spending too much. Customer service here was really good, I have to applaud you on that. People around the store were checking on me to make sure I was finding everything, and a lady helped me with a table and brought it to the front for when I checked out. I had to wait for a cab to take the table home, and the customer service guy stood out front in the cold with me with the table until they got there, and helped load it in. I told him to feel free to go in, that I could get it, but he insisted. That kind of politeness and service are rare these days, so I was pleasantly refreshed and reminded that there still is decency on the planet. Way to go! Muah love you guys. read more

I love my local Bimart store!!! The staff are friendly and helpful. I went in for the planters (best price around) and they have a great flower selection. Way cheaper than the garden centers. Still waiting on fuchsia hanging baskets, but they said they would have them by the end of the week... Only $20 bucks for a hanging basket is an awesome price! read more

OMG-I have shopped at the Aloha Bi-Mart for over 15+ yrs and today was the worst ever. I've had issues with staff in the past but nothing like today. First off, I start to get in line and Lori tells me to go to cashier #5 because they are open. Well, her customer had just left and she was standing there telling me to go to another cashier. ??? Then Lori states-Oh, he's done!" "I'll help you!" WHAT? ??? Should have gone to the other cashier because Ms. Rude continues; as I'm checking out some guy perhaps Steve acts like I stole something and checks to make sure I have all the same Blue Moon and I had two different kinds of Blue Moon-he acted like a cop and took those two beers and got two of the same kind. WTH-what was that about-you can't mix beers of the same kind. Not a word or conversation but just cop like attitude. No explanation nothing. Then Ms. Lori ask if I want plastic or paper-"Paper please-she gives me plastic.. Rude, rude, rude . .I asked for help with some fertilizer that I bought - she told me to pull my car up and she would have someone help me. So I pull my car up and some older man was moving soil so I mentioned that I needed help and he continues moving his soil. So I go in and not sure of her name but at least she was smiling-so I mentioned to her that I was getting some fertilizer and the older man walks in and said he could help me. Okay, perhaps I'll help you in a moment (i could clearly see he was moving soil) would have been nice. Told him what I was getting and he said, "Well, I need your receipt!" Not a problem . . well, he had a hard time finding the products on the receipt. I carried the fertilizer to my car myself. As much as I like to support Bi-mart, no more-the prices are no great deal -the employees are of little help (all but two of the women-wish I had their names and there is a young, blonde guy who is excellent), half the time they are out of product, and now Lori. Plus, this Bi-mart is out of my way but I always try to support employee owned businesses like New Seasons and such.. . .used to like the small town feel of this store-but today was the last day that I will EVER step foot inside or give another cent to Aloha, Bi-Mart.
