The tables and chairs are dirty, the chairs are all around the cafeteria but not around the tables and some of them are broke. I sit in one of them and fortunately I didn't fall. When they bring the food at the table they just put the sandwiches on the table not even say enjoyed. Frequently out of napkins.The bathroom is in very dirty terrible conditions no soap, the floor is very dirty sometimes no paper and the toilet so dirty. No my husband and I we don't recomend this place.

Not understanding the extra charge for whipped cream when the picture on the window shows it and the price on the board doesn't indicate an upcharge. The picture of latte on the window shows two pieces of chocolate on top of whipped cream. But ours didn't come with chocolate and we joked how expensive that extra charge would be. Bottom line you aren't getting what is advertised and they should advise you of the upcharges before committing. A few sips and I was done and disappointed. The shop is at the tail end of Wiregrass Mall right in front of Dillards. Couch and 6 tables to sit at inside. Outside are three tables with umbrellas and metal chairs. The lady, assuming the owner, was nice and helpful with a couple questions. She speaks in a French accent so that is authentic. They also have gelato, pastries, macaroons and milk shakes; all a bit high to help offset the high rent at a mall.

I loved the waffle but think next time less toppings. The waffle itself was hot, fluffy and great flavor. Add some gelato and sauce and golden. The mini donuts were ok but I'd still choose one of the other options next time. Also tried a strawberry smoothie which was great and tasted like a frozen strawberry quick. Parking can be a little annoying depending on the time, but I've usually managed fine. Definitely one of my favorite dessert spots in Tampa.

The girls behind the counter were very nice and helpful and managed to swipe my card since I'm not able to pay via app??!! (you have to order and pay via kiosk) and it was overall not a problem. They have cute little outside tables that are shaded to give you more of that European sidewalk cafe feel. My ONE regret was getting a cup that was maybe a tad too small. I can't remember if I can size up, if so, I'm getting a bigger cup.

They also serve coffee and speciality beverages. We always buy an assortment of cookies like, thumb prints, etc. Those are our favs at the moment.
