If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been a regular at this place since they have opened. I went in today and my price for my hookah and drink was DOUBLE THE PRICE. The menu had completely changed and increased across the board. The food already isn't great but I come because I do like the staff. Unfortunately, I won't be back. To completely double the price in ONE day and expect the regulars to continue to come daily is ridiculous. The hookah isn't great, the drinks are overpriced, and the food is God Awful. One slider is $10. With nothing included. There are several better bars in the area and I will be taking my business there. read more

Update! I went back on a Friday evening around 5:30pm. We were immediately seated on the 1st floor. This was my 2nd visit. The food was much better this time. I had the buffalo chicken wings fried extra crispy with a side of fries and my husband had the Master Burger w/fries. 10/10!! Decor is still nice and staff were great! I'd definitely return. I must've caught Bianka on a bad night because my food and service were terrible. I ordered a taco salad and received a bowl of entirely too much cheddar cheese and dressing with barely any vegetables or beef in it. They also forgot the avocado. So I ask the server not one, not two, but three times. To please bring me some lettuce and avocado because this salad is terrible but I'm trying to make it work. So me and about 6 friends got together for Galentine's on Saturday night. This review is truly mixed because the experience was interesting. Please note: they are newly open and working out the kinks! First, I'm not sure if you need reservations or not. Our party called the week prior and were told they did not take reservations and it was first come first serve. With that, we waited 1.5 hours to be seated at an outdoor table to partake in Hookah. (Hookah is only allowed outside or on the balcony) So, apparently they did have a table reserved for a party of 8. Confusing, but we were seated by the hostess when the other party didn't arrive in time. Once seated, we started to look at the menu when the manager came over saying we had been sat by mistake! He was going back and forward as to say that he wanted us to get up there for the party of 8! Now we definitely explained how long we waited and how his staff sat us. He eventually went to work this out with his team, but I think it was really unprofessional and rude. Now on to the service and food. Our waitress was really nice and great throughout the night! They have a big menu. We ordered food and drinks. The cocktails were weak and not crafted well. We ordered shots of 1800 & patron and you could tell they were watered down!!!! The food was okay. I think the dynamite shrimp were great! The fish and chips were average. We also had two people who ordered shrimp Alfredo and it didn't come to the table until 45minutes after everyone had ate! When the pasta finally came it was not seasoned well. Finally, after everyone got their food we asked to paid for the check. Of course, they could only split the checks in 4, but then they said 6. So we paid it in 6 split checks after speaking with the manager again! Overall experience: Very nice exterior and instagrammable restaurant that needs major work on communication, consistency, and quality of food and drinks. I say go on an off non-busy night and try them out in a few months once they get everything worked out! read more

if i could give it a 0 i would but i can't so ill give them a 1. my friend booked a party for her birthday. they sat us in a section with split tables with another party. the drinks were watery and the food took over an hour to come out. when it finally did it was cold ! our waitress, sade, was rude. her attitude was horrible and she was not attentive. i assume, because it was a party of more than 4, she got automatic gratuity so i guess she wasn't concerned with giving good customer service. i'm extremely disappointed. read more

Ambiance was amazing. Service was great and mostly attentive. Now the food... it was subpar. Our server hyped up every item claiming it was the best on the menu. Boy were we wrong. Melted that comes with the potatoes was store bought, potatoes were microwaved, steak meat was room temp and chewy. Henny Sangria was sweet but ok. The pesto sandwich was terrible. Bread ratio was not proportionate. The worst part of all this was the lava cake. The cake was obviously microwaved and it tasted like nothing. No flavor except hot chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream on the side which helped. Hookah was ok but we needed to fix ours due to it tasting like charcoal. First Time visit and it was not the best. Service was okay, Food was mediocre and overly priced. They got my order wrong and by the time my food came back out, my party was almost done eating. Ordered Pasta and added chicken, they charged me $9 to add chicken to my pasta and only put maybe a 1/3 of cut up chicken breast. Pasta was $20 just by itself. Ambiance was mid, floor was really slippery. Almost fell twice. They just kept passing a wet mop over the floor. Do better on prices if you want to keep the same portion sizes. This was possibly the worst restaurant experiences. It The drinks taste watered down. They forgot to bring our appetizers. The entrees took two hours to come out and was nasty and cold. A side was missing from my friends Togo order. The two tables next to use was also complaining. One couple got up and just left after several visits from the manager. They comped our meals and gave us free desserts but I will not be going back. Save your money. read more

Yes, this spot is fairly new but it's not worth $100 reservation. The amount paid goes towards your bill which is nice but no. There is a dress code but everyone was not dressed to impressed. The building is nice but in the wrong location. My table was on the first level outside which is terrible seating. You might as well do hookah in the parking lot. There is no shade or screen that separates the parking lot and tables. Drinks were delicious and strong, the appetizers were okay, good music. Our server rarely tended to the table and was hard to find but he did look extremely busy with others...good thing we didn't need much. I would like to visit again to check out the second floor patio.. but if I'm paying a reservation fee this place needs to be top notch! Dress code enforced! Better first floor seating. Just for the ceaser salad to not even taste like ceaser dressing ! I asked to try a steak quesdilla instead was giving a shrimp quesadilla. I am ALLERGIC to shrimp !!! The drinks were great and the hookah was actually a really good price . Food is not good please don't go here for food or vibes. Also a lot of elevator music was being played upstairs.
