These are brand new shirts I haven't worn yet. I told them I needed my dry cleaning done Wednesday morning. I made a point to specifically tell them that. When I get there they said it wasn't done. When I asked why it wasn't I they lied and said I never told them. They said they wouldn't charge me for the laundry. All of the garments I dropped off need dry cleaning not laundry. When I dropped off my dry cleaning they wouldn't give me a quoted price or estimate. I asked them how much each item was the price the older woman gave me was lower than what I was charged. I asked why that was and she lied again saying that was what she originally told me. Even with the supposed discount it was still significantly more than other shops I've gone to in the past. I will not be returning to this business.

I dropped off my pant and jacket on Friday and it was ready for pick up the next day. It would be nice if they had a menu with the prices in the drive thru option. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought in an $800 suit from Italy for cleaning. When I eventually removed it from the bag to wear it for a special occasion, I discovered that the gold cufflinks that were attached to the shirt were missing. I called the cleaner immediately hoping they would help resolve the issue. Instead of showing any concern or willingness to look into it, I was told there was nothing they could do because it had been about a month since pickup, even though the suit had remained in the protective bag the entire time. When I tried to explain the situation, the conversation was abruptly ended. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer care. A reputable cleaner would at least investigate, check records, or try to make the situation right. Instead, the response was dismissive. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first issue here either. Stains have previously come back untreated, and every time there seems to be no accountability or effort to help the customer. If you value your clothing--especially expensive or sentimental pieces--I would strongly reconsider bringing them here. Losing accessories and being met with indifference is not the level of service anyone should accept from a professional cleaner. I truly hope the business chooses to reach out and address this situation.
