AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Had my oil changed on FRIDAY. The tech left the oil gasket off - drove approx 25 miles - stopped and opened the hood of my car - oil had spewed everywhere - took it back to Big 10 same day - they attempted to clean it but left so much oil on it that I had a puddle on my garage floor and oil residue on every engine part including my radiator - I have a 2023 Honda CRV that is still under warranty - called the dealership on Saturday and was advised to have it towed in because oil under the hood can ignite - paid for the towing bill - paid for a professional engine cleaning - total of $323 to the dealership to prevent my warranty from being voided - spoke to Jordan at Big 10 again this morning and he took zero responsibility for their errors and omissions - told him I want to make an insurance claim with his company and he refused - told him he would be hearing from my attorney - he hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called him back - Jordan was quite rude through the entire conversation - DON'T USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!! read more

Please don't do business here. There is some sketchy stuff going on. I went in for a new tire, was heavily pushed to get 2, but I opted to put the new one and other best one( only a few months old) on the front and then the other 2 still tread left on the back. I had to come back for the tire later which I did- live 2 miles down the road with no construction or anything and then when I got back there was a nail in my other good tire suspiciously where it could not be patched. It was not there when I inspected the tires an hour before. The only place I drove was to my house and back. I contacted the owners and they did not contact me back. Racism in Clinton, MS still exist! I will NEVER visit BIG 10 Tires in Clinton, MS again. I normally have good services but yesterday I came in to get my normal oil changed and they asked about rotating my tires. I said No thank you! ( I had just got new tires and did not need it) I gave my card to the white guy behind the counter for payment. I placed my hand out to receive it back. He looked at me and put it on the counter. I thought it was strange. So when he printed the receipt, again I had my hand out. He looked at me and again placed it on the counter. Then he says, Have a nice day! I politely walked out because I did not want to come out of character on his racism for not wanting to touch my hand. A couple of hours later while driving down the highway, I got a flat tire. Was this a coincidence? Well I think not, when I got out it look like it had been cut! Thank God! I have run flat tires and made it to my destination! read more
