The workers here are very friendly and the shop itself is large with a ton of supplies from bags to camping gear, paracord, shirts, sweatshirts and pants, hats, gloves etc. The guy who was working when I came in let me try on a bunch of hats for color and sizing preference so I could get my perfect fit. 3 stars because I was also looking at the wool gloves for cold weather conditions and noted moths present on nearly all of them so wouldn't recommend buying anything in the store made of wool as its likely got some moth contamination present.

I picked it up and the owner tried to give me some rant about "we're not going to rush ourselves" after withholding my property for 10 minutes. This place is a joke. I took my pistol to another local shop (way more professional and welcoming, I wont say who BUT there's a great taco spot next to it) and they were able to help me right on the spot and got it done in 20 mins with respect. Do not give this business your money, one of the worst gun stores I've ever stepped foot in.

We waited for a spot in what is clearly a shared lot, finally parked, and immediately got confronted by a guy from a neighboring business who was literally standing outside waiting to pounce on people. He told us to move and claimed he "owns the lot" and that only half is for the restaurant. Meanwhile, his side was half empty -- multiple open spots -- and he's out there acting like a parking enforcer for no reason other than to be difficult. It was aggressive, unnecessary, and honestly just a terrible first impression. If this is how businesses around here treat potential customers, I'd rather spend my money somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

The customer service there is abysmal. The people that work the front desk are probably the rudest…read moremost downing condescending, sarcastic people I have ever met. Me and my friends went there for the first time because we've never been to an indoor shooting range and they treated us like garbage. Every time we'd ask a safety question or asked for clarification. The guy at the front desk would just look at us like we were idiots and then asked us if we were serious. It's so expensive too to go there. I really don't recommend going there and we won't be going back. I have never been so upset with the staff at any place I've ever been.
