You hardly see brands like Columbia, Under Armour or others go on sale. Even when they have the annual tent sales during the Summer in August, hardly see things on sale that much. As for customer service, guess it depends on the days, because we have received mostly great to pretty bad and slow services on different days we have visited this store location in Fife, on occasion.
