His customer service was exceptional--he was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient while I took my time deciding. He never rushed me and genuinely made the whole experience enjoyable. Employees like Bronson are the reason people come back to a store. My only complaint is that the store was extremely hot. It's honestly hard to believe employees are expected to work in those conditions. The owner really needs to address this as soon as possible--for both staff and customers.

The hat selection is not as large as some of the other locations I went in looking for a pair of boots, ended up, walking out with a different type of food that I wasn't looking for, but it was on clearance and the person that helped me out, put a little bit of conditioner on them because one looked a little more worn than the others, which it looked good. It's just that the new one that wasn't tried on as much too new so it made it look like it was a different color because people handled the other ones with their hands more than the other one we put some conditioner on it let it dry looked at them. I decided I'll take them. I used my $15 credit that I had on my account and a $25 off store coupon so I got a pair of $200 boots that we're already discounted to 140 after they applied the coupons. The boots came out to around $120. It's pretty good for a pair of boots. I probably won't be coming back to this one just because of the way it looks inside. It feels like a Ross or similar type of shop. It's kind of messy the staff most of them aren't as friendly and personable as some of the other locations. I was only asked if I needed help twice by one staff member, and then once by another who will continue to help me the rest of the time they were pretty good. I walked by at least three other staff members, but none of them said anything to me. The selection of hats seems to be a little small.
