A few months back, it started making noise after riding it for a few minutes. It was a loud noise, and you could feel it in the pedals. I was really worried that a major bearing was going out. After getting to the point where I was worried that I was doing damage to the unit I started looking for someone to serve it and tell me what was wrong. I contacted the manufacturer and they would have sent someone local out, but the price for the service charge was outrageous. I decided to turn to Yelp to help me find someone to service the bike, and that's where I found coast fitness. I called coast fitness and was put in contact with their service manager. He gave me some ideas of what could be wrong, and they were not nearly as bad as I was thinking. He gave me the price for just the service call, and it was reasonable.So I set an appointment for the next morning. The next morning , a super nice tech named Trisha came out and I showed her the problems I was experiencing. After listening to the noise, she said she was pretty sure that the bearings and my pedals were going out. She swapped out the pedals and then continued to listen for any possible thing that could be wrong with it , but there wasn't anything. I mentioned to her that I had contacted the manufacturer about getting a tech but how expensive it was. She said the funny thing is that they probably would've contacted Coast Fitness to come out and look at the bike. With the great experience I had , I would definitely recommend Coast Fitness for any exercise equipment that you have , that may need servicing.

Unfortunately, one of the rolls had a weird spot on it that wasn't 100% vulcanized and was semi deteriorated. I called Mike and he offered to bring me a roll but it would be later in the day. Since I had equipment coming Tuesday, I kinda needed it fast. I asked if I needed to return the roll and Mike said nope, that's yours now. I'll replace it and give you a second roll for your trouble. I couldn't believe it! In this day and age, the customer service level was absolutely incredible. Mike, thank you so much, I got it all worked out and have the extra roll now. Bought a set of dumbbells on here for a huge sale: 5-75 lbs for $900 as opposed to the normal…read more$2-3,000 everywhere else and so I decided to build the rest of my gym including the mat, barbells, barbell plates, a squat rack and a bench and the total all came up to about only $2,200. This would cost $5-6,000 anywhere else and was such a good deal. On top of that, HUGE shoutout to Richard who notified me of what could and could not fit in my tiny Honda civic, for recommending me places to rent trucks cheaper to transport the heavier equipment, and finally for helping me load over 2,000 lbs worth of equipment onto my car. And that stuff was heavy, we were loading over 200+lbs at a time. He also did a great job in helping with the weight distribution so my car wasn't scraping the floor and he did a great job turning huge things around in my car to make it fit.
