My appointment was scheduled quickly with email and text reminders of the service and another set when the technician was in their way to my house which included a link to check their location on a map. The technician was on time, took a moment to discuss and understand the issue, and then got right to work. They completed the work quickly, cleaned up, and even did a little tune up, including oiling the belt, before leaving. I've used Srvcor before and will use them again. read more

I would not recommend Srvcor based on my experience. ProForm sent this company to perform annual maintenance on my elliptical. They scheduled a technician to arrive in May between 8am and 12pm. I stayed home the entire morning, but no one showed up. When I called Srvcor at 12:30, they told me the window had been changed to 12 to 4pm and that a different technician would come. No one notified me of this change, so I had to stay home and delay my errands. The technician finally arrived around 4:30pm. He did call around 3pm to say he was running late, which I appreciated. Once he arrived, he looked at the machine, took pictures and tried it out for a couple of minutes. While talking, he mentioned that he was actually an appliance technician. The fitness technician who was supposed to come in the morning was servicing the Tahoe area instead. After only a few minutes of testing, he said that was the annual maintenance. Overall, the lack of communication, missed appointment window and sending an appliance technician for fitness equipment maintenance made this a frustrating and disappointing experience. read more

Unreliable, unresponsive, rude, poor quality. The list could honestly go on. This company was hired to fix my washer machine through a warranty with Lowe's. An absolute nightmare from beginning to....well I can't say end because there hasn't been one. The technician was over an hour late to the original appointment (over 6 weeks ago) and I had to call the office twice to get updates regarding his timing, not a single time did they reach out to me. They apparently then had to order a part and when I called back two weeks later they had forgotten about ordering it. Since that time I have not received any calls or updates from anyone. They also do not answer the phone or respond to messages.....like at all. I have left at least 3 voicemails over the last 3 weeks and not a single call back. My landlord has also left at least 2-3 with no response. Such a joke of a business. read more

I Called Srvcor to come out and fix my washing Machine because it was not cycling Properly. I spoke to the Customer service Person, and she let me know they could send someone out the next day. I was very appreciative because im in need of doing my laundry and cant afford another washing Machine right now. Srvcor Came out the Next day and said they would need to order a part and that it would be hear by Thursday (today) which they came out installed the new part and now my washing machine works as good as new. I was surprised how respectful and curious everyone was, and how efficient/ timely they were when handling the repair. I will definitely be calling them again in the future. read more

Kaitlin scheduled a repair, but I informed her that the window from 2-6 was not possible. I made it clear that the soonest I can be home is from 3:15-3:30. She said that would not be a problem, so I canceled my other plans and made sure to be there on time. When the day arrived, the technician called and I reminded him that the scheduled time was 3:15-3:30, as agreed to prior to confirming the appointment. I made it home by 3:25, but he already left because the dispatcher told him to. Although I understand it is not the fault of the technician, I do not trust the company nor appreciate their lack of communication, especially by the dispatcher who did not honor the earliest available window we had agreed to. Yes, I understand the window is from 2-6, but I made it clear that I would be there from 3-3:15, and I can wait from then on until the end of the window. Instead, the dispatcher (knowing our schedule) decided to send the technician to our place at 2 and scheduled three other homes after us. I don't get why the dispatcher didn't have him start one of the other locations first, or all of them, and end with us. Or find any other solutions after realizing the error. Either way, this company is not reliable because they are quick to place blame and change the narrative. read more

This company contracts with select home warranty, and is not staffed appropriately took eight days to get an appointment through my home warranty. Then there was a mess up the day of the appointment and now I have to wait an additional six days for another appointment. When speaking to the main office, they accepted, no responsibility for the snafu and not very sympathetic, even though the issue was on their end and did not try to do anything to make up for the issue except schedule another appointment six days out. Katelynn at the office needs better customer service skills. I am definitely going to call select home warranty and file a complaint. They need to contract with companies that can handle the load. read more
