They arrived a little bit early, and I was thoroughly impressed with the way they handled the furniture. First they assessed everything that was being moved and then they strategically took pieces out, wrapped each piece and carefully loaded it into their truck. Mark and his team were friendly and courteous and showed a great deal of respect for my home (walls, stairway, door openings). We took our RV tanks to the location and were quickly met by Samantha, a great woman working to fill them. She was good at getting us our propane and was friendly and knowledgeable. Although refilling propane tanks is occasionally necessary in an RV park, I've never liked getting them filled. We will return to BayGas Propane because of our experience, Samantha's friendliness and professionalism, and the reasonable cost of the propane. Thanks, Samantha, for making the tedious task of filling propane tanks one that has given us a new place to go.

I tried several time to go there to pay a bill as i was unsure of the amount due and couldn't use the dropbox. Each time there was a message that said gone to the bank, or post office or lunch etc... After 3 tries on different days i called the phone number of the gate. The manager answered already annoyed. I told her i have tried to come by several times but no one is ever there. She snappily responded she had things to attend to and was at Arlan's Market? Not sure what that has to do with anything but ok.... She then said something to the fact that the sign on the door said she was gone and i should come back. I replied yes, it says you went to the bank and would be back in a few minutes (not Arlans Market). She then gruffly said.... well i will be back at 12:00 noon if you want to wait. I then responded, "Ma'am, it is already 12:15pm". She said, "I'll be there soon", and hung up. My wife and i waited. She pulled up in a car with the words, "Sassy" written largely on the back window. My wife looked at me and said, "oh boy, you are in trouble". The manager went inside and motioned for me to come in. I got out of my vehicle and got to the door when she burst out, almost hitting me in the head with the door and began to point at the sign saying "YOU SEE THIS". I responded, " I am a customer how dare you talk to me this way". That really got her going. I responded with, "just let me pay my bill and i will see the owners about your behavior". I left. The Haak's who own the winery own these storage units. I went there and asked to see one of the owners. I waiting and Mrs. Haak came out. She immediately, loudly said, "Oh, so you are the irate customer". I was shocked. I tried calmly talking to her and she did listen. At the end, she said the manager deals with a lot of "idiots" and has to talk to them this way. Again, i was shocked. She alluded to my education level, and said most people who are customers there are very unintelligent. I responded," that may be but don't they still deserve respect." It was obvious she didn't care, so i thanked her for her time and left. If you like violent confrontation, poor service, and being abused then go here by all means
