I came in with a fear of heights and left with the same amount of fear but with the knowledge that I'm able to face it. Everyone in my group enjoyed the course regardless of how far they were able to go. Gilbert and Emily were awesome instructors and made everything easygoing and fun. It might seem terrifying for those who have a fear of heights, but I can guarantee that they'll look back on how fun it was once they're able to conquer the obstacles. The experience was incredible. We booked for 2pm and the host stayed back so that we could experience the course. There experience was unbelievably scary but also exhilarating. You get really high up and feel like you're balancing on wobbly ropes! There is a final zip line that goes incredibly fast and is a perfect end to the experience. Wholeheartedly recommend! I went into it thinking it would be a piece of cake until I realized this was one of the scariest & anxiety ridden activity I've ever done. It challenged me and really pushed me to conquer my fears. I wanted to get down multiple times in panic but thank you to Emily and Gilbert who encouraged me along the whole way and somehow pushed me to finish the course. The two gave me suggestions on how to navigate through each element and Emily truly calmed down my anxiety and was so sweet! So much fun for a group of adults!! Different types of challenges for every type of thrill seeker, and there was a zip line at the end too so that was an amazing experience. We enjoyed our experience here but it wasn't what we expected. The employees did explain some rules to us but I didn't feel 100% safe as you had to clip yourself into every safety line/loop on the course itself. The employees sat on the lawn and would sometimes monitor us, but it was still very easy for someone to clip into the wrong line or loop and be at risk. Some part of the course were looking worn down, but most of it was great! Overall I would recommend this to a small group that is confident in their skills and able to figure things out quickly. I wasn't aware this course was fully self-serve clip in (as all other rope courses and zip lines i've been to have had people be more hands on), so I'm not sure how I would feel about bringing huge group or kids here unless they were confident at this! read more

Fun, unique experience for all those who have never tried high ropes and/or want to feel like they are at summer camp! For my friends that had done high ropes before, they agreed that this was the best high ropes course they've been on as most courses are smaller. For the course it starts with a climb up a rope wall and then you connect your harness to the course and choose whichever way you want to go. There are lots of different obstacles and different levels that you can get to. Once you make it to the top level there's an employee to help you hook up to the zipline and give you a pep talk before you jump from five stories. The course took me over an hour and I had plenty of time to do it again but my body was pretty sore and my hands were beaten up from the rope. The employees had lots of band-aids available and I think pretty much everyone in my group used at least one! For the logistics, I had to call multiple times and message the business on Yelp back in early spring in order to book an event. They were booked up until late June and I grabbed the soonest Sunday afternoon 1:30pm - 4:00pm time slot I could! They emailed all the necessary information, then all you need to do is show up with your signed waiver. My group of 16 followed a boys scout troop and were ahead of a group of 2 that looked to be a married couple. All of the employees were nice and helpful. read more

Slip in your harness and let's do the rope a dope! It's a new way to get out and move that body and work that body! For thirty five a pop, why not! It's a great beginners and intermediate course with a peaceful surrounding of lush park. Three levels of challenging adventure awaits but with the third one still in the works. Be prepared to be stretched and wobbled throughout the course. Personally I recommend a little warmup before getting some of those unused muscles pulled to the limit. One can bring their own gloves and helmet if you want or just zig and zag without them. Equipment not provided just the harness and claws. After one is done exploring the levels take a quick ride down on the zip line because it's the only way down to the earth. The instructors are very are helpful if you get stuck or just need a little encouragement. And that's my take on this rope course, Peace out. read more

This place is amazing!! I booked the course for my husband's surprise 30th birthday for about 14 friends. Mind you, half of us are pretty terrified of heights! Leading up to the day, Shawn was very easy to connect with. Our guide that day was Gill who was so awesome and encouraging. Many of us thought we would tap out after the first floor, but we all made it to the 3rd story to zip line down, which is about a 60 foot drop in 3 seconds! What a blast! I volunteer with a unit of the Young Marines (a national nonprofit for boys and girls ages 8 to 18) and we've taken our youth members here twice, in 2021 and 2022. Both times were excellent! The ropes course personnel were knowledgeable, encouraging, and engaged. They handled all the young people well, from the confident to the uncertain. (We had about 35 kids each time we visited.) The course itself is a blast. I've been up there three times now. The zipline is the best part, although the "elements" are an adventure in themselves. I haven't been down the rappel tower, but the kids seemed to enjoy it. We found the entire experience to be very affordable, too, and the RV Park itself has various types of camping, from youth camp sites to RV spots to small cabins. We had a party of 14. When we first arrived, a couple of the group asked "is this it?", seemingly disappointed at the size of the course. However, that quickly changed. The course isn't as easy as it looks, but it was definitely fun to challenge ourselves. There are 3 levels, and you can access the other levels if you'd like, as there are paths going here and there so you can choose which course you want to tackle. You have to climb up the rock wall at least one level in order to start on the course. At the end, you can choose to zipline down by sitting down and scooting off the platform, or jumping off the platform so you'd have a little bit of free fall before you start zipping. It took us about 2 hours to finish. I liked how the course was so compact. I was the last one onto the course, but I didn't feel lonely as opposed to a more linear course (on a linear course, people disappear into the distance as they finish one course after another). Here, there were people ahead of me, behind me, above me, and it really like we were a group doing this activity together. Aside from the staff who was a bit rude, addressing us as "hey" and "hey you", Christian and Emily were very helpful, friendly and patient. It was much appreciated! read more

A small group of 5 of us reserved a 2 hr block Saturday night and the experience was all that we hoped. Shawn and his team were great at giving us the rundown on what we needed to know and then let us loose to enjoy the course! Throughout our time, Shawn was quick to encourage or challenge us in various ways, but also took some time to chat with one of our friends who was finding the course difficult due to his fear of heights. Shawn and his team made some adjustments and our friend had a wonderful end to his evening, We were a bit worried the course was more aimed at middle schoolers, but that ended up not being the case at all. The course has three levels and over 18 different obstacles with plenty of ways to make it more challenging to the individual. Plus, being 60 ft up in the air is a thrill for anyone, especially when you are zip-lining down to the ground when you are done. The 5 of us (late 20's) had a wonderful time as it was something different to do on a weekend night for a special occasion. From previous ropes course experiences, this location would also be a great team building activity to do with any high school athletic team or church/youth group small group! Wow. Wow. Wow. What an amazing experience! We just had my son's 10th birthday here and everyone had a blast. This is not Chuck E. Cheese and even more adventurous (thrilling) than your run of the mill rock climbing warehouse-- we are talking about a five story, outdoor course that is heart pumping and adrenaline-filled; even as mere observers our hearts were pumping!!! What really made the experience special was Shawn and Garrett. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient and certainly love what they do. We had our son's 10th Birthday at the OC Ropes Course and everyone had an amazing time. There were 17 kids and we were in great hands. They were able to tailor the course to the needs of our age group, and it was so much fun to see some of the kids tackle their fears. Morgan, Jackson and the other support staff were knowledgable and great with kids. Shawn the owner was so easy to work with. I was a little anxious that there was a little mist/rain at first and he didn't pressure me to make a decision about canceling. I am so glad we didn't cancel!! I came here for a bonding event and I was initially a bit worried. I had a group of many girls with differing schedules so some had shown up hours after the event began. That being said, the instructors Shawn and Nick were very helpful and accommodating. They made this activity fun and exciting. The course had three levels of height with the tallest one being 60 feet i believe. At the end, you zipline to the bottom and they let you do a flip off of the top of the zipline For only $20 per person this was a totally awesome event. I've paid $20 per person for other things and it isn't as cool or as long, you def get the moneys worth. The course also comes with a floor activity about fear which bonds the girls even more. My daughter is an avid outdoors person. In celebrating her 30th BD she chose this as one of her activities. They had a blast. It looks like you will get through it quickly, but the challenge is real. All four participants are experienced at climbing, so they were challenged to go to the highest level (which continues to be still under development), but they took up the full time. There are options for younger children and less experienced adults which is good. My only drawback is that it is not fully developed and understanding the parking situation in the RV campground where it is located was confusing. But I'm sure my daughter will return! We have an active group of friends and were looking to do something different. This was definitely it! Most of us actually had a great fear of heights and it was difficult to overcome but most us us were able to forget about the fear because we were so focused on being safe and following the course and balancing on the obstacles. We all had the BEST time, it was so fun and challenging! I would say it wasn't the easiest to get questions answered, especially being a first timer and none of us living near the place. We read everything but some information seems outdated and some seemed a little contradictory. The owner Sean was nice but too busy to respond to every text/call/message so I needed to send the same message several times. When we got there, the staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The course is located within an RV park so you drive up, check into the office and someone opens the gate for you. There's no parking fee if you're there for the ropes course. The actual park itself is nice, with many restroom facilities and even showers but definitely bring your own snacks/water because you're going to need it when you're done playing. When you run the course, there is a designated picnic table where you can put your stuff and it's pretty safe but as with any public area where you leave your stuff out in the open, it is never truly secure so keep your valuables in your car. During the course, you actually can bring your phone to take pics while you're waiting, but obviously only if you're secure, comfortable, safe. Nothing is more important than being safe! You don't want to fall or drop your phone. I would actually recommend a go-pro or have a designated person on the ground taking pics/videos. read more
