You need special grip socks available for purchase there. 2. If there's a line to get in it's probably backed up from people signing waivers. One per person 3. There is food and drinks inside for purchase and prices are very reasonable. 4. Their are cool massage chairs for parents. 5. I did not be up paying like 50 dollars with socks and entrance fees. The staff needs a better attitude. They have teenagers working here with poor customer service. I was here for my nephew's birthday party yesterday and I felt like I was getting kicked out of this place from the moment I sat down. The guest table I was sitting at was supposedly needed to put the pizzas & drinks. My sis in law told the female worker that one of the main tables is not in use and they could put the food there. I don't know what the worker's excuse was, but I had to move. She was not friendly and I never saw her smile. I ended up standing there for a while along with other family members because all the other tables were already taken. How is this possible? Fast forward to the end, here comes another worker (with his pants sagging) looking all annoyed while cleaning. He almost ran one of the guests over with his mop. The kid comes up to me with an attitude and said that I basically needed to leave the room along with the other guests because it was past the reserved time. First of all, I'm a guest, how was I supposed to know? The proper way of going about it is by directly talking to the person who rented out the room and then they'll inform their guests. These workers looked miserable and this happened on a Tuesday which wasn't even crowded. The owner needs to do something about this type of poor behavior. People are paying a good amount of money to have their celebrations here and the staff is ruining the experience for everyone. read more

This place doesn't get it. I came in yesterday and apparently this same manager on duty told us we cannot jump until we "removed the negative Yelp review that was posted a couple months prior". I was in total shock I've never seen this type of behavior by an establishment. I agreed to taking it down but I told her as a customer I have the right to freedom of speech and to repost my experiences. I was honest, respectful, didn't swear or use profanities and now I'm being denied entry into the business? I agreed to removing it but she changed her mind and told me it didn't matter because we wouldn't get to jump at all today. I agreed to removing so does race have something to do with it? It seems like she ALWAYS has an issue with us. Other Yelpers have had issues with her as well. I have reported to Yelp for violating community guidelines and I will be reporting to FTC for violating the Consumer Review Fairness Act. There's also a couple other outlets I plan on reporting to depending on this business ability to remedy this situation. Consumers have the right to speak! On a side note, we ended up going to Skyzone about 10 minutes away which my kids loved way better! It's bigger, cosmic was super cool and staff seemed to be a little more organized and definitely happier! The manager at big air also made up a rule...it was 8:30pm and we asked for 1 hour jump and she said "we are not currently offering 1 hour jump, you have to do 2 hours". Where is this rule posted??!!! So your forcing us to pay for 2 hours even though we only are asking for 1 hour and this place isn't even open for another 2 hours. The manager said this is the rule! This rating is for overall cleanliness of the facility. We arrived in the morning for a party so this was prior to the daily chaos and usage. There was pubic hairs stuck to the wall above the urinal about 6' from the floor. This happens because they wiped the urinal then the surrounding area with the same towel. That means the same process was most likely used for toilets and sinks. Makes you wonder??? Are they properly trained on how to clean and sanitize a restroom (how hard can it be, you'd be surprised) in day and age of pandemic I think it is most important employers in public settings properly train their staff. read more

Just came here for the first time today for my son's impromptu birthDAY fun and invited a few of his closest friends to join us. Check Groupon before you come because they have deals! Also, FYI you can only buy one Groupon per day. If you are coming with a group, best to gift it to someone in your party so they can use it. The Groupon deals are only for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 11. We had 6 kids so I thought I'll buy 4 and 2.. doesn't work. Has to be under two different names. The place is big and I love how there are officials in all areas to make sure fair play. Each kid gets a sticker on their back. Make sure u bring any grip socks or else pay $3 for a pair. My kids and I have been here a few times. We come because the set up is different from the Jump Zone and it gives them a chance to run around new terrain. My kids enjoy the dodgeball court, obstacle course and the mechanical bull the most. My kids like to challenge themselves to stay on the mechanical bull the longest. There are several places to jump inside, even areas focused on younger children to keep them safe. The food court has plenty of choices from a hot dog and pizza to a full meal of chicken fingers and fries! The food can take a while to come out, so order early. If you go on a weekend, here are some tips: - Try to purchase a Groupon, it can save you quite a bit. (Pro) - Complete the waiver online, if you've never been. It makes the process faster and you won't need to do once inside! (Pro) - Arrive early. They count the number of patrons during COVID and will only allow so many people at a time. You will wait in a line and once people leave, they will allow more in. This line can be upwards of hours. (Con) - Have drinks or snacks if you have little ones to keep them entertained while you wait in line. - Be ready to buy their socks for each jumper, if you haven't previously purchased. (Con) - Understand that some people will not be wearing a mask and may be in close proximity to you once inside. My kids always felt like jumping between an hour and a hour and a half was good. Big Air is open! We went on a Saturday and it was packed. Took my 6 and 3 year old. They had a blast. It was good to get them back to some sort of normalcy. They had a chance to play their little hearts out. Face Off, Q-Bix, Trapeze, Orbit and the Bull are all play areas that require the child to be at least 48 inches. That was a bummer because those were the most exciting activities there. My 6 year old did play dodgeball for the first time which was pretty cool I paid $50 for 2 kids for 2 hours. They are pretty strict regarding the end time. There are plenty of cubbies and lockers for your personal belongings. There was a small snack area to sit and purchase Icees, candies and treats. Make sure to where your sticky socks or you'll have to purchase at the counter. Don't bother waiting in line until you've filled out your waiver first. We go to Big Air all the time, 2 birthday parties over the years and we totally love it here. I'm kind of writing this review in response to the person that complained about the non refundable deposit and the 1 hour party room time. Every single place from skating to jump parks, arcade, bowling (I've never seen one that doesn't) has specific usually 45 minutes to 90 minutes max in the party rooms and ALWAYS non refundable deposits. Businesses need to ensure if they hold it for you and some other family can't book on that day and chooses Sky Zone instead for instance, that they recoup a partial fee for the $400 party you canceled. Anyhoo. Just thought I'd chime in. I think Big Air does a great job. It's hard to make everything run smooth at an establishment like this and this location really has a consistent quality IMO. read more

Having my son's birthday party as I write this. I am so infuriated with the service at this place that I came out to calm down a bit. Saturday 12-3:30pm party booking (25 jumpers paying over $1200). They tell us food that comes as a bday package wont come out until 2:30pm (garbage pizza they forced us to buy cuz no outside food allowed) I asked to bring them out earlier cuz parents are hungry. they say no, unless I want jump time to end immediately. Watching my guests sitting there hungry, i pay extra money to buy 2 more pizzas at the concession bar (our bday package already comes with 5 pizzas) so i can get them right away. 2 pizza is nowhere enough for 40 people so i suck it up and go try to place an order for 5 more pizzas, paying additional $120. They wont be ready for an hour. As an alternative I ask, do you have salad? How about chicken tender? Salad is all out and chicken tenders too will take an hour.wtf. so basically noone gets to eat until 2:30. Dont offer lunch bday package if your rule is so sht where you cant bring out food at "lunch hour". They told us to put our chips and juice box away cuz the only drink they allow is their pitchers of soda. This place blows for parties. My family went here for my son's 6th birthday and we had a great time. There is plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a variety of things to do other than just jumping such as dodge ball, rock climbing, basketball, mechanical bull and diving into foam. They offer daily special deals and I recommend checking out groupon before too. To save time during check in, you can fill out the waivers on their website. Some of their activities have a height requirement of at least 48 in., but it was nice they had a section dedicated for kids under 48 inches. Most of the activities were clean and operating well, but the bathroom had 2 of the 4 stalls not in service and the water fountain was not working either. Avoid this place. They contract with Groupon and make it seem like you're getting a discount but in fact are not. We bought for three adults and they charged us for our under 2 (which they don't normally charge for) because we bought via Groupon which they say doesn't apply other discounts. Big Air Corona is poorly managed and maintained. If you jump into some of the foam pits, your eyes get itchy because the foam pieces are torn up and need replacing. I visited this location recently, and an employee was FALLING ASLEEP doing his job. Literally. Additionally, most employees don't care about their job. Rules are sometimes enforced and sometimes not. Most just don't care at all. The worst part is the waive you must sign that releases them from any liability for any accidents that occur, even if it's COMPLETELY due to their negligence. This place has fun stuff to do, but it's just not a super safe or clean place. If you visit, watch your kids well. My friend's child broke her leg here from being double bounced by another kid. read more

My preplanned birthday party (on a Saturday) for my son at the park had to be moved due to the big storm. I have never had a party at a trampoline park before. I walked in and thought there's no way I'm going to get anything. I had some party goers meet us there so my 8 year old son could celebrate a little something. I spoke to Ximena and she was amazing!! It used to be my preferred kid party place. 2 years in a row I've paid for their party package to beat the heat for my child's August bday and I've referred dozens of people there as well. This year we got no relief. There was no air flow at Party Room 5, the one in the corner. Despite multiple requests, the HVAC unit that supplies air over the party rooms was not turned on. I was told by the manager that the director only turns on the center unit that blows air in the middle of the park, but the guests in the party room suffered, especially the kids after coming in sweaty from jumping. Even the Staff that were assigned to bring in the food admitted it was hot and had no air flow, but no one could convince "the director" to turn the air on. At one point Fatima, the event Manager, came in and told me the air was on. I pointed to the baloons stuck on the ceiling and showed her that neither the balloons nor the strings were moving at all. She just kept repeating that the air was on and refused to acknowledge a problem. Despite spending over $800 on a party, there was no compensation for the major inconvenience of no air and absolutely no concern from management. Poor service from all management. read more
