Just happened to be driving by after a quick grocery stop and SO GLAD we saw they finally opened! We are avid goers of sky zone La Sierra, but this one is right next door. Inside has so many fun sections for all ages. Their dodgeball zone is great, rock climbing is a good height, they have climbing cubes, a ninja warrior style zone, and so much more!! My son loved it! Such a great place to get all the energy out while having fun. They have flyers for their week night perks, which we are going to do next. However, the prices are their biggest downfall and I guarantee that they will not last if they don't adjust and send out better deals. Sky Zone has deals always floating around on Groupon for amazing prices and way worth the money. read more

NOT A GOOD PLACE to have a birthday party. They have birthday packages but it's only the jump time that's worth it. Probably was better to just have a birthday party elsewhere and go there MAYBE to let kids have their jump time. My biggest problem was that their food is awful. Bought a tray of mozzarella sticks. They were dry with freezer burn and most of the sticks lost their cheese. None of my guests ate them and they supposedly love mozzarella sticks. It was definitely not worth $40. Their pizzas are ok. Got 5 pizzas as part of the package but only half was eaten. I felt relieved that I brought in food from outside but was charged $300, ie $100 PER TRAY, to bring in food from outside. They do that to discourage us from bringing food from outside. My guests ate most of my food because theirs were merely edible. Then I got yelled at for bringing in an ice cream cake. Granted they don't allow ice cream cake as written in some small writing that I completely over-looked when I booked this place. However, the manager on the day of the birthday party yelled at me for having the ice cream cake. When asked why no ice cream cake, they said because they don't have space available to store it for any party and they don't provide a knife. So I said no problem. We have a portable freezer that can store it and we can bring in the cake knife. Still, I can't have an ice cream cake but he'll "allow it this one time only, if I leave my cake outside in the car" until we are ready to eat it. It was unbelievable. I thoroughly regret booking a birthday party at this place. If I knew such animosity and unwelcoming, disapproval treatment to having a birthday party at this place, I wouldn't have schedule it to begin with. This is the worst service, Scott the party manager has no consideration for people. I purchased a party plan through Groupon in March of 2020, Scott helped me plan the party up until Covid hit and we had to postpone my daughters birthday party which was planned for Sunday March 29th. Which I could understand with everything going on. Scott leaves me a voicemail saying that he's sorry for the inconvenience but because I purchased the party through Groupon he cannot give me a refund and since he already redeemed the Groupon we can look to plan the party when things re-open and that they would contact me to do so. Fast forward to June, I heard they were open and I wanted to use plan the party, I leave a few messages for Scott to call me back and I am still understandable with the delay because things are getting back up and going. Scott leaves me another message saying they are being required to close again. Again, it sucks for me but I can't control it, they can't control it. Now, I'm January 2021 I call 4 times and leave messages for Scott to call me back and see what we can do, I get no call backs. I call 3 times in February and make it a point to who is taking these messages that it's important that I get contacted back. No call back, never get to speak with Scott "he is with someone" every time I call. March rolls around and it is now 1 year from when I purchased my birthday party, I've called 3 different days and it is the 8th of the month. I tell the young lady that it is !!!important!!! That I speak with Scott, she tells me he said he will call me back in 15-20 mins. I wait almost 2 hours before I call back, no one answers. I had to call 7 times in a row before someone answered. The girl needs to chase down Scott because at this point I'm not getting off the phone until I speak with him. He gets on the phone and I explain the whole story to him and his first response is "we don't take Groupon to do parties on the weekend" Ok... when I purchased this Groupon you did, you redeemed it for a weekend. I haven't been able to get a refund from Groupon because you redeemed the Groupon upon booking my party in 6 days it will be a year. You won't even make an accommodation for a little girls birthday party that was already booked on a weekend?!?? And he still cannot give me a refund because I booked it through Groupon. He wants me to choose a day during the week when I work & other parents work. So not only is one of my daughters birthday parties ruined because of COVID now Scott won't even make an exception so that she can have a semi-normal birthday party that I paid extra to have on a weekend when I purchased it be accepted. Worst experience trying to plan my daughters birthday. It's always a stressful time trying to plan a kids party and thanks to Scott it's even more so. Horrible Service read more

By far the worst pizza I've ever had in my life! The dough tastes like Play-Doh and I'm not kidding... Super Gross! Way way way worse than Little Caesars... In fact you'll beg for ittle Caesars after tasting this crap!!! The sad part is you have no choice because they don't allow you to bring in any other food... Which is understandable but at least provide quality food this garbage without exaggeration! The tables were dirty and sticky... and should have been cleaned off before I had my kids birthday party here and all the guests arrived... but they were not! It was also crazy crowded as well... a covid breeding ground... I don't recommend this place and I will never come back and if you ever come here, you will see why! If i can give no stars I would they are so unprofessional and this place is dirty and unsanitary my little sister dropped her phone in the foam pit and i asked if we can wait till they close and they clean the pit out and they basically said no we dont clean the pit we clean as the kids go and if she did drop her phone it sometimes take up to 3 months to even find it cuz they never do deep clean on there equipment read more

The floor Manager was very rude and dismissive. Made my family feel not welcomed there. Didn't know regular jump started at 12:00 on Sunday and rudely told us we can't sit inside when my husband has a bad back. Jerks! The Store Manager rudely talked to other employees about us in front of our face because we didn't go outside and wait with the people lining at 12:00 for the regular hours .Which we have never been before to know that's what you do.Then when 12:00 came around she told us we seem to have a problem and we are not welcome there and she could escort us out and told me I could call the district manager . She told me to remove my Yelp review which I did not write but accused me anyways. This manager was rude and made a problem with us and treated us poorly for no reason. First, I had a hard time making a reservation online for my daughters birthday. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to make a reservation. I made a reservation online then they called and said they couldn't do that time and I was told it would be the same price as I paid the year before (prior to covid), but loose an hour of jumping. We went to celebrate my daughters birthday last year right before they shut down for covid. The staff informed me they changed it because of covid and they now had to have less people. Yet that was NOT the case. Disappointing when you are trying to be understanding of new rules yet walk in to a completely packed place. It was so crowded. Discouraging when I'm spending so much money on a birthday party. They claim online that they are cleaning it more because of covid. It was so dirty. Last year it was clean before covid. You would think the opposite. In between times at the facility they were not cleaning in between. I am not worried about covid as I am out, although there should be a standard in cleaning. The staff in charge were not watching the crowd as much as they have in the past. In the past my kids received a birthday sticker saying it was their birthday and a certificate to come back for a free hour jump, which they did not receive this year. I will say my kids enjoyed going to jump without a mask and being with friends although less time jumping because so many kids. I'm all about going back to before with no masks, although I believe in cleanliness. Unfortunately, this place has failed in keeping the place clean. I assume it is new management that is not keeping up with high standards. Then as we were leaving people filled the parking lot and the parking lot had trash everywhere. As Corona residents, my husband and I were appalled to see the way they are letting the place go down and how the parking lot looked. These people could possibly be from other cities that don't take care of their city and different management at Big Air. It is a disappointment to our city. I hope someone in corporation reads this and makes changes for Big Air for our city. I would hope to see a facility that is more clean and limiting people. read more

Totally disappointed from beginning to end had a birthday party November 9 cosmic package I arrived 2 times prior to the event for info and dropping off decor was told decor would be put up for me and when we arrived the room was plain nothing but pizza was out when I asked for them to put them up all the did was put about 8 balloons scattered around on a table when the brought out the cake . A member was rude to my 7 yr old telling him he was only allowed to get on the trampoline because he is small for his age so I asked some up front why they would tell him that all I got was on no only 5/15 he can and ill talk to all staff member next time 103o my guest start to leave I had enough im in the pArking lot about leave when my kids say mom we never got any birthday bags I was wait I don't then remember the never even brought them out I go ask they cant find them 10 min or so go by and the finally bring out the box of decor and bags only my kids and the birthday boy got back my money on decor and wasted money on goodie bags cuz only 3/8 were handed out I spoke with. Manager I explained what I had told the girl earlier that day that this party wasn't a typical birthday it was for boy who had been through alot these past years. we had done a lot to to try and make this happen for him had I know it would have ended up like this I would have books else where but I thought he would like this place better - manager apologized only offer 10% which is shit for everything I told him happened and I lost a lot of money 389$ for party package 8 kids money on goodie bags and decor plus the loss of experience ! This place looks pretty clean due to the fact that it's new. The only plus! I walked in on a Tuesday night for their buy 1 hour get one hour free special. I specifically asked the front desk girl if babies are free & she said yes if they are 2 and under. My son being 4 & my baby being 8 months old, I paid $19 for ONE kid on a Tuesday night! I thought ok a bit pricey but will see if its worth it. Now my baby only crawls so he starts to go in the 6 yrs. and under section & right away the employees tell me he doesn't have a wrist band which means hes not allowed to play unless I PAY another $19! Seriously?!!! Apparently I wasn't notified properly. Babies are only free with a paid adult! Wow! All he knows how to do is crawl & you want another $19 for him to crawl around for like 20min because at this point (like all babies) it was about time 4 his 2 hour nap! This is crazy!!! Also theres 8 employees working the floor gossiping & barely any customers. I talked to the front desk girl & she said those are the rules & she cant do anything about it. Poor customer service! If I had known this I would have never come here in the first place! I've been to other trampoline parks & they let you do flips at your own risk. Here your not allowed. There very strict about what your allowed to do. The Luv 2 Play in Riverside is WAY more fun! More activities and 1 payment for ALL DAY! Or Aero Sports Trampoline Park where theres a lot more to do & they 100% DO NOT charge for babies 2 & under & let them play until there hearts content. First time here today. This place is way more fun than a traditional jump place. New nice and clean. Good music and a cool atmosphere. Mostly enjoyed the fun staff. The employees have been jumping in and playing with my 10 year old because we came alone. I really appreciated it so much. We got here early and there wasn't a lot of kids yet. They played with him without anyone even asking them to and it meant a lot to me. I totally recommend this place. The kids will love it and the good music playing keeps you from getting bored while waiting for your kids :) read more

This trampoline park honestly has some amazing trampolines, it's very unfortunate though that their employees and managers have no idea what tricks to let people do on the trampolines. On the trampolines I was not allowed to do a simple backflip yet on the same trampolines they were allowing me to do double front flips and front flips with upward of 2.5 twists/rotations in them because they were "frontward direction flips." It's kind of sad that they really don't understand anything about flips on trampolines, so if you are coming here to do any sort of tricks or if you are skilled on a trampoline... don't. You'll just be disappointed and surprised to see that they have no idea what tricks are front direction or backward direction and that they really don't have a clue about trampoline safety preventing you from actually having fun. The whole point of signing a liability waiver is to protect the business yet they are overly cautious to the point where they should be losing customers. Bottom line... if you are 10 years old or under and want to just jump up and down all day come here. If you are athletic and want to actually have fun, don't come here and just find somewhere else that actually allows you to display some actual athleticism. read more

When I walked in here on opening day, I was like WOW! The opportunities for fun are endless! This place incorporates trampolines into dodgeball, basketball, trapeze and a handful of other great activities. Cosmic night is also a fun bonus guests get to enjoy while jumping. Took my kids for my sons 10th birthday. We usually go to the Buena park location but this one is new and closer to home so we went. I asked if kids under 2 were free and they said with paid adult. I didnt want to jump but I had to buy my ticket in plus socks. Lame rule. We went on Saturday during cosmic night and it was 855 when I started paying, well after nine it goes from 25 to 20 dollars a person. It was 855pm, she charged me 25 per kid and myself.....I asked her why I didnt get the 20 dollar price and she said it was still before 9pm. Uhm....its 855pm, so I said refund me and charge me the 9pm cost since it was only 5 mins away. She did it but I'm kinda baffled on why they would try to get away with that? The workers inside seemed friendly and watched intently, they never tried to micromanage as I read in other reviews. The place was clean since it was still new, wasnt packed with kids like the other location which was really nice. There was lack of places to sit besides the cafe area. They offered massage chairs to buy time on but if you sit on it without paying, the chair tries to kick you off of it with the inside mechanics lol. That didnt stop me, it actually felt good because I've had lower back pain for a week. read more

I was skeptical on going here based on other reviews from yelp and google. But I would come back. Place was very clean, the staff members were all nice and everything was organized which was nice change compared to some of the other trampoline parks who let other kids cut the lines and not take turns. This place has a big variety of obstacles and things to do such as dodgeball, mechanical bull, spinning orbit, obstacle course, rock wall, jousting, swing and high dive for foam pit etc. They don't make you purchase their socks if you bring some from another park which is nice. They had plenty of seating for the parents where you can see the majority of the place to keep track of your kids. So the downfalls: Prices were definitely higher than the other trampoline parks $19hr or $30 2 hrs. They don't allow the kids to do any backflips at all and front flips were only allowed on certain obstacles. The kids had fun but they did say that the areas and some of the trampoline spaces were too small. They preferred sky zone for that stuff. So they definitely need to have some coupon deals on Groupon if they want continuous business. We will come back, but not as often as the other parks due to price. read more

This place is absolutely fun for my children but on Thursday is deemed family night with Pizza and drink approximately$79 Dollars for a family of 4. We arrived at 6:50 paid for the package. When asked about the pizza and drink that included in family night price she States the manager said it was to late because if was now 7:00pm. My children had not eaten because their plans were to eat there. I ask isn't this family night she said Yes but management said no orders for the kitchen at 7pm. I requested to be given the price without the family night price. She stood and look like a deer in headlights and again management said no orders after 7pm. Kids and Parents Are There To Enjoy A Night Out. If. Their family night out includes pizza and drinks then do that with no exception. Otherwise don't include this in your package.
