Ordered a family meal for Father's Day. We wanted BBQ but our favorite BBQ place was sold out. So we found this place and thought of giving Big B's a shot. Well, Lo and Behold - it is now our new fave! We ordered pulled pork, brisket and smoked turkey. All were delicious and full of smoked flavor. What I loved about this place is they ask you if you like your brisket lean or fatty. Most places don't give you that choice. The spicy BBQ sauce was sweatin' hot and the original BBQ sauce was just as yummy. The BBQ beans was another win. Everyone in the family enjoyed the meal. In fact, my husband and I went back a few days after to have dinner and tried the tri-tip which was moist and tender. Can't say enough good things about this place. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the amazing aroma of smoked meats, so you already know you're in for a good meal. We ordered the loaded baked potato and the three-meat combo. Service while ordering was good. Nothing really stood out but she was nice. Food: 1 meat plate with Brisket add side order of Sausage. Beans and Sweet Corn as sides. The corn was delicious. We had friends visiting from Hawaii and they wanted bbq so we found this place. Upon entering, there was no one to greet us but the venue is big and cleaned. It was a Texas style BBQ place and the venue was full of benches style seats and tables. We walked up to the cashier and studied the menu and ordered. We ordered a 3 meat plates that come with 2 sides, however if we want ribs that's $5 extra. The wife decided to try 1/2 rack of baby back pork ribs which they were generous about and they were soft and moist and falling off the bones. It was perfectly cooked. She also ordered beef ribs which also cost an extra $5 and that came with 2 big ribs per order. The beef ribs could use additional 5 mins of cooking time as they were kinda tough. The briskets were good and soft but not as moist as we had hoped. The fried okra was amazing! It was cooked perfectly and crispy. The Mac & cheese could use some more milk in it as the cheese was really condensed and on the dry side. We washed all these down with their self serve sweet iced tea so refills were free. Located in the southeast corner shopping center at the intersection of Cimarron and Sahara, there is a lot of parking and different stores in the strip mall. The restaurant is huge, with lots of seating for large and small parties. They have a bar and serve Blue Bell ice cream by the scoop! We ordered a 2-item with trip-tip and brisket, Mac & cheese, and green beans and a pulled pork sandwich combo with fries. The tri-tip was delicious. Nice and juicy and didn't really need any extras. Just a nice piece of meat. The brisket was dry and needed sauce, which is a little on the vinegar-y side for me. The green beans were not my favorite and tasted more blanched than cooked, however, the mac & cheese was pretty darn tasty! One of the best we've had in a quick service BBQ spot. The ribs (both types) were a little on the dry side but they fell off the bone and the taste was good. They have good bbq sauce you can put on them to help with the dryness. The place is so charming inside very homey and comfortable with that cozy Western vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. There are TVs everywhere, so it's perfect if you want to catch any game and the layout's great with a bar on one side, plenty of seating on the other. You walk up, order at the counter, and then they bring the food right to your table, so easy and relaxed. My husband and I went for lunch on a Monday and there were just a few tables of patrons inside the large establishment. There were plenty of tables to choose from and the restaurant had a Texas/cowboy type theme. We ordered a half rack of beef ribs (4 ribs total) and a pound of moist brisket. I just wanna say I'm a little disappointed in this location my family and I are big fans of BIg Bs and been going ever since they opened the Henderson location. We absolutely love that location and highly recommend it we love Brian and his family we have had so many celebrations there In Henderson. So now we moved over here to Summerlin and was excited about it being on this side of town as well but it feels like that location is constantly in a rush and not homely like the original location and who ever is doing online orders for post mates and whatever other platforms is rushing and throwing stuff in the boxes and giving the wrong meats in the orders and the bottom of whatever is left in the pans . The Brisket and Pulled Pork was very good , in fact I think this time the Brisket was better here than the last 2 times I got it at St Rose location. This was the first time I had their Hot Link and it was okay , but Jessie Rae's Hot Link is better. Corn On The Cob was fresh , hot , and good. The Bbq Beans as usual was very good , but this time I didn't have any pieces of Brisket in it like I usually get. The Spicy Bbq was was perfect for the sandwich. It's so big I use a fork because it will just fall apart which is to be expected , but this way you get to try everything and for a good price. Popped in for the Notre Dame-Texas A&M game to meet some friends. Super impressive decor, great service and -- most importantly -- arguably the best BBQ in town. I can't think of anyone doing it as well in Las Vegas. I ordered the three-meat combo, choosing brisket, pulled pork and tri tip with fried okra (my favorite) and fries (also my favorite cut). Went with the spicy BBQ sauce. The okra was so good, I almost took another pint to go for later. The brisket nailed it, the pulled pork made me wish I had a side of cornbread (fail!) to pair with it because it's made for a killer pull pork sandwich, and the tri-tip was on point. Big chunks of meat and beans in a delicious sauce. Tons of brown sugar and/or molasses in the dish. Was surprised at the size of the dish as it was a side. GREAT value on this item. I think about these beans often 3. Fries - 8 outta 10. Solid order. Can't go wrong here. Several other sides available. i just haven't tried them all yet. Each meal i've washed down with an Able Baker's Atomic Duck. Think its a 24oz pour for $9!! Even a hardened drinker is gonna catch a solid buzz of just one of these. Don't see many ordering a 2nd as its an 8.5 or 9% ABV beer, Think it's $7 for a 16oz if you order from the bar vs. where you order the food. Good, friendly service from all the employees.
