We saw people talking about this place on social media and we love chicken and fish spots so we decided to give them a try. The first things that stood out to me was how friendly the staff is. The woman taking our order was nice and welcomed us since it was our first time. One of the guys cooking came and gave us some of their red velvet waffles to try and let us know they go with their chicken and waffles. I liked the owner came by all the tables to greet them and ask them how their food was. This is how you keep people coming back. I also liked they set expectations around how long your food will take. Just remember fresh made food takes time. The food: Coming from the Midwest we grew up and fish and chicken spots them moving to Vegas you don't see a lot of these places and some they have are not good. My husband got the fish and shrimp. The shrimp and fish were cooked to perfection and were juicy. You can tell they don't skip of quality meat. We got them without any sauce and the seasoning was on point. I got the whole wings combo. They were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. It was so good I didn't even need any hot sauce on it. This is a new-ish spot in the valley. I'm told it's been open since February 2025. Right off the bat a lovely lady named Alicia welcomed my mom and I in. She was patient and gave great suggestions on what to order. We decided on 2 catfish baskets lemon pepper on the side. You have a choice of hard fried or regular. And an abundance of sauce choices and flavors. The hush puppies are beautifully seasoned with diced onions in them. The fried catfish was also nicely seasoned and the fries piping hot. Gary the chef was super friendly and made the food so bomb! This is a black owned small business and I hope they're here to stay. We need more businesses like this around. Customer service is great. I enjoyed the catfish, shrimp and fries. It wasn't the heartiest of portions, but I guess they were good for the price. The serve time was reasonable. The restaurant was nice and clean.. I love the fact that you can grab a marker from the bucket of markers located on the counter near the register and write your name anywhere throughout the restaurant/dining area. I was visiting Vegas from LA and wanted some good wings, so I found Wing It through a quick Google search and ordered online for takeout. The online ordering was easy, pickup was simple, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had to wait about 10 additional minutes at the restaurant, but it made sense because everything is made fresh, and you can tell once you eat the food. Even after a 15 minute drive back, the wings were still hot and crispy. I originally just wanted buffalo wings, but decided to try the lemon pepper too. The buffalo was delicious: old-school style with a good vinegar flavor and a nice spice level. Surprisingly, I ended up liking the lemon pepper even more. It had a crazy amount of flavor without being too salty. The chicken pieces were big, much bigger than places like Wingstop or Buffalo Wild Wings. The ranch was good too. The only thing I'd probably skip next time is the fries, they didn't seem to travel well. I'm def going to need to try the lemon pepper catfish next time. I ordered the chicken tenders combo with butter hot honey and sweet hot. Flavor on the tenders was great especially on the butter hot honey which I'll be back for. The chicken itself was juicy and breading had a nice crisp to it. The fries were cooked just long enough for a deep golden brown crust. Portion size was generous and worth the cost - do not expect the smaller tenders that other places have gotten used to serving their customers. I ordered the snapper dinner with the whole wings, it came with fires. The snapper did not have a lot of flavor and spice to eat. I ordered the wings party wings (cajun) not hot, over cooked and really small. Order the whole wings party. I thought it came with fries but no fries, probably because I had them on the first order, no problem. For my sides, I had the greens. They were okay, no flavor. I shuld have oredered the cornbread. I thought it came with it (most places included it) but was a side dish to add or pay for it as an extra side. I ordered the okra and gizzards as well. The okra was okay (lots-love it) but lacked flavor as we all as the gizzards (lots). I ordered the sweet potatoe pie (recommended by the owner Anthony) was the best sweet potatoe pie I ever tried, hands down. Lemon cake I ordered was also very good. They did not have the bread pudding nor german chocolate cake, was not available. available. Overall, I was a little disappointed but I would highly recoomend the whole chicken wings and desserts.
