We were craving something new and stumbled across black label! So glad we did the smush cheeseburger was so delicious! We shared the fries with aioli sauce it was paired perfectly! What I thought was really nice is that they had floats with cane sugar sodas! Amazing I got the orange soda and my boyfriend had the root beer. The workers and owners were so nice! Came here for the first time and let me tell you, you come here, you will not be disappointed. We got regular okc and a chili cheese okc and it was the best burger in Vegas. The place is a lovely spot with a great atmosphere and greater and nicer staff. They explained the menu, took our order, and took care of us the entire time. The smush burger was perfect for me with only their sauce, lettuce and tomato. The fries (fried in tallow) were very good too. The garlic Aoli was my favorite. I don't usually get soda but the black cherry was really good too. ALL of the employees were great! We were the first ones in this evening and, by the time we left it was packed. Tallow fries, wagyu cheeseburgers, snap dogs. small but high quality menu. They make the fries fresh, not frozen. the tallow fries are tasty, if a bit on the salty side but the aioli helps. the burger is delicious. You'll need some napkins for it, but it wouldn't be so good if it wasn't messy. Goose, the owner, greeted me at the door with an explanation of the menu. Everything was AMAZING!! As soon as we walked in the Owner, Chef Goose introduced the menu to us. We went for the Black Label Cheeseburger OKC style 10/10 New York Snap bacon wrapped 10/10 Tallow fries with the Truffle Aioli 10/10 We also got to try a sample of the floats and they were amazing! The service was 100/10 The ambiance was great! It's very inviting, it makes you want to come back and tell everyone you know to come try it. So....I wouldn't have known this place existed till I chanced upon a YT video that popped up on my list. Shout out to Other Me for vlogging the spot! At any rate, decided to give it a whirl this past Saturday. The place is nicely set up, clean, although, kind of tight in some areas but good enough. Clearly BL has just opened and still dealing with the growing pains of some of the training that comes along with starting up. Crew and staff here are phenomenal. Some of the best service I've seen and experienced for a hot minute here in the Valley and relatively fast and accommodating. As for the food, it's solid. Very tasty with the pickle and carmelized onions. I tried the double BL smash cheeseburger and my wife tried the Chicago Dog, grilled, with fries and a drink on both. Garlic Aoli on my fries, Hickory ketchup on hers. I will say, despite the burger being very flavorful, I found the burger to be slightly dry. However, with the help of the burger sauce and cheese, did help. Fries are decent and reminded me of the ones at In & Out, fresh cut but bigger. Dipping sauces are really good, recommend the garlic aoli. If you are not a fan of dipping sauce being applied on your fries for you, have them set aside in a dipping cup. Wife loved the Chicago dog. Like I said, this is a cool spot. Great vibe, good and supportive clientele, super-friendly staff. Menu is pretty straightforward without a lot of stuff, which is how it should! 4.5 out of 5. I randomly found Black Label Burgers via TikTok the same week it opened. I stopped in on a Saturday night to get take-out. The girls at the counter were very friendly. I think the owner was walking around, talking to people, too. I ordered their original burger, the Chicago dog, and french fries. The burger was awesome! Very juicy and flavorful and their house sauce was delicious. Fries were also very good - they are fried in beef tallow, which gives them extra flavor. Get their homemade ranch for dipping! The Chicago dog wasn't anything to write home about, so I'd pass on that and stick to the burgers. I'll be back soon! read more

Ok, let me start here. I LOVE a good burger. It used to be my first order at most new restaurants I'd visit to gauge the care and value they put in. So saying that, from the moment I walked into Black Label, I instantly knew I'd hit the jackpot. As soon as you enter, you're slammed in the face by the savory scent of seared beef, caramelized onions, and nostalgia of burgers smashed in the kitchen back home. The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous , answering any questions I had about smash vs smush vs OKC, etc. I ordered a double OKC-style Black Label Cheeseburger, and tallow fries with garlic herb aioli. When it arrived at the table a few short minutes later, my jaw almost slammed into the floor as it perfectly matched everything I'd known from the moment I walked in. Large portions, perfectly crispy smash patties, a soft and tasty bun and fries piled high next to a healthy 1/4 cup of vibrant green garlic aioli. The burger was juicy, crispy, savory, not too greasy, but enough to know you're eating a burger that someone spent a lot of time perfecting their fat ratios. The fries were well cooked, but the aioli! Oh my god, the aioli. I would put this on anything and inhale it on the spot. So good, I had to take what was left home with me to make a sammich with tomorrow. The herb mix their kitchen is workin with is bold, very garlic heavy and creamy. Everything I would have wanted. All of this was enjoyed in an exceptionally clean, classically decorated, packed-by-the-time-I-finished dining area, listening to some of my favorite rock of the 90s and early 2000's. This place is, without exaggeration, the best burger joint I've been to in years, and the best smash burger I've ever had. And it's not even a close competition. Incredible service! The first thing i noticed was the employees out from behind the counter talking to guests. The chef was explaining the menu to guests before they order? That can't be. I walked in with my 3 yr old and waited for my husband to finish up in the bathroom. So I took a seat and someone brought me a high chair. Then I saw another employee fill someone's soda. I was already impressed and I haven't even ordered yet. I felt like I was VIP but I didn't know anyone in the building. The Burgers are great and the fries are made with beef tallow. Thank you. At the end we were offered a soda float sample. I mean come on! What are you trying to do? Get us to come back or something? The chef was so nice I felt like a friend when we said bye. The owner remembered my son and me and was so wonderful to talk to. His attention to detail is incredible, and you can truly tell how passionate he is about the food, it shows in everything they serve. We've tried the smash burgers, chili cheese fries, and cheddar fries with truffle cream, and everything was amazing... even the soda! Vegas does not need another burger. That was my working thesis walking in. The town is lousy with them lately. So I came in a skeptic, which is the only sane way to enter a new burger joint in 2026. Black Label Burgers is small. Modest to the point of easy to miss. But there was a line, a short one, and a short line at a new place is not a warning. It's a tell. A good one. The chef owner cares, and while you wait he works the queue like a man who wants you to understand what you're about to eat. The menu is short. The concept is shorter: a few things, done well. He walks you through the Kennebec fries, the beef tallow they're cooked in, the housemade glazed doughnut custard, the cane sugar sodas. Not a pitch. Just a guy explaining why he made the calls he made, and the calls are correct. The burgers are good. Genuinely good. This is the burger shop done right, at a moment when it's usually done mediocre. One honest note, and it lands in the food's favor: eat this in house, or eat it immediately. Good food doesn't travel, and this is good food. Drive it across the valley and you're only punishing yourself. It peaks fast, so meet it there. Five stars. Be patient, go hungry, eat it on site. read more

Pride taken in all of the details. I had the Chicago Dog and Chili Cheese Dog. Both were excellent. The cheese on the chili cheese dog was hand grated, not liquid or packaged. With a small place a few tables we were treated as kings. People constantly making sure we were well taken care of. Sodas refilled by the time they were half full.
