There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.

The first time he came with his assistant Oscar to work on the cameras. The two of them worked together on a really hot day, and they got all the cameras installed exactly where I wanted them to be. We discovered however, that the WiFi Modem/Router I had was not pushing the signal far enough. David suggested that I purchase a Wire Mesh Router called an Eero, which would increase the signal to all the cameras. At his recommendation, I purchased the Eero but ran into problems when connecting it all up. But David was right there to help me. Since I also needed some electrical work in my garage, David came out again and diagnosed the problem and created the solution. He then went to work on my Reolink network and saw that I had incorrectly connected the Eero. Once that was connected, it all seemed to be working fine. I would hire David again in a heartbeat and would recommend to others that they do the same. David AV has five star reviews for a reason: it's deserved! Each time, I was essentially told that nothing was wrong, even though the beeping clearly continued. At one point, I became so frustrated that I called simply to ask how to turn off the beeping. I have two young children in the house, and the noise was disruptive, especially when it would happen during the night. I was told there would be a charge just to show me how to turn off the beeping -- despite the fact that no one could explain why it was happening in the first place. The representative then told me someone would call me back within five minutes to walk me through how to shut it off. No one ever called. The lack of communication and customer service was incredibly frustrating. If your system is going to repeatedly beep for weeks, I expect the company to be able to identify the problem and provide a reasonable solution -- not tell me nothing is wrong and then charge me to stop the noise.
