I highly recommend this location! I usually go to a different location but stopped here because I was in the area, & I'm honestly soo glad I did! Cordell was the FIRST person to EVER ask me about getting my cabin air filter changed out. I've never had it changed since I owned the car, so I thought why not! Long story short, he ended up having to take apart my entire glove box. We figured out the issue together by me looking up a video to make it easier for him. I did that because I wanted to. I wasn't trying to undermine his knowledge, & I let him know that. All that to say, the factory screws were still in place showing it has never been changed. He also stated that mice were living in there at one point. Thankfully it was an old nest! Anyways, I highly recommend this location, and I hope everyone gets Cordell!! Btw, Cordell needs a RAISE!!! I visited this location for the first time to get an oil change a few weeks ago, and it was overall a great experience! I went on a Saturday midday and waited in line for about an hour. The employees who helped me were very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The actual oil change itself didn't take long at all. I appreciate that all of the optional add-ons and upgrades available for purchase were offered to me with no pressure to say yes. This doesn't seem like a place that's trying to take advantage of you. They showed me how yucky my oil filter was because it hadn't been replaced in a long time, so I ended up paying a little extra to have that changed out. As someone who knows nothing about cars or oil changes, I felt very comfortable coming here and having everything explained to me in a friendly way! read more

I've been a loyal customer here for years, but my last visit has completely destroyed my trust in this business. During my most recent oil change, something clearly went wrong. The service took nearly an hour (unusual for a simple oil change), and I noticed all the staff gathered around my vehicle. At the time, I knew something was off but couldn't pinpoint what. Fast forward to now - I don't drive this car frequently, so I'm only discovering the damage. Oil was spilled everywhere during the service and leaked onto other engine components. This has caused serious problems: my serpentine belt is completely shredded, and I now need to replace a hose. When oil gets on these parts and heats up, it causes real damage. What bothers me most isn't that they made a mistake - mistakes happen. It's that they apparently tried to clean it up and send me on my way without disclosing what happened or ensuring everything was properly addressed. If they had been honest and said, "We spilled oil, please give us time to properly clean this up and inspect for any issues," I would have respected that. Instead, I'm left dealing with repairs that could have been prevented, and I've lost faith in a business I previously trusted. Honesty and transparency matter, especially in auto service. BMW'S aren't easy cars to work on if they didn't know how to service the vehicle should gave not been serviced. Very disappointed. read more

They were also very communicative throughout the entire process. Quick Oil changes have been part of the automotive scene for a long time now. Aside from a few local shops you'll find major national chains which run the gamut from being good to awful. Enter Valvoline (the Webster Location). This location is busy and does solid work. Staffed by a few older garage heads and some really young dudes learning the ropes, this place (during the weekday) offers drivers a solid and reliable quick oil change. The key for me is getting work done during the weekdays and not on the weekends. Seems that the most experienced guys work M-F which one would expect, given their seniority. They'll pull up a bunch of recommended extra services based on your vehicle's mileage (which I get done at my regular garage) and of course offer you bulbs for any lights which are out, air filters if they are dirty and wipers if they need replacing. If you can replace these yourself-do, it will save you some money, or go to the local auto store and they'll do simple work like this for you. If neither of those are options and time is short get that work done at Valvoline. I'm picky about my vehicles, always concerned about quality work and when running short on time and in need of an oil change, I head to the Val. Check out this Webster location, they've been good for my cars. read more

In the past, when I have gone to a quick oil, change company, there has been pressure to buy other items. I understand that, because that's how they make their money. In this case, I was told that my battery was in the bad/replacement category, and that I should check to see if I had a warranty on it since it was bought in November 20 20. I went back to the place where I bought it, and sure enough, the battery was bad and they replaced it for free. The name of the lady who told me that the battery was bad was Bethany. She told me the truth, and made a recommendation to check the warranty, before she suggested I buy a battery with them. That kind of integrity and professionalism is rare. In the long run, Valvoline will make a lot more money by my recommendation to others, than they would have, had they sold me a battery. I highly recommend, this particular location. And, I am very grateful to Bethany for her recommendation. read more

BEWARE!!! I make a point to only patronize this business unless absolutely necessary. Not only do they short every car at least a quart of oil, they turn the dipstick upside down to make the oil run to the fill line while hiding behind your car hood pretending to check it themselves. Also the next morning after getting my oil changed here my back left tire was flat. My car is a 2019 Jeep with less than 50,000 miles but they are trying to convince me I was due for new tires anyway ?! read more

Had a really good experience today. I usually get my oil changed at the Toyota dealership but after having many issues there I decided to give this place a shot. It was a very quick service and all the guys working there were super friendly. In the past when I've been to places like this they're really pushy about getting filters changed and such but all they asked was if I wanted them to check the cabin air filter or replace the wiper blades, when I said no they totally let it go. Was $56 for synthetic with a coupon I found on their website and although it's more than the cost at the dealership I will definitely be back! read more

This company completely destroyed my transmission! This is no exaggeration , and they are not taking responsibility, nor have they followed up with a damage claim I opened through their corporate office, so I am taking it to the next level. Please if you own a Subaru, I would take it to a dealer, one bad mistake and it can cost $9000...and that is for a refurbished transmission. I am not some dramatic person in case you think this review is false. I have written proof from a certified master mechanic at the Subaru dealership and they informed me of how often this happens from ALL quick line places. Just the other day someone I know went to get their oil changed and knew that their truck took a special kind of oil and when he pulled up to Longview Valvoline, he asked if the workers there were aware, and the t did NOT know!! This place doesn't care...the owner himself was dismissive time and rude and I quote "Hey, I'm not paying for ANOTHER transmission" this was said to me over the phone ...so I am suing them, just needed to take care of my kid graduating which was more important than dealing with a terrible business at the time read more

Love these guys! I was having a problem with my front end and took it in to have front transfer case and such changed, they checked the oils and said it was fine ( would have cost $170) and that I needed to take it to a shop, as it turned out I needed a complete brake job I would not have been able to afford had I gotten those oil changes. While I was there I told them of another issue I was having and they told me how to fix it myself and it worked.
