Actually very yummy! No better spot to grab a mid mountain beer. Often get caught for hours just sitting in those chairs.

We got the 12 inch Philly cheesesteak and it was definitely enough for my boyfriend and I to share, super cheesy, flavorful, and loaded. We also got the Flying Hawaiian fries and those were honestly my favorite. The pork belly was really good and the tangy sauce with the green onions tied everything together perfectly. Lowkey spot with really good comfort food after a long day in Tahoe.

They have a variety of dogs... all beef, Italian sausage, spicy hot link, elk, bison, boar, and beyond brat (vegan). Look for the food truck in the parking lot with a Shell gas station on Highway 50. The dogs are served up plain or you can get them specialized as in a Chicago dog, Sonoran dog, chili cheese, etc. The dogs range $7.50-$15. Plus they got fries$5-13. Those too are served plain or specialized. My faves are the chili fries, Chicago dog, and New York style dog. The chili is no beans and the fries are double fried giving them an extra crispy layer of crust. I do have to tell them light on the onions and mustard because they give you a full bang for your buck and load it up. But Hubs likes it that way. I like to wash it all down with their homemade lemonade. It's the real deal, made with lemons, sugar, and water. The $6 lemonade is served up in a whomping 32 ounce container. Get this, they serve breakfast as well. You can get an egg, cheese, hash brown on an 8 inch Italian roll or bowl. $9.50. Add bacon, sausage or steak $2.50-$4.50 extra.

The frozen Chambers Punch topped with dark rum was honestly the best frozen cocktail I've ever had. It was incredibly refreshing on a hot summer day, especially by the water. For food, we ordered the deep fried zucchini sticks, the beet and goat cheese salad, and the crispy fish sandwich. Everything was excellent. The zucchini sticks were perfectly cut, crispy, and delicious. The beet and goat cheese salad was fresh and refreshing with a great mix of flavors and dressing. The crispy fish sandwich was perfectly cooked and another great choice for a summer day. If you can, grab a seat at the restaurant bar. It has one of the best views in the whole place. The wait can be long, but it is worth it. If you don't want to wait, they also offer takeout, and there is beach access nearby, making it easy to enjoy your meal by the water. The bartenders were fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable about the area, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk with. Between the food, drinks, views, and service, Chambers is an easy 5-star spot. We'll definitely be back.

While the food was excellent, the service completely overshadowed the experience. From the moment I walked up to the host stand, I was ignored. The hostess and a server were standing there talking and didn't acknowledge me for several moments. Eventually, I was seated. After being seated, I politely asked if I could move to another table. My server, Scott S., said he would check if it was possible. When he returned, he told me the table had a reservation in about an hour. I explained that I was only planning to have a cocktail and an entrée and asked if that would be okay. His response was simply, "I guess." Scott S. cleared the table, pointed to it, and walked away, leaving me to move all of my belongings myself. I still thanked him. While waiting for my food, I overheard the hostess say, right next to me, "No one's moving tables tonight. No exceptions." Whether it was directed at me or not, it made me feel uncomfortable. The food arrived and was genuinely great. Unfortunately, Scott S. never came back to check on us--not once. As someone with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I know that checking on guests after their food is served is one of the most basic standards of service. The only person who checked on us was a busser when he refilled our water. At that point, I asked to speak with the manager, only to find out that Scott S. was the manager on duty. To make matters worse, while we were waiting, several servers were standing in the walkway talking amongst themselves instead of attending to guests. The food was excellent, but great food can only carry a restaurant so far. Hospitality is what makes guests want to return, and unfortunately, this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the kitchen is doing an excellent job, but the front-of-house service needs significant improvement.

John and his team have your hot dogs covered for your dining pleasure in western Placer County. It's mid afternoon, Saturday, June 07, 2025, and I'm enjoying the Rocklin Brewfest 2025 and I'm in the mood for a delicious hot dog. I've come to the right place, as Doggiestyle Hot Dogs was on site, and serving hot dogs for all to enjoy. This is a pop-up restaurant that servers hot dogs at events all over western Placer County. I went with a "Quarter Pound Nathan Dog," How can you beat that for a great hot dog? The dog began with a quarter pound Nathan's Hot Dog, which was grilled to perfection by hot dog chef John, on site, at the Rocklin Brewfest. The dog was simply perfect, and fitted perfectly with the large, fresh bun, which was a start for an amazing lunch. On to the condiments! The trip to the nearby condiment bar was worthwhile, as I added a cornucopia of condiments, including mustard, mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, chopped white onion, sauerkraut and especially peperoncini, which is a rare treat for hot dogs. I suppose you could call my hot dog loaded? No ketchup whatsoever, as I never desecrate a hot dog by adding ketchup. Not to mention... may I say my dog was loaded with delicious condiments? One bite into the dog I was rewarded with a refreshing "snap," thanks to the natural casing on Nathan's Hot Dog, which made the hot dog both worthwhile and simply delicious. The condiments I added simply enhanced the dog, and didn't take anything away from the amazing hot dog, and the fresh bun. Such a delicious hot dog! Chef John knows how to grill a hot dog, and the Nathan's Hot Dog he grills are as good as it gets. I tip my cowboy hat to chef John, and his delicious hot dogs! Five star dining for all of you who love a delicious hot dog.

The hotdogs have that snap and the buns are steamed just right. All the ingredients are fresh and you're given plenty of them on each hotdog.. Im really picky about chili.but their chili cheese dog has always been my favorite chili dogs from anywhere..I get mustard and onions on it as well. But my all time favorite from there is their special they have once or twice a year for a couple weeks to a month. Its the coleslaw dog... they slaw is perfect. Not too much mayo or huge chunks of cabbage. And there are 2 other hotdogs I like from there. The cheese dog (LOADED with freshly grated cheddar) and the Chicago dog . They also have a good fritos chili bowl and chopped up hotdogs. But its not just about the food there. Yes thats amazing but the vibe and atmosphere, the staff and the decor.. the decor is great. Hotdogs and weiner dogs everywhere..lol.. the staff is always so nice and after going awhile, the owner Kristine remembers your name. She treats you like family and just has a caring heart.. she has so much love for the community, the food, staff and restaurant in general . Sinbads is the best hotdog place in northern Nevada.
