I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their quote was and how quickly they were able to schedule my pickup. The team arrived right on time during the designated window, and the two gentlemen who came were professional, courteous, and efficient. My rug was returned the following week by a different team member who was just as professional as the ones who picked it up. I couldn't have been happier with the results. My two main hopes were that the matted areas would be re-fluffed and that the rug would return to its original cream color. When I unrolled it, it looked fantastic--fresh, clean, and beautifully restored. I'm so glad they were able to breathe new life into it and extend its lifespan. I will absolutely use Arslanian Brothers again!

Frank provided excellent guidance in selecting the product and providing vision for the results. The install crew was exceptional. Chuck, Craig and Craig have decades of professional flooring experience among them and are true craftsmen. They were very friendly, respectful of our home and treated our furniture and belongings with kid gloves. The results are the ultimate proof. Before the LVF, we had a mash up of tile and carpeting. We love that now the flooring flows so seamlessly from room to room and really opens up our entire first floor. The Carpet Company had previously laid carpeting in another area of our house and we were so very pleased with that experience. Great carpet selection and super service and installation then as well. I should also mention Bruce back at the shop who is so helpful and friendly in person and over the phone. This is a very kind team who work well together and genuinely care for their customers!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought tile, cabinets, and…read morecountertops for my kitchen. The tile arrived with a black barcode stamped on it. It took my installer a day of work to run each piece of tile with acetone to get off the marking. The countertop was installed 1" off, and the oven didn't fit, they had to come back to fix it. Then when they came back to fox their mistake, they uninstalled the plumbing in the sink while they were fixing it, but they didn't hook it back up. The cabinets arrived missing pieces, and two cabinets arrived damaged. The replacement cabinets arrived a whole month later, delaying the whole project. One of them came without a drawer, and the other came with one side not painted. I'm still waiting on the missing cabinet pieces. I asked for 5% off the countertops and cabinets because of the added time, the contractor/installer having more work and having to make extra trips to finish, and they wouldn't give it to me. Additionally, after spending $20k on cabinets, I've had a drawer break and multiple chips one year after using the kitchen. Additionally, the countertop that was ordered through ProSource was installed with the countertop company. They were supposed to install the sink after placing the countertop. The stuff fell out after a few months of use.

A cleaning person had used the wrong material on our shower marble and basically acid etched it. Shawn did an amazing job, literally making it look brand new. No easy task as it took 3.5 - 4 hours of using various grade of buffer pads showing his knowledge & experience. Also, their General Manager of Operations, Joe showed up which was very impressive as well. I would highly recommend this company as they have great guys working there who totally got your back!
