I told him "I should have told you to kick rocks" being how rude and disrespectful he was being before during and after. We checked his vehicle and showed him exactly what happened and was very upset blaming us for a lower bushing going out..........THIS was the response from the owner. Trying to blame me for the issue. He was upset with me because I kept asking why they did not replace the bushing when he had it in the first time. He never would answer. Instead, he wanted to review the written estimate for a Transmission flush and ball joint sleeve for which I refused service because they were unnecessary for an alignment. They are both crooks and liars. They are nothing like the original owner. His name should not be used for their business.

I came to the shop on the week he had the truck and saw he had removed the front differential and Independent Front Suspension(without my consent),which was giving the engine high clearance. He didn't put them back on. Instead, Ernie replaced them with very rusted, older model parts changing the original IFS to a solid front suspension which lowered the engine taking away the high clearance. He took these parts without my knowledge. I paid for the new transmission, but the transmission broke apart during the test drive spilling all the fluid on the road and making a cloud of smoke. Ernie refused to honor the warranty, was very rude, and cancelled the warranty. Not trustworthy. Never ask for his service. Ernie stole from me.
